- Thousands in custody – detention without trial, other widespread abuses
- Economic embargo imposed on traditional Tamil areas for more than 2 decades
- Supply of food, medicine, fuel, electricity and other essential items controlled by the Military

- Usage of banned weapons – Cluster bombs, White phosporous. Usage of heavy weapons, artillery on densely populated civilian areas. Reported usage of chemical weapons.
- Mass Graves and systematic violations of fundamental human rights remain uninvestigated
- No International Media allowed into conflict areas
- State sponsored pogroms
- Systematic destruction of Infrastructure
- Indiscriminate and wanton air attacks on traditional Tamil areas for more than 2 decades.
- Hundreds of thousands of livelihoods and schools, hospitals, libraries, temples, churches, houses, villages destroyed.

Most of the pics can see LTTE Suicide features and the LTTE tag on neck. Most of these are pictures of LTTE terrorist bodies killed while in combat with the SL Army. This document is one sided clearly ignoring the facts of LTTE brutally slaying innocent Sinhala which are 100 to 1000 times more severe, Tamil and muslim villages in the Govt. areas hacking women, children, pregnant women to death with knives and machettes. No picture of Rajiv Gandhi or Premadasa dead bodies ? why? There are plenty of pics on the web. Sources of tamil racists killed few sinhala soldiers in jaffna. On reaction the Sinhala dominated JRJ govt let the sinhala racists go rampage in colombo in 1983, What was the tamil reaction? 30 years of killing innocent sinhala people, muslims and many of their own people who talked against them. Ofcourse they lost their own members most taken by force also. Its the wrong reaction of tamils which caused the distruction. They should have killed the JRJ govt. members instead. Nature gave the racist tamils a reply. Many people here seems to make an earning of posting one sided stories of tamil genecide.. it has become a mythical art now. Yet still they didnt learn the lesson…. No one will win on revenge !!!
