  • Secret US Intelligence Community Not Accountable,Details

There is furor over NSA’s eavesdropping and the latest fact that France is livid with the US for listening in to about million Calls.

We know CIA,FBI, Home Land Security, NIA and may be another five or ten visible Intelligence Communities of The US.

    Dana Priest.
Dana Priest who exposed the Secret Intelligence Community in US.

    But not this one.

You would find, towards the end of the post , a Video on  Secret White House Bank Account.

And this information is through Washington Times Advertisers and I am sure the Newspaper has published verified information.

While checking on this, I stumbled into the Intelligence Community.

    “Dear Washington Times Reader,

    You have to see this…

A colleague of mine has stumbled onto some rather intriguing research.

In short, it’s an account almost no one in the country has ever heard about. By one expert’s estimate, only 0.07% of Americans (one in 1,500) has one of these private accounts.

But the rich have long favored this idea…

President Roosevelt, for example, had an account.

So did Walt Disney, Ray Kroc, JFK, and even current Vice President Joe Biden.

John McCain at one time even held over $1,000,000 inside his own account!

What’s so special about this account? Well, for one, it can let you retire 100% tax-free. You can pass it along to your heirs without paying a dime to the IRS. It also grows your money 3-4 times faster than standard CDs… and, to top it off, you can access your money ANYTIME!

But here’s perhaps the best part: This account is available to nearly anyone… regardless of how much money you have or even if you don’t have any political connections!

My colleague literally invested over $100,000 of his own money into this idea once he was convinced of how good it was.”

About three years ago. Washington Post‘s Reporter,Pulitzer Prize Winner, Dana Priest, a Pulitzer Prize winner, and William Arkin wrote that they found “an alternative geography of the United States, a Top Secret America hidden from public view and lacking in thorough oversight.” After nine years of “unprecedented spending,” the intelligence community has become a sector of government so massive that oversight is next to impossible and that it is of questionable benefit to the United States’ security.

That there is even a behemoth of an Intelligence Group is tucked away behind the Public eye.

This Intelligence community is managed by ,

,271 government organizations and 1,931 private companies work on programs related to counter-terrorism, homeland security and intelligence in about 10,000 locations across the country.

    — An estimated 854,000 people, nearly 1.5 times as many people as live in Washington, D.C., hold top-secret security clearances.

    — In the Washington area, 33 building complexes for top-secret intelligence work have been built or are under construction since September 2001. Together they occupy the equivalent of almost three Pentagons or 22 U.S. Capitol buildings — about 17 million square feet of space.”

Worse is that it is not accountable to any one nobody knows how much Budget is allocated to it!

    Interview with Dana Priest excerpts.

‘A two-time Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative reporter for The Washington Post Priest is the author, along with William Arkin, of Top Secret America: The Rise of the New American Security State. Here she takes FRONTLINE through the rapid growth of Top Secret America, which began with an impulse to secrecy and a blank check from Congress in the days after 9/11, and which now employs nearly a million people at 1,900 private companies and 1,300 federal organizations. “These are gigantic edifices that are going to stay,” she says. This is the edited transcript of an interview conducted on June 18, 2011.

I just think that we have accepted what it is the government says we need to do without questioning how much money it costs, without questioning whether it’s effective or not. And in part we’ve done that because we’ve accepted the secrecy that surrounds it all.

    ..

The reaction in Congress, which becomes so important in our story, is they really wrote a blank check. … The money flowed out. And there weren’t very many constraints on it at all. There definitely wasn’t any sort of oversight of what was going on with the money, because, again, people were worried. …

And so George Bush, for example, gave the CIA a billion dollars right off the bat, because the CIA was in the best position, not the military, to go after bin Laden and his followers in Afghanistan. And he gave them a billion dollars, and he also ordered the military to do whatever it took to support the CIA. …

They did the same thing with the NSA. Lots of money poured into the National Security Agency, which was the eavesdropper around the world. And they couldn’t grow fast enough. Not only were they asked to eavesdrop in many different places that they weren’t used to doing — not just capitals and not just leaders of countries, which is really what they were doing, mostly, prior to 9/11. They would want to know what a leader was saying or what an opposition group was saying. And they would report those conversations back.

