    As I have stated in the ‘About’ page of this blog, I started blogging because I wanted to share what interests me and what little I know.

    As days went by,it  turned into one of focusing on Hinduism, Sanatana Dharma detailing the fundamentals of the oldest Religion.

    Again this became into one of concentrating more on Vedas, explanation of hidden meanings of these texts.

    On individual Gods, Devi Upasna got the prime of place.

    Now it is becoming more research oriented on the spread of Sanatana Dharma throughout the world and the validation of Sanatana Dharma and Tamil texts.

    Under this category most of them are proven while some of them exploratory as the one ‘ Shiva Man God or Reality’

    What is special about Sanatana Dharma is that it does not shackle you when you interpret or verify it.

    And it encourages you to question it.

    And ,in Sanatana Dharma nothing is what it seems to be.

    My conviction is that the Indian texts are records of knowledge and Wisdom unearthed by great men whose intention was to enlighten the world .

    And Sanatana Dharma is open to All.

    But this depends on one’s passion and the technology available .

    Unfortunately, the present technology we have at our disposal is inadequate to explain most of what is found in these texts.

    And many relics archaeological finds in the world defy one’s understanding.

    I have explained in my blog such of those that can be explained,like the Fibonacci sequence in the poem on Lord Krishna or the value of Pi in a poem, advanced concepts of Modern Science including Quantum Mechanics in Hinduism.

    Also some curious world facts archaeological finds which can not be explained by others are verifiable with Hindu Texts.

    I have a few readers who update the actual finding from US and Canada and I interpret them with Indian texts.

    One such is the fact that twenty sites in the world lie in the same Latitude and the distance between them represent the Golden Means/ Fibonacci number.

    The Giza Pyramids, The Nazca Lines (large petro glyphs in the vast deserts of southern Peru), Angkor Wat (the magnificent temple complex in Cambodia), and Easter Island are all related. You can draw a straight line connecting each site across the circumference of the earth. This precision is followed within one tenth of a degree of latitude.

    From Easter Island a 25,000 mile line (the exact length of the equator of the earth) can be drawn which connects to: Paracas, Nazca, Ollayantambo, Machu Picchu, Cuzco, Sacsayhuaman, Paratoari, Mali (where the Dogon tribe of the Sirius Mystery originates), Tassili N’Ajjer, Siwa Oasis, Giza, Petra, Ur, Persepolis, Mohenjo Daro, Khajuraho, Pyay, Sukhothai, Angkor Wat, and Preah Visear. This 25,000 mile line also happens to be at a 30 degree angle to the equator. Each of these sites are significant as spiritual centers, capitals, or sites where megalithic structures were built.

    Of these twenty sites Easter Island,Machu Pichu , Nazca,Ankgorvat, PETRA,Mohenjo Daro, Khajuraho,Angkor Wat have Sanatana Dharma connections.

    I have written on  Easter Island, Machu Pichu, Petra having  Shiva Temple.

    The rest , Khajuraho, Mohenjo Daro Angkor vat are in India and I have written extensively on them.

    Add to this the theory that Chidambaram , India being the Magnetic Centre of the Earth, three Shiva Temples  representing thecthree natural principles,in Tamil Nadu,Nataraja’s dancing pose is the exact reproduction of a Super nove Explosioin the distant past,there is some message in the sites I have mentioned.

    My future articles shall examine them.

    Now one more information on these 20 sites.

     

    ‘Mohenjo Daro, the lost city of the ancient Indus valley, is the site of a possible ancient atomic blast. Radioactive readings have been found there on par with that of the atomic site of Nagasaki in Japan. Some 44 skeletons were found here, flattened to the ground, still holding hands in some cases, as if incinerated in a moment’s notice. From the epicenter everything was crystalized and vitrified in correlation with what may have been an ancient atomic weapon. We can only explain this by vindicating accounts like those of the ancient Vedic texts such as the Mahabharata. And perhaps we are seeing substantial scientific evidence of the spiritual here at this site. The implications of each of these points is history redefining. Mohenjo Daro is also the origin of a still un-deciphered language which is remarkably similar to the language found on the Rongo-rongo boards from Easter Island, literally half the world away. 

