    My Consumer no-9399843, LPG ID 37500000107110460.I did not got gas delivery on time. Now despite of delivery cylinder gas too delay so in the distributor for gas delivery as early as possible.LPG ID 37500000107110460

    I am an old consumer of Indane Gas and served in Indian Army for 30 years. Due my transferable service I had been trasfer my gas connection from one to another from time to time. Now I have been retired from service and has been issued a transfer voucher TV No 8006027562 dt 09 Apr 2015 from Sunderban LPG Distributers, Hasnabad, North 24 Parganas and would like to get continue service from Hingalganj Indane Service, PS – Hingalganj, Dist – North 24 Parganas (W.B). I have visited the said Gas Agency with my TV on 19 Apr 15 for issuing my service. The agency has told me that they are only accept the TV from 01-10 day on every month.
    May I know through you that is there any such obligation where a consumer has to suffer to get the needy service as told by the said agency. Please confirm me by return email. If it is the local order of the agency then issue a suitable directions to accept my TV and issue the connection at an earliest.

    [7:50PM, 4/8/2015] Ravindra Kumar: Sir ! I’m a Customer of Indane LPG under MAHOBA Gas Service And an RTI activist also.First I want to know Something important rules of IOCL through Govt of India My queries are given below -:

    1* How many connection may a customer have at a time in a family with different name and Different ID proof but they live under same House & Address with different kitchens ?

    2*According to Centre Govt of India and IOCL New Delhi May A family as Wife and Husband both have Multiple LPG Connections with their respective name ID proof without legal separation but they live different kitchens during their respective job one as House Wife and Other as Worker ?As I came to know through Dainik News Paper published through Kanpur & Lucknow on 29/12/2012 that No one can surrender any Double Connection in case they have third LPG Connection in the same ID proof and name then they may be Non subsidised with third one without legal procedure .If You have true knowledgeable about it or I need sending an RTI letter. Please Help me as True officer in this matter and send IOCL GOVERNMENT OF INDIA ORDER Photo Copy On my mentioned Email (ravindrak1080@ gmail.com) or in urgent o my Whatsapp by drawn a pictures of GO. Mr. Santosh Ji , – 9415019136, Mr. Sarvyagra Srivastav ji,-9415019139, and even Mr. Rakesh Saroj ji – 9415019180 have inspected MAHOBA Gas Service and Your Team & through Mahoba higher authorities found that the Distributor of Insane at Mahoba Gas Service neither supplying cylinders door to door Home delivery nor following the IOCL rules Cash and Carrying since he opened his Gas Agency on 27/01/1989 and in this matter being a guilty of distributor, Mr.Rajendra Gupta mob.no 9415145091 fined Charges for Rs. 30,000/-by your Area officers Lucknow for Non Home delivery.
    [12:13AM, 4/9/2015] Ravindra Kumar: In spite of knowing overall activities of MAHOBA Gas Service Your Field OfficerJhansi and Area Officers Lucknow are not listening customers’ grievances for this corrupt Distributor as they are given bribery for ignoring distributor’s corruption.
    [12:13AM, 4/9/2015] Ravindra Kumar: One day on 11 Feb.2015 I asked for supplying Home Delivery at My Home then this distributor made me a call through His Brother for threatening of killing if I ask again for Home delivery door to door as per rules of IOCL Govt of India and On 16/03/15 bookingt of My Consumer No.19014 (Ravindra Kumar Gandhi Nagar ,MAHOBA) cancelled himself on 22/03/15 and re- booked it again on insisting many times he handed over my cylinder in hand without refunded cash and carrying without Supplying cylinders at My Home delivery within seven days.
    [12:13AM, 4/9/2015] Ravindra Kumar: Sir I’m sending MAHOBA Gas Distributor’s brother voice recording and response of Agency owner thereafter Judge it based on my and his recorded voice recording and after your decision I’ll go to the court mentioning all your and your Field Officer’s and Area officers response in this matter as I have prepared to case a file against all involving persons because its grievances mentioned to all higher authorities of IOCL but no response from you and you officers.

    Sir my consumer no. is cx9074409 i submitt my paper to shrma gas company for portability my no. On 04/04/2015 but till now they do not allot my consumer no to me the owner mr. Amit gupta mobile no.9212415454 not receive my call. Their area managr mrs. Preeti gahlot mobile no.9899240215 not receive my call i call both of them about 30 times but they do not recrive the call a singel time custmer jaye to kaha jaye please solve the problem.
