   Sir,
   I am consumer of indane gas and I live in kolkata in private job and my family live in rahasthan and I have a one connection in kolkata and other in Rajasthan but distributor is cancelled my lpg connection of Rajasthan .so it is big problem for my family .pls suggested me how can start my lpg in Rajasthan both connection are in my name .

      One connection per family is the norm.you may have to get Aadhar card in your wife’s name in Rajasthan and submit to Distributor.

   I am having Indane gas connection under consumer number : 23042 and the distributor is M/s Kandhari gas Agencies North East Zone Delhi and their distributor number is 011-27519710. Our cylender has been booked on 02 /03-04-2016, on dated 07.04.2016 message received that your cyllander has been delivered Our Cash Memo No.3000002998, but i have not received till now. When we informed in our agency which is Kandhari Gas Agencies. He said, please give me once more 2 or 3 days but after 2-3 days same reply. After 3 days They told me, Your address has been shifted, it is fully wrong it menace not get any proper reply,After that last two days i have also try on Toll free number 1800-2333-555 for complaints. minimum 6 time, they said we can not registered your complaint due to technical problem on every time. So that I am very hopeless And help me. please look in to the matter and lodges our complaint and take strictly action against this agency. Kindly get solution soon and inform to me.

      Sales officer’s name and phone number will be displayed at the distributor’s office. Complain to him. You may also lodge a complaint in the IOC website.

   Sir my indane customer number is 1114 my name is mr.abhishek v myageri h.no-21 sangameshwarnagar hubli-580031.karnataka statae.I am facing leakage problem.i have contacted help line no.18002333555.They told pl contact 1906 but from bsnl numbers 1906 is not getting.so kindly arrange to attend my leakage problem as early as possible.my mobile-9449858395
