   Respected Sir, I am A.Palanivel from salem-7. Tamilnadu-636007.I am a Customer for indian oil LPG Gas fast 22 years.My customer Number: J-35748. Now My dealership name is Swarnapuri Gas, Salem-7.T.N. 636007.Already may I complained to the Gas agency for Swarnapuri gas on fast 6.month back.Now the same mistakes should be continued. To day one Sms(13th July 2016)from your office side to my mobile the message details Is my cylinder is delivered to day at 18.48pm.But I am Not received any cylinder Today. So, why did the cylinder will delivered message should be sent my mobile.This mistakes could be so many times continued the Swarnapuri GasAgency proprietor name is SriRam I am asked so many occasions. But his anwer not a acceptable. He told me, Here the Staffs are all not my controlled,indian oil corporations officers controlled. Sir, for my kind information is here The domestic gas Cylinders should be sold black market about Rs-900/-.Here Two lady Staffs working for long period. So, the lady Staffs not controlled her self . irrespective and bad manner wards and loudly voices to with angry to every Costomers to behave.Any bodies you can asked to complaints me I have been don’t care about your complaint against me.I known higher officials to not effects with me and not to any action against me.The lady’s Husband is working at salem Corporations limited. So, sir, please be take necessary action and please transfer to the loudly voice lady I mean the lady’s husband is working Salem municipal corporation Staff.Tamil nadu.So, kindly to request you to my humble and honoured my requisition and take to immediately action and do not delayed to cylinder delivered in futures.    Haii Sir, am ur idane customer my name is M. Sundar Raj, my cust Id. 44704, my gas agency name Adyar gas agency, adyar, last week i had book my cylinder one day before i received the message shortly delivered but till date am not receive my cylinder i have call my agency but she did not proper reply i will complaint the delivery boy she say lot of person complaint the delivery boy so u will come an inform the office but i will ask which time u ll delivered my cylinder? she say i dont know what is this sir these is the proper ansr….. last time one complaint 6 months before issue i had book my cylinder 2 month passing am not received the cylinder so i will go directly complaint to the office he say surver will change the address automatically. Please do further action sir

   Indane gas agency in Tarapur Munger Bihar is not providing to door delivery cylinder. if get delivered at door delivery after then charge rs 40/- per head Peoples are come to take cylinder in own risk if you think about safety human rights if you now safety value of human first priority is safety
