‘”Most corrupt people come from OBC, SC and ST communities”
Some points.
1.Normally people would have torn the individual to pieces if he were to belong to the other Communities,Forward Community , especially Brahmin Community.
2.Unfortunately for them he belongs to Christian Community.
3.He has made a statement that most of the corruption emanate from SC ST Communities.
4.Why do people pounce on him instead providing statistics to nail him?
If a similar statement has been made against the Forward Community,especially The Brahmins, I am sure, every one would have endorsed it gleefully.
5.Who are A.Raja of 2G Scam:Karnanidhi,Kalamadi,Lallu Prasdad Yadav, and a host of others?
They definitely are not from the Forward Community.
Not that the Forward Community people free from corruption.
Why is it that when somebody makes a charge that the Forward Community grabs power at Centre,implying Nehru,Indira Gandhi ,Rajiv Gandhi,Narasimha Rao,Lal Bahadur Shastri and Presidents like Dr. Sarvapalli Radha Krishnan,Dr.Rajendra Prasad,and Shankar Dayal Sharma , declare that they do so by manipulative Politics,and that the Forward communities segregate SC’s STs, there is no call for censure ?
Every one joins the chorus.
The most powerful weapon one has is to belong to SC,ST and to avenge bosses or any one whom one does not like is to say ‘he / she called me by
‘Caste name”
If a Superior wants an Employee to work properly, and if he,she happens to belong to SC?ST, the Senior Officer is threatened with filing a case against him under ‘Calling by the Caste”!
I have seen this happening in Public Sector too often.
In fact in a Leading Public Sector Bank, an Employee resigned (he was from a Forward Community,though not a Brahmin) from a Senior Position for the same harassment.
It is a ritual for Karunanidhi,the self-styled rationalist and Corruption personified to cry ” I am a Sudra, I do not wear the Thread across my chest and people are out to get me”
And have people noticed that the SC,ST who get promoted to Senior positions call the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes people working at lower rung as ‘fellows who came up by Reservations?
While talking of Caste, why is it people don not ask whether an SC will marry into ST ,or OBC and vice versa?
Look at some false cases foisted under SC S Harassment Sections.
‘sir a false atrocity case has been registered against me by a person who has encroached my agircultural land.the reason behind it is she has encroached my proeprt and i ve already filed a suit for possesion in the civil court..on 1st october of this month i got an interim injunction from the court refraining the defendant from interefering into the suit schedule property inspite of this she vioalted the court orders and is still in the possession .taking note on this on 20th of 0ct i filed a police complaint on him saying she is vioalting the court orders the police said that they will summon him and talk to her but after she getting to know that i have given a complaint on her on 20th of october…she filed an atrocity case on me on 21 st october that i had come to land @ 7 am on 21 oct and i verbally abused them about their caste and threatened to kill her..my father had asked a photographer to take the snaps of the land in order to produce before the court similarly the photographer and his son went to the land @ 7:35 am on 21 st october and took the snaps but @ that time there was no body in the lands..and i was not present in the lands on 21st and i atteneded the college @ 8:30 as well ,but he has given a false complaint saying i had come @ 7…and a few people have signed as witnesses which is again false….
the sections under which i am framed are
506 and sc st act3 (1) (x) intentionally insults or intimidates with intent to humiliate a member of a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe in any place within public view;
how do i prove my innocence ?

On the basis of a written complaint made to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, 24-Parganas (South) by the opposite party no. 2 herein alleging commission of offences punishable under Section 3 (1)(viii)(x) and Section 6 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 read with Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner and others, the Learned Magistrate in exercise of power conferred under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure referred the same to the Officer-in- Charge, Jadavpur Police Station directing to treat the said complaint as FIR and to cause investigation. Whereupon Jadavpur Police Station Case No. 165 of 07 under Section 3 (1)(viii)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code was registered.

“This is the most bizarre statement I have heard. The Brahmins and the upper cast can do away with all the corruption but when a low caste person emulates the same thing it becomes so wrong. Such statement is not right,” he said.
“Most of the people who are doing corruption are people from OBC, SC and ST communities and as long as it remains Indian republic will survive,” Nandy said. His comments were met with boos from the audience.
However, Nandy later clarified that what he meant was that most of the people getting caught are people from OBC, SC and ST communities as they don’t have the means to save themselves unlike people from upper castes.
