I have been wary of Anna Hazare and Arun Kejriwal of Aam Admi party since the word go , I have posted articles on this.
While one has never held elections for the Society he was involved in, paid by bribe to get a job done , the other resigned from Government breaking his bond under less than cordial circumstances.
Arun Kejriwal , instead of governing reverted to cheap gimmicks , when voted to be the CM of Delhi, in the process proving himself to be an anarchist .
Flow Chart Linking CIA and Kejriwal.Kejwariwal Magsaysay Link
Kejriwal, while on study leave and availing full government salary started Parivartan along with Manish Sisodia in 2000-2001. On its website, Parivartan on 10-March-2009 declared that it is not an NGO or a registered organization, and for Income Tax purposes it was an Association of Persons. However, in 2002 the website declared the organization was registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860 and was exempt from Income Tax in Section 80G of 12A of IT Act. This is a clear fraud on India and Indians.
I understand from a Senior officer of Nationalized Bank in India that the Government had transferred an amount of Rs .560 Crore from one Nationalized Bank to another recently.
NPA in Different banks India >Image source. The Hindu.
Apart from the legal aspects of this issue, about which I am proving a link that deals with this issue in detail, there is a moral question involved.
Why should an ordinary share holder of a Bank who is in no way connected to the Non Performing Assets(NPA) incurred by another Bank to suffer for the inefficiency or wanton non collection of its Dues.
I say ‘wantonly’ because insiders in the banking circle say that majority of the NPA belong to companies owned by the Politicians.
Curiously no report, not even a mention is made of these issues, NPA being transferred and NPAs are the default of Politicians anywhere in the internet.
Curious or have I not searched properly?
Retied senior Bankers or those in current employment with guts may provide inputs.
Non Performing Assets of Banks, India.
The gross non-performing assets (NPAs) of banks could rise to 4.2-4.4% by March, from 4.1% as on December, Icra said. By March, the gross NPAs of state-run banks could rise to 4.8-5% of total loans in the banking system, Icra said in its baking sector update.
“Considering the current business slowdown, the stretched working capital cycles of corporates and the slow pace of economic recovery, Icra is of the view that the gross NPA percentage of the public sector banks (PSBs) would be at 4.8-5% as on March 31, 2014,” Icra said.
Gross bad loans of 40 listed Indian banks grew to Rs.2.43 trillion at the end of December, a rise of about 36% from last year. Government banks also face issues on capitalization given the advanced capital requirements under the so-called Basel-III, Icra said.”
Legal Aspects of NPA.
There is no reason to believe that non-banking finance companies, banks and financial institutions are helpless as against the borrower. As lenders they are all equipped with a number of legal remedies and rights for speedy recovery of amounts due from defaulting borrower. But the banks in general and of their own volition are either ignorant or not willing to take benefit of provisions of the law or the relevant legislation for various reasons including defect in the loan documentation signed by the borrower. For example, the erstwhile IFCI Act, 1948 which established the very first financial institution in India and the State Financial Corporations Act, 1951 contained special provisions for speedy recovery of due from the defaulting borrower. The erstwhile IRBI Act for establishment of the Industrial Reconstruction Bank of India contained provisions for creation of charge by execution and filing mere declaration into prescribed format. Such declaration is not required to be registered under Section 17 of the Indian Registration Act, 1908. This declaration creates mortgage interests on immovable property and is deemed to be treated as creation of simple mortgage by the borrower and accordingly all rights and remedies available to a simple mortgage were made available to IRBI. Some of the State Governments have passed special legislation akin to law for revenue recovery for speedy recovery of its dues by the banks as arrears of land revenue. The provisions of Section 69 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 deals with powers and rights for recovery of its dues by the mortgagee by private sale and without intervention of the courts. Further Section 69A of the Transfer of Property Act provides for appointment of receivers and management of the property of the borrower without intervention of the courts. Nearly 100 year-old enactment the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in the Order 37 Rule 40 provides for summary procedure for recovery of dues by the bank. The shares, debentures and government securities dematerialised format can now very easily be pledged by filing necessary details in the Form No W. with the Depository Participant concerned in accordance with the terms of the Depositories Act,1996.
In spite of the various statutory provisions mentioned above, it is wonder of all wonderers as to how the banks have been able to build-up mountains of NPAs. Further, very often the banks are not able to recover amounts due on a simple demand promissory note or even from the Government under the Government Guarantee. The blame is thereafter put at the door of defective legal system, procedural delays and on the judiciary. At times the usual care is not taken just to verify and ensure that the documents are duly signed by the authorised official of the borrower and that proper stamp duty and registration charges have been paid as per applicable law prevailing in the particular city or the State in which the documents have been executed.
The Punjab Government of Pakistan has funded the LeT front,Jamaat-ud-Dawah, considered a front for the banned Lashkar-e-Taiba.Earlier I have posted the list of Journalists who were paid by The Government.
Pak’s Punjab govt allocates millions to JuD
It is open secret that the ISI and The Government of Pakistan has been funding terrorist Organisations.
Now this has become official.
It is also known that the Mumbai Terror attack was conceived, directed and controlled by the ISI.
Couple this with Headley confessions to the US
The picture is complete.
Noe Nawaz Sharief is freezing these funds for the future.
