Now the story.
On 2 October,A man sent an email on the personal appearance of the Anchor,Jennifer Livingston,WKBT anchor.
What follows on the screen was an excellent piece on behaviour of people in Courtesy, Decency and in general Lifestyle.
I have often lamented the fact that,in the name of Freedom and ‘Openness’, people tend to become boorish and lack sensitivity.
Social net works contribute to this pathetic behaviour.
When you remain unknown, it becomes easy to say any thing to any body-most people do this.
There are yet some class of crass people who think they are smart and make disparaging comments, like the one in REDDIT on the hairstyle of a Sikh woman( of course, he got so much from her in a polite way, he apologised-read my blog on this).
What you her in the video by the Anchor is the anguish of decent people on the Lifestyle of some.
I totally agree with her.

“To the person who wrote me that letter — do you think I don’t know that? That your cruel words are pointing out something that I don’t see?” Livingston asked in response. “You don’t know me. You are not a friend of mine. You are not a part of my family. And you have admitted that you don’t watch this show. So you know nothing about me but what you see on the outside. And I am much more than a number on the scale.”
Livingston went on to say that October is National Anti Bullying Month, and that she hopes her response to the email will serve to raise awareness of bullying behavior, which is “passed down from people like the man who wrote me that email.”
“If you are at home and talking about the fat news lady, guess what? Your children are probably going to go to school and call someone fat,” Livingston said.
