      They cancel if the House is locked when the Cylinder Dvelivery boy turns up.Please rebook.

    sir i am customer of indne gas from Naimesh gas Services Radhanpur Dist-Patan Gujarat and my indane gas id no is 111217900027591 and booking no .297232 Booking Date is 19-12-2015 and and consumer no 136725 but my indane gas cylinder is did not home delivery and many time my cancellled my cash memo और बुकिग से तीन दिन बाद सिलेण्डर देते हें वो भी दूर लेने के लिए जाना पड़ता हैं घर पर श्री मति अकेली रहती ह तो लाने भी दिक्क़त आती है और डिलेवरी बॉय अपनी मनमानी करता ह और सिलेंडर का होम चार्ज भी नहीं लाने के बावजूद वसूलता ह अत: मान्यवर मेरी आपसे विनती ह की मेरे एस विषय पर आप अपनी पेनी नजर रखते हुए मेरे साथ न्याय करावे

    sir,
    My consumer Gas No. is CX11053287.dealer PARWAN INDANE GAS SERVICE,Meerut.I booked the gas refilling on 29-12-2015 vide ref. No. 901057. Message received on 29-12-2015. Cash memo generated message was received on 03-01-2016 that cash memo no. 3000146494 of amount rs. 663 is generatedfor booking no. 901057 and cylinder be delivered shortly. but instead a E- mail message was received on dated (Wed, Jan 6, 2016 at 12:22 PM ) that the booking stands cancelled.I tried to contact the dealer on his phones but they are not attending the calls. I am unable to visit them all the time.The delivery boy is also not listening properly. I am very much frustratrated and lodge this complaint to instruct the dealer not to Harras us unnecessarily. please do the needful and oblige.

      Please lodge a complaint in the IVRS and post a complaint in the Company’s website.

    Dear Sir/Madam
    I am customer of Indane Gas and my Cust. No. CX28184564. Distributor name Baghajatin Gas Service ,31, baroda Avenue kolkata 700 084. I booked an refill date 24.12.2015,Ref. No. 338658 and Cash memo No. 3000239293 date 26.12.2015. getting SMS,but till date not delivered the booking refill.

      Please lodge a Complaint in the Oil Co portal or contact the Sales Officer whose address is displayed at your Distributor’s office.
