    sir,
    My consumer Gas No. is 24399.dealer Mohit Gas Services Amabala City.I booked the gas refilling on18/4/2015vide ref. No.25528.message received on 30.4.2015 that booking stands cancelled.Again I booked the gas on 2/5/2015.refno.258622.for which a message was received on 9/5/2015 that cash memo no. 3000018375 is generated and cylinder be delivered shortly. but instead of this again a message is delivered that the booking stands cancelled.I tried to contact the dealer on his phones but they are not attending the calls. I am unable to visit them all the time.The delivery boy is also not listening properly. I am very much frustratrated and lodge this complaint to instruct the dealer not to Harras us unnecessarily. please do the needful and oblige.

    Sir I am sadik batcha, Indane gas customer my customer number is 07348, Thanjavur district, thirubuvanam, agency name is Sri diyagi gas links, My problem is making delay for issuing additional gas cylinder. I applied two months ago, still not yet given to me saying to bring gas stove for repairing and charges will be 750 Rupees. So saying after paying such repairing charges additional cylinder shall be delivered. I complained toll free customer care also, complaint number is 2076191. but not yet solved my problem. Please solve my problems. Thank you.

    My Consumer No. 635397 , Booking No. 786340 Date. 22/03/2015, Cash Memo No. 3000040827, Distributor’s Name:- Satyam Indane Service, Distributor’s Code. 99198362, Address:- 93, Jan. Md. Ghat Road, Naihati, North 24 Parganas, Shop No.5. I have not yet received my refilled cylinder till today. Now, I request you , please allow me to get my refilled cylinder as early as possible.     I m from sitamarhi district bihar.my gas agency name is Rajiv gas agency.my consumer no is 126432.my booking date is 29/04/2015.but I have no gas now.when I connect to agency owner.they do not receive my call from mobile then they switch off his mobile. Yet I have no gas for cooking and suffer difficulty.so please help me
