    1 month before we booked indane gas still we haven’t get the cylinder.

      Please check with the Distributor.Some distributors cancel bookings if they can not deliver within two or three days and one has to rebook through IVRS.Check your booking status through IVRS and rebook.

    My consumer no cx25732252 is transferred from ener gas agency secundrabad to m/s Archana gas agency khowang Dibrugarh Assam wef 27december2015.
    Sir my problems is that my connection is not except in indane gas service.when I going to Agency they told me we trying but service is not responded.
    So that I am very hopeless And help me.
    It very ergent,necessry action pls.

    WE THE LPG CONSUMERS FROM KATAHBARI GUWAHATI ASSAM PIN 781035, THAT WITHOUT OUR CONCERN, OUR GUWAHATI IOC OFFICE HAS TRANSFERRED US FROM SANDAN GAS AGENCY TO ADITI INDANE GAS AGENCY THERE FOR WE HAVE TO FACE PROBLEMS

    I am booking a cylinder on 06/02/2016 still i’m not received rifill cylinder. Every time same problem no response to me already 2 time complaint in consumer portal only showing srn no. No one solved my problem.

      Please lodge a complaint through IVRS or contact the Sales officer or visit the company site and post a complaint.
