booking ref. no.is 601884 dated 11-3-15 still not received cylinder yet. even I went to agency directly and speak to staff but they didn’t satisfactory reply and speak rudely.

My customers id 16195 delivered gas on dated 4-2-15 having cash memo 3000078258 still I not getting Subsidity
Neel gas company does not respond me
So please help me what I do?
My Consumer no-8422 and distributor code-177164 .I did not got gas delivery on time. Now despite of delivery cylinder gas too delay so in the distributor for gas delivery as early as possible.
My con no is cx3099206 I have number on 2^3/2015 despite several reminder I am not getting gas cylinder what should I do.