    Let’s look deeper at the connecting line between the main ancient sites of Giza, Nazca, Angkor Wat and Easter Island. Mohenjo Daro is located halfway between the Giza Pyramids and Angkor Wat. Mohenjo Daro is also located exactly opposite Easter Island on this same latitudinal line

    . The hummingbird petroglyph of Nazca Peru is located directly opposite of Angkor Wat, Cambodia. You can draw a line from one to the other directly through the center of the earth and it would be off by a mere few tenths of a degree. This is incredible!’

     

    These sites not only happen to be in a significant line, but in a significant ratio through which the encoded can be revealed. The ratio of the distances between these sites is equivalent to Pi which is shown in the brilliant work of Jim Alison. Alison found that the distance from Prassat Vihear of Angkor Wat, to the Pyramid of Giza is 4,754 miles (first 5 #’s of Fibonacci sequence #359 is 47542). From the Great pyramid, to the hummingbird of the Nazca lines of Peru, the distance is 7,692 miles (first 5 #’s of Fibonacci sequence #360 is 76924). From Nazca across the long side of the earth back to Angkor Wat the distance is 12,446 miles (first 5 #’s of Fibonacci sequence #361 is 12446)!!! This is not the only instance of this important ratio, or by any means the only connection like this. This axiom is found in thousands of sites, and still being uncovered in many more to this day.

    What does this mean? First of all, these numbers indicate completely disconnected cultures somehow just so happened to place their structures on the same latitudinal line, and in a distance apart from each other which reflects Pi. Pi is so accurately reflected that it is maintained up to the first 500 numbers of the Fibonacci sequence.

    What is the relevance of Pi? Pi (3.14159265359…) is a magical number whose decimals never end and never repeat. The Golden Number relates to harmonics, it is a proportion found everywhere in nature, and defines organic growth (2/3-1/3 or 1-1.6180399… and so on.) The golden spiral (the Fibonacci sequence) describes another perpetual sequence. (1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144 etc.)’

  • Binomial Triangle Computer Binary System By Pingala Hinduism

    Recently there was a News item that a Scientist has stated that Mythology is to be differntiated from Science and the attempt of the Government to include ‘Pseudo Science’ into Indian Education System.

     

    He was speaking on ‘IIsc debunked Vimanas Theory.

     

    He also observed that ‘the people who say that Hinduism/Vedas have said this before, why do they not say this before the facts are discovered by Science?What they say as facts from the Vedas can not be verified by experiment now”(the  quote is not verbatim, i shall get it shortly).

     

    I shall be posting a rebuttal to this shortly.

     

    Be that as it may, let me reproduce something from the Vedic Period on Binomial System and Binary system, that is used for Modern Computing.

     

    Ancient Indians used Mathematics extensively and relied on it so heavily that Indian Logic, Philosophy,Hindu Rituals and the Sanskrit Language have strong Mathematical base.

     

    Meters, called Chandas are used in Prayers, literary works have a strict Mathematical base.

     

    Pingala, younger brother of Panini, the Sanskrit grammarian, has devised Chanda Shastra that deals with these Meters.

     

    He  is dated to 2 BC, may be earlier.

     

    Another Legend has it that he is the younger brother of Patanjali, who wrote the Yoga Sutra.

     

    This assigns Pinagala to 4 BC.

    The Chandaḥśāstra presents the first known description of a binary numeral system in connection with the systematic enumeration of meters with fixed patterns of short and long syllables.The discussion of the combinatorics of meter corresponds to the binomial theorem. Halāyudha’s commentary includes a presentation of the Pascal’s triangle(called meruprastāra). Pingala’s work also contains the Fibonacci numbers, called mātrāmeru.

     

    Use of zero is sometimes mistakenly ascribed to Pingala due to his discussion of binary numbers, usually represented using 0 and 1 in modern discussion, while Pingala used short and long syllables. As Pingala’s system ranks binary patterns starting at one (four short syllables—binary “0000”—is the first pattern), the nth pattern corresponds to the binary representation of n-1, written backwards. Positional use of zero dates from later centuries and would have been known to Halāyudha but not to Pingala.

