Karnataka CM’S Office Live. RTI CM’s Office.Log On.

Recently, Kerala chief minister Ooman Chandy created history by initiating 24-hour live webcast of his official chamber in Kerala. The idea has been widely accepted by Keralites worldwide and the webcast has received huge response from every corner of the world. In just three months, it has registered about 4 lac visitors.

Impressed by Chandy’s move, Karnataka CM Sadananda Gowda has also planned a similar move in his Vidhana Soudha office and residence office at Krishna. But the difference is, Gowda’s office can be watched live only when he is available in office, but rest of the time, it will be offline. However, Chandy’s office is on camera for 24-hours.

Speaking to Daijiworld over the phone, Sadananda Gowda said that impressed by Kerala CM’s initiative, he too wanted to bring transparency in his office. People in the state and Kannadigas who resides abroad have the right to see what’s happening in the CM’s office, he said, adding that he has already given the work to Kerala State agency, Centre for Development of Imaging Technology (C-DIT), to implement the technology. “There will be two cameras in Vidhana Soudha office and three in Krishna. People can watch what my officers and I are doing.”

He appreciated the work done by daijiworld and requested that since daijiworld is the most popular website for Kannadigas worldwide, it should give a link to the live webcast on the site.

The live webcast is expected to be installed by the end of this month or early December. There will be a formal inauguration of the event soon after the completion of installation.

    Dear Mr Chief Minister,

I am not a regular citizen of Bengluru but I am an employee at some company. I need to travel daily in BMTC buses to reach my office. Every day I see one strange thing happening in midst of Bengluru’s heavy traffic that all the local buses are overcrowded and very few people travelling in A/C buses. Then I started to think and came to some conclusion. Going to my office I need to pay 15 Rs in NON A/C city bus in compare to 35 Rs that off A/C bus. People are going for cheaper transport. Because of this huge fare differences neither the A/C buses don’t make much profit and those not able to reduce the load of transport too.

I am from Jaipur. There is also price difference between A/C and NON A/C service but its affordable. If in NON A/C bus I pay 12 Rs than in A/C I need to pay 17 Rs That is affordable to most of the people and both kind of buses share equal load of transport and make huge revenue as well. I am not telling you to do as I say but please make our life simple and cheaper.
