Brain seems realize that Time is Relative(please read my blog on Time is Cyclic , a non-linear theory of Time).
Just as there is a correlation between Brain and the external world, there is an Universal link between all brains.This means all the Mind/Conscious of things in the world(both living and non-living) are interconnected and we perceive what we are meant to perceive in a predetermine way.