The result could be the hiding of the allocation by the Government departments and the ISI.
And Sharief will be sailing in uncharted waters.
Besides a grant-in-aid of over Rs 61 million for the JuD centre known as ‘Markaz-e-Taiba’, the provincial government has allocated Rs 350 million for setting up a “Knowledge Park” at the centre and other development initiatives.
Details of the allocations were presented in budget documents tabled in the Punjab Assembly yesterday by the PML-N government led by Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
One document stated: “Grant-in-aid to chief administrator Muridkey Markaz (is) Rs 61.35 million.” The JuD’s centre is located at Muridkay on the outskirts of Lahore.
In his budget speech in the assembly, Finance Minister Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman announced that the provincial government “intends to establish a Knowledge Park in Muridkey”.
He said the government had allocated Rs 350 million for the park and several other initiatives in Punjab.
Shortly after the UN Security Council designated the JuD, a front for the LeT in the wake of the 2008 Mumbai attacks, the Punjab government took over the centre in Muridkey.
At that time too, Punjab was ruled by the PML-N. Since then, the government has allocated money in its annual budget for the administration of the centre in Muridkey.
In 2009-10, the government provided more than Rs 82 million for the administration of JuD facilities.
In fiscal 2010-11, Chief Minister Sharif, using his discretionary powers, allocated two separate grants for JuD facilities. The government granted Rs 79.77 million for six organisations at Markaz-e-Taiba and a special grant-in-aid of Rs 3 million for the JuD’s Al-Dawa School System in several districts of Punjab.
Officials have said in the past that the allocations were needed to continue “welfare services” provided by the JuD’s schools, dispensaries and hospitals across the province of 90 million.
I am yet to see one.If any one has an idea, please let me know the details.
This species is like mythical Gold Country.
I can recall only two names which come closer to this category.
‘CHO’ Ramaswamy in Tamil, Late. Babaurao Patel of Mother India(English)
2.Those who write because of Political inclinations, like RK.Karanjia of Blitz(now defunct),DF Karaka (Current, now defunct)
3.Slight variation of the above category,
Political Papers, Card holding Members.
4.Those who write for extortion
5..Government Protagonist.

Listen to Radia Tapes how the Media is manipulated by Industrialists.(Filed under Radia Tapes)
This piece of writing is euphemistically called ‘paid journalism”
Pakistan Government has been foolish enough to have the list lying and was caught.
They had to be released by a Supreme Court Order.
I am reproducing excerpts and the List.
Indian Government is smarter, or I am dumb, I am unable to find evidence of this.
Story:
The list of the 282 journalists who received payments and gifts from the secret fund of the information ministry was made public following a Supreme Court order.
The complete list can be viewed as a PDF here, or scroll down to the bottom of this report.
The list of disbursements totals just over Rs177 million.
Many names of senior journalists and anchors are included in the list, some of whom have been added for being provided flights or accommodation as part of official delegations with government officials such as the former prime minister. A few journalists who did not choose to travel on the offered trips have also been included in the list, seemingly erroneously.
According to the rules and regulations, the purpose of the secret fund is only to obtain or uncover sensitive information necessary to protect ‘national interest/national security’.
It cannot be used for any other purpose, such as emergencies or incidental expenses. All withdrawals are supposed to come under specific heads and justifications.
Another list of 155 journalists who took gifts and payments from the information ministry will also be made public later.
SC Judge Jawwad S Khawja remarked during the April 11 hearing of the information ministry secret funds case that Rs300 million was apparently given away to a private television channel.
Journalists and members of the civil society demanded the Supreme Court make public the names of the private TV channel that received Rs300 million from the information ministry and of all those journalists who allegedly received huge payments from the ministry.
Complete list.
List of Journalists who received Money from The Government,Pakistan
I recall a story we used to narrate when we were in college.
A man and his daughter were travelling abroad.
Before they boarded the flight, father told his daughter to leave her Diamond wrist watch at Home as it might be confiscated or taxed heavily on landing.
After landing , they came out of the terminal.
The girl took out the watch.
The father asked’ I did not see you wearing the watch, nor packing, nor were you caught.
How did you bring it in?
42 ‘ TV stolenu under a Skirt
The girl replied.
Father exclaimed,’had I known, I would have brought your mother and a Wall Clock!”
I was reminded of this story when I read the following news.
Story:
A woman tried to walk out of a store with a 42-in television “hidden” between her legs. Not to anybody’s surprised, she was caught and subsequently arrested.
Police apprehended the woman, who was accompanied by her boyfriend, after walked unsteadily towards the exit of the shop in Oslo, the Norwegian capital.
The woman made it all the way to a nearby bus stop, but she was arrested on the bus after a suspicious store employee informed the police.
When confronted about the irregular shape under her skirt by the police, the Romanian woman told them she had “very strong thigh muscles.”
‘It is not unusual that thieves put bits and bobs under their skirts of large sweaters,’ said Tor Grøttom at Oslo police HQ.
‘We wondered at first if this was impossible but then we tried it at the station with female officers. It is hard – but not impossible.’
The woman, through the incident, has been nicknamed ‘Thunder Thighs’ by one Norwegian radio station, and the 31-year-old is still in custody being questioned about other thefts in Norway.’
