Sir/mam
my consumer no.8215 gas was supplied by shive indane gas service khatima,u.s.nagar(uttrakhand)on 19.10.15, unfortunately subsidy money has not been transferred to my subsidy account of HDFC Bank NOIDA(UTTER PRADESH)
four time subsidy received
last time cylinder received in 19-oct-15 but subsidy not come in my account til time

WHY NOT TRANFAR SUBSIDY MY ACCOUNT TILL DATE

Kala agency getting extra money for cylinder… If we ask that delivery boy…he told ask to that Kala agency and those not giving cylinders for thus eople’s.people’se village people’s so they are shouting as…some time he not giving the cylinder. Because we are asking questions so didn’t give cylinder…
Thus problem are from this agency….

I went to kala gas agency ulunderpet. For gas connection without stove.they refuse to give connection without stove.they ask me to bring me stove with bill. I had showed him my stove which I purchase in shop on year 2013 with original bill .the stove is checked by kala gas mechanic.there is no leakage ,no breakage. Even though stove is good condition .manager refuse to give give me gas connection with out stove.he said you have to purchase stove from kala gas agency if I want connection. So I want to lodge complain regarding this matter