  • US Concentration Prison Camps Details Locations

The Champion of Freedom elsewhere, the US has Concentration Camps, Nazi style, less Gas Chambers, a Mini Guantanamo Bay.

I have not read anywhere about these Camps and I stumbled upon it while searching for Islamic Terrorism and the rumor that the US has bought 30,000 Guillotins.

Here is the Story and it is real.

    Prisons, US
    Concentration Camps, US
    Prisons in the US
Park County – Hart Mountain – Renovated WWII Japanese-American special internment detention facilities.
North Central part of the state FEMA Detention facility

    Story:

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really want to be on Ashcroft’s list.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

Now let’s review the justification for any actions taken…

Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:…

    EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990

allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

    EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995

allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

    EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997

allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

    EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998

allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.

    EXECUTIVE ORDER 10999

allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

    EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000

allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

    EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001

allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

    EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002

designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

    EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005

allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

    EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051

specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

    EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310

grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

    EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049

assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

    EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921

allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA’s Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA’s role as a “new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis.” FEMA’s powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate the…

    National Security Act of 1947

allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities.

    1950 Defense Production Act

gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.

    Act of August 29, 1916

authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency.

    International Emergency Economic Powers Act

enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.

    Where are these camps?

    ALABAMA
Opelika – Military compound either in or very near town.
Aliceville – WWII German POW camp – capacity 15,000
    Ft. McClellan (Anniston) – Opposite side of town from Army Depot;
Maxwell AFB (Montgomery) – Civilian prison camp established under Operation Garden Plot, currently operating with support staff and small inmate population.
Talladega – Federal prison “satellite” camp.

    ALASKA
Wilderness – East of Anchorage. No roads, Air & Railroad access only. Estimated capacity of 500,000 Elmendorf AFB – Northeast area of Anchorage – far end of base. Garden Plot facility.
Eielson AFB – Southeast of Fairbanks. Operation Garden Plot facility.
Ft. Wainwright – East of Fairbanks.

  • US Purchased 30,000 Guillotines?

The Internet is abuzz with articles saying that the Federal Government has purchased 30000 Guillotines and the story is not yet denied by the federal Authorities.

    US Purchases Guillotine.
Think about this; Why does the US government need 30,000 Guillotines and over 600 Million rounds of hollow point bullets? There are over 800 prison camps in the United States. All fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards. But they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. But an article clarifies that this story has been doing the rounds since 1990 and there is no evidence for this in the Congressional records.
One would think that the Government of USA should have denied this?
    Why did they not?

    Story:
Why did the U.S. government recently purchase 30,000 guillotines?

    A: It didn’t. You’ve been hoaxed.

A June 19, 2013 article claiming the U.S. government recently purchased 30,000 guillotines (yes, exactly 30,000) and that Congress passed a law authorizing their use for “governmental purposes” has sparked a conspiracist feeding frenzy.

Never mind there’s not a shred of evidence to support these allegations. The first clue to their facetiousness is the fact that the author to whom they’re attributed, retired FBI agent Ted Gunderson, died two years before the article was published.

It’s true that Mr. Gunderson was once quoted in the press as claiming that the U.S. government had “recently” purchased 30,000 guillotines (yes, exactly 30,000), but that was four years ago, in 2009.

In point of fact, the “30,000 guillotines” rumor — accompanied by now-familiar claims that the federal government has secretly built “FEMA concentration camps,” ordered mass shipments of coffins and body bags, issued tyrannical executive orders, and so on — has been bandied about in conspiracy theory circles for well over a decade.

