We have seen how erroneous the view that Prakrit is the Mother of Sanskrit.
Now let us see the argument that The Rig Veda is not Indian.
The Argument that the Rig Veda is not Hindu and not of Indian Origin is based on the fact that the worship of Surya,The Sun God.
Sun worship originated in Egypt and elsewhere.
Horses were not known to India and were imported from abroad.
The Rivers mentioned in The Rig Veda were in the far North towards Kabul,which includes the Saraswathi River.!
The Rig Veda mentions the battle for Kabul and there are references to the present Afghanistan.
There is a mention of a River Swat, which now is in Northwest Pakistan.
There is a striking resemblance of words in Sanskrit and Latin, German,French and English.
Lets see the point about the words found in common in Sanskrit,Latin ,German and French.
The word for father in Sanskrit Pit,not Pitar as said in the Video.
Pater Greek
Mathru in Sanskrit, Mater in Latin Meter in Greek .
There are many more words like these.
Bratha, meaning Brother in Sanskrit, Brother in English,
Aswa for Horse means the same in Lithuania.
What does this prove?
That these words were borrowed from these languages , Latin,Greek and possibly English(there is a mention of this in the Video on English!)
The Date of the Rig Veda is placed at 1900 BC.

Both Greek and Latin forms, if their History is correct must have been in the nascent stages, not to the extent of the rich language and Grammar of the Rig Veda, which follows the strict Grammatical rules of Sanskrit..A language needs hundreds of years to evolve from being a Dialect into a Literary language.
Therefore the statement that Sanskrit owes its words to Lain ,Greek is, at best laughable!
As to French and English contributing to Sanskrit, well, Indian Civilization has advanced while these learning to piss and did not even know to take bath.
Secondly the worship of Sun God, Adithya.
Yes there is the worship of the Sun God in the Rig Veda.
But the primary God worshiped in the Rig Veda is Fire, Agni.
The Rig Veda begins with,
‘Agnimele Purohitam,
Ritvijam Hothaaram Rathnadhaamam”
I am surprised a Professor of The Calcutta University saying this and state in the same breath Surya worship is predominant!
She adds that Indra is the Chief God in the Rig Veda.
Better her Professorship is revoked.
The argument is that the worship of the Sun was there in Egypt and elsewhere is the proof tha the Aryans came from these places to India.
Further the migration to India began , as can be evidenced from the fact that the Rivers mentioned in the Rig Veda are all from the extreme north, which Includes the Saraswati River, it is observed.
Saraswati river in the extreme north!
Please read geography and look at the location of Saraswati.
The Logic is if the Rivers are in the North then the migration will come from that Direction.
One forgets that there is another direction,South from where people can migrate!
Those who have read the Puranas and the Ithihasas like the Ramayana and the Mahabharata would know the extent of the land mass that was called the ‘Bharata Varsha’, the name Hindu is from the Arabic al-Hind, from the River Sind.
Bharat Varsha extended upto and beyond Kabul.
Gandhari of the Mahabharata was from Kandahar, which formed a part of Bharat Varsha.
There are the description of Yavanas, the Romans and the Mayas

‘Ikshu Sahu Yavana Sali Palaatyam’
Early Tamil Literature dating to 15oo BC refer to the Mahabharata, the Romans and the trade the Tamils have had with them.
The Vedas including the Rig Veda tak of Horses as also the Tamil Literature.
Tamil speaks of Horses being imported from Arabia in exchange for Cloves,Elephant Tusks and Pearls from Tamil Nadu.
The Vedas state that Horses were procured from Milecha desas, meaning non conformists of the Vedas.
I can go on adding facts.
But it is not worth the effort to silence idiots and the malicious.
What hurts one is that an India Professor(?) seems to subscribe to this view with her half baked Knowledge