    The Importance given to 2 by Pingala: Pingala in his rules to Sanskrit prosody has given undue importance to the number 2. Typically, he lays down that, Any power of two throughout divisible by two is equal to two raised to the power of two representing the number of twos the first power is divisible by two�, i.e, 216 = 224, 232 = 225, 264 = 226 and so on (VIII.407).

     

     

     

    In grouping heavies and lights, Pingala adopts a unique method.

     

     

     

    If we take Heavy = H and Light = L, for two syllables, we get the combination, as follows:

     

     

     

    1. 1H
    2. 1L

     

     

     

    There are two combinations.

     

     

     

    For 3 syllables, we get,

     

     

     

    1. 3 H
    2. 2H, 1L
    3. 1H, 2L.
    4. 3L.

     

     

     

    There are  four combinations.

     

     

     

    For 4 syllables, we get,

     

     

     

    1. 4H
    2. 3H, 1L
    3. 2H, 2L
    4. 1H, 3L
    5. 4L.

     

     

     

    There are eight combinations.

     

     

     

    For 5 syllables, we get,

     

     

     

    1. 5H
    2. 4H, 1L
    3. 3H, 2L.
    4. 2H, 3L
    5. 1H, 4L
    6. 5L

     

     

     

    There are sixteen combinations.

     

     

     

    Thus, this is the formation of Binomial Numbers, Triangle and Series. They are explained as follows:

    This has been explained in the context of prosody and similar exposition has been made in Vedic literature about the chanting of mantras with time scale. However, the mathematical significance has to be noted here. This Binomial triangle can rightly be called Pingala Triangle and the series Pingala series. Indian mathematicians have identified the series and arranged the numbers in the form of a pyramid, which they called asMeruprasthana and depicted as follows:

    The basis of writing numbers can be easily explained:

     

     

     

    1. Write one in the first square. 1
    2. Draw two squares below, write 1 , 1 1 1
    3. Draw three squares, write 1, 1 in the first and last squares. 1 2 1

     

    Add the adjacent numbers of the above row and write intermediate numbers i.e, 1+1=2.

     

    4. 1, 1+2=3, 3+1=3, 1 1 3 3 1
     5. 1, 1+3=4, 3+3=6, 3+1+4, 1 1 4 6 4 1

    Binary system explained.

    Other numbers have also been assigned zero and one combinations likewise.

    Pingala’s system of binary numbers starts with number one (and not zero). The numerical value is obtained by adding one to the sum of place values. In this system, the place value increases to the right, as against the modern notation in which it increases towards the left.

    The procedure of Pingala system is as follows:

    Divide the number by 2. If divisible write 1, otherwise write 0.
    If first division yields 1 as remainder, add 1 and divide again by 2. If fully divisible, write 1, otherwise write 0 to the right of first 1.
    If first division yields 0 as remainder that is, it is fully divisible, add 1 to the remaining number and divide by 2. If divisible, write 1, otherwise write 0 to the right of first 0.
    This procedure is continued until 0 as final remainder is obtained.
    Example to understand Pingala System of Binary Numbers :

    Find Binary equivalent of 122 in Pingala System :

    Divide 122 by 2. Divisible, so write 1 and remainder is 61. 1
    Divide 61 by 2. Not Divisible and remainder is 30. So write 0 right to 1. 10
    Add 1 to 61 and divide by 2 = 31.
    Divide 31 by 2. Not Divisible and remainder is 16. So write 0 to the right. 100
    Divide 16 by 2. Divisible and remainder is 8. So write 1 to right. 1001
    Divide 8 by 2. Divisible and remainder is 4. So write 1 to right. 10011
    Divide 4 by 2. Divisible and remainder is 2. So write 1 to right. 100111
    Divide 2 by 2. Divisible. So place 1 to right. 1001111
    Now we have 122 equivalent to 1001111.