This, for example, was posted 11 years ago in April 2002:

The information I had received was that 15,000 or 30,000 guillotines had been shipped to Georgia as well as Montana for safe keeping until such a time as they are needed. (I don’t recall the exact number. It’s been a while. However, I do believe it was 15,000 for each storage facility.) Guillotines on American soil? What are they up to? [source][/source]

    The Original Story:

    US Bought 30,000 Guillotines.

HB 1274 authorizes the state of Georgia to execute citizens by guillotine:

Georgia House of Representatives – 1995/1996 Sessions HB 1274 – Death penalty; guillotine provisions Code Sections – 17-10-38/ 17-10-44 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT
1- 1 To amend Article 2 of Chapter 10 of Title 17 of the Official
1- 2 Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the death penalty
1- 3 generally, so as to provide a statement of legislative
1- 4 policy; to provide for death by guillotine; to provide for
1- 5 applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
    1- 6 purposes.
    SECTION 1.
1- 8 The General Assembly finds that while prisoners condemned to
1- 9 death may wish to donate one or more of their organs for
1-10 transplant, any such desire is thwarted by the fact that
1-11 electrocution makes all such organs unsuitable for
1-12 transplant. The intent of the General Assembly in enacting
1-13 this legislation is to provide for a method of execution
1-14 which is compatible with the donation of organs by a
    1-15 condemned prisoner.

    One question to consider:

If Georgia was planning to utilize guillotines as a method of execution, how could this be carried out without purchasing guillotines?

  • US Shuts Down What Happens

    US economy shuts down.
    US shuts down.

I read a simple write-up on this from TIME.

I am reproducing this with my comments.

    My comments.

    Nice write-up.

Let’s see how this impacts the US so called non-essential services.

Most of the things might probably be for the good like scientists  not scaring people of imagined diseases,

State governments‘ relevance and their ability to exist independently of Washington will be high lighted

Though some jobs will be lost ,the States may accommodate them.

As things stand the Motto Private Industry sustains will be put to test.

People say that this shut down will affect the World economy.

    Call the bluff.

Like, what happens to firemen and policemen who get paid by the government? Will garbage men still come to pick up the stinky trash on your street? Will mommies and daddies who work for the government be in the mood to buy you new Legos? And what is a government shutdown anyway?

A good way to think about the situation right now is this: the federal government runs on money like a car runs on gas. Lawmakers couldn’t agree on where to go or which route to take, so they ended up driving in circles and reading Dr. Seuss books to each other until they ran out of fuel. Some parts of the car will still operate without gas, but many won’t.

If the government shuts down, the most important things will still get done. Soldiers and other members of the military who help protect America will still keep us safe. The Post Office will still deliver letters. Air traffic controllers will still help planes land safely at airports. And your old or disabled relatives who get things called “Social Security checks” will still have money for bingo.

But many services will stop. The government won’t issue as many documents that allow foreign people to visit our country, poor people might not get food stamps to buy groceries, and governments scientists won’t be monitoring the spread of disease. Places that belong to the federal government, like national parks, will have to close during the shutdown. So that long car trip to Yosemite that your family was planning next weekend may be off.

Many government workers, like public school teachers and firemen and police officers, are paid by local governments or state governments. If the federal government shuts down, it shouldn’t affect their jobs. You will still go to school (unless you’re part of a program like Head Start that depends on grant money from Washington). The policemen in your town will still look for bad guys and firemen will still put out fires. But many federal government employees won’t be going to work.

There are two types of mommies and daddies who work for the federal government and might be affected by the shutdown: non-essential and essential workers. Essential workers are like the ice cream in a ice cream sundae; non-essential workers are like the toppings — great to have but not the most important ingredients. The toppings people will be told to stay home from work and may be grumpy because it’s unclear whether they will get paid; many may act like your uncle when he’s had too much “silly juice.” The ice cream people, like the President and members ofCongress, will still go to work.

The government has shut down many times before, so don’t worry too much. One time in the year 1995, the federal government was closed for 21 days. Eventually lawmakers should come to a compromise that gets the car back on the road.