    Verify this by place value system : 1×1 + 0×2 + 0×4 + 1×8 + 1×16 + 1×32 + 1×64 = 64+32+16+8+1 = 121
    By adding 1(which we added while dividing 61) to 121 = 122, which is our desired number.
    In Pingala system, 122 can be written as 1001111.

    Though this system is not exact equivalent of today’s binary system used, it is very much similar with its place value system having 20, 20, 21, 22, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 etc used to multiple binary numbers sequence and obtain equivalent decimal number.

    Reference : Chandaḥśāstra (8.24-25) describes above method of obtaining binary equivalent of any decimal number in detail.
    These were used 1600 years before westerners/arabs copied binary system from India through trade and invasion.

    We now use zero and one (0 and 1) in representing binary numbers, but it is not known if the concept of zero was known to Pingala— as a number without value and as a positional location.Pingala’s work also contains the Fibonacci number, called mātrāmeru, and now known as the Gopala–Hemachandra number. Pingala also knew the special case of the binomial theorem for the index 2, i.e. for (a + b) 2, as did his Greek contemporary Euclid..

  • Language Of Gods Maths And Hinduism

    I have read an interesting academic paper on Mathematics involving Higher Mathematics of Numbers and was struck by its findings and the Truths expressed in hinduism Five Thousand years ago intuitively.

     

     

    First let me state something about relevant numerical in Indian thought.

     

    Ekam-1  Brahman

    Dwi-2. Purusha and Prakriti

    Thrini-3.Sattva, Rajas,Tamas; Brahma, Vishnu, Rudra.

    Shasti-6.Six sense organs, indian Philosophy classifies Mind as an Organ like mouth, eyes ..

    Nava-9.Navarasas, Nine expressions of the Living.Navagrahas,Navamsa,Navaveeras( of Shiva, along with Subrahmanya)

     

    Here one finds from the subtle Brahman , gradually becoming gross through the others till it reaches the level of the expressions of Humans.

     

    Now to Mathematics of Numbers.

    Marko Rodin has indeed discovered natures secret about 3,6, and 9.
    “We have to cast out all 9′s.” What does that mean? It means that any number that isabove the value 9 or one place value is going to be added together to get a single digit.
    So this means if we have a number 26, we add 2+6 to get 8, which is its “archetype”. If we do this for all numbers while doubling and halving, we get a pattern.
    This. The secret to the Universe is DOUBLING and HALVING.

    Let’s double the number 1 and found out what pattern we get.

    8  8
    16  7 (1+6=7)
    32  5 (3+2=5)

    64  1 (6+4=10, 1+0=1)
    128  2 (1+2+8=11, 1+1=2)
    256  4 (2+5+6=13, 1+3=4)

    1024  7 (1+0+2+4=7)
    2048  5 (2+0=4+8=14, 1+4=5)

    Actually, every 6 sets repeats into infinity in this way.
    You can also do the same by halving, or dividing the 1 into many parts.
    Anyway.. there is more, like how 3, 6, and 9 are never present amongst other numbers in the double scheme.

    3 and 6′s are constantly oscillating back and forth between each other in the doubling and halving scheme.

    So 9 is the unchanging, unwavering number that never really loses its true identity, even though it is undergoing a constant state changing.
    Watch Marko Rodins videos on YouTube and just try to understand what he’s saying. Basically he’s found the math to the real “God Particle” or particle of Spirit, known as Brahman in the Vedas, and he has shown how it can be observed, but not with physical instruments.

    he Fibonacci series has a pattern that repeats every 24 numbers

    Numeric reduction is a technique used in analysis of numbers in which all the digits of a number are added together until only one digit remains.  As an example, the numeric reduction of 256 is 4 because 2+5+6=13 and 1+3=4.  Applying numeric reduction to the Fibonacci series produces an infinite series of 24 repeating digits:

    1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 4, 3, 7, 1, 8, 9, 8, 8, 7, 6, 4, 1, 5, 6, 2, 8, 1, 9

    If you take the first 12 digits and add them to the second twelve digits and apply numeric reduction to the result, you find that they all have a value of 9.
