  • Cholas Ancestors of Rama?

    The genealogy of Manu is very interesting.

    Manu is reported to be the first Man.

    Hence the name Manusha(Sanskrit),Manithan(Tamil), Man (English).

    Manu meditated in Madagascar while a Tsunami struck and His son Ikshvaku left for Ayodhya with his sons.

    His son Ikshvaku founded the Ikshvaku dynasty ,the Solar Dynasty , to which Lord Rama belongs.

    But what happened to Manu’s daughters?

    A detailed research reveals interesting information.

    Manu had a daughter Ila.

    She was married to Chandra,Moon and the offspring was Budha.

    While many versions of the tale exist, Ila is usually described as a daughter or son of Vaivasvata Manu and thus the sibling of Ikshvaku, the founder of the Solar Dynasty. In versions in which Ila is born female, she changes into a male form by divine grace soon after her birth. After mistakenly entering a sacred grove as an adult, Ila is either cursed to change his/her gender every month or cursed to become a woman. As a woman, Ilā married Budha, the god of the planet Mercury and the son of the lunar deity Chandra (Soma), and bore him a son called Pururavas, the father of the Lunar dynasty. After the birth of Pururavas, Ilā is transformed into a man again and fathered three sons.

    In the Vedas, Ilā is praised as Idā (Sanskrit: इडा), goddess of speech, and described as mother of Pururavas. ‘

    She begot a son Pururavas.

    Hence the descendants of this Dynasty were called the Lunar Dynasty, Chandra Vamsa.

    The Kuru Dynasty of Mahabharata,which was named after one of the ancestors.

    Manu had a grand daughter through his daughter called Dakshina,one meaning of the term is South.

    It is probable that she was the founder of the Lunar Dynasty , she was also called Ila.

    Ila’s son was called Ellalan,who ruled the south.

    Ellalan in Tamil means ‘one who rules the boundaries’

    He was a king of the present Sri Lanka.

    Mahavamsa of Sri Lanka records that he was a Chola and a noble king.

     

    He was also called as Manu Needhi Chola, A Chola King in Dravida Desa.

    Now there is the famous Emperor Sibi who belonged to Solar Dynasty.

     

    His date preceds Rama’s.

    ‘The words “Kumari Kandam” first appear in Kanda Puranam, a 15th-century Tamil version of the Skanda Purana, written by Kachiappa Sivacharyara (1350-1420).[3] Although the Tamil revivalists insist that it is a pure Tamil name, it is actually a derivative of the Sanskrit words “Kumarika Khanda”.The Andakosappadalam section of Kanda Puranam describes the following cosmological model of the universe: There are many worlds, each having several continents, which in turn, have several kingdoms. Paratan, the ruler of one such kingdom, had eight sons and one daughter. He further divided his kingdom into nine parts, and the part ruled by his daughter Kumari came to be known as Kumari Kandam after her. Kumari Kandam is described as the kingdom of the Earth. Although the Kumari Kandam theory became popular among anti-Brahmin anti-Sanskrit Tamil nationalists, the Kanda Puranam actually describes Kumari Kandam as the land where the Brahmins also reside, where Shiva is worshipped and where the Vedas are recited. The rest of the kingdoms are described as the territory of the mlecchas.[5]

    He ruled from the north and conquered the south, defeating his maternal cousins.

    This is recorded in the Temple history of Thiruvellarai, temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu as Pundarikaksha.

    This Vishnu temple is older than Sri Rangam Ranganatha Temple in Tamil Nadu.

    Ramayana records that Vibhishana requested the Idol of Lord Ranganatha from Lord Rama and though Rama gave him, Vishnu,Ranganatha stayed back at Sri Rangam, where He faces Sri Lanka.

    So the Cholas were the ancestors of Rama and not the other war around.

    (I have written earlier that Cholas were descendants of Rama. As this blog is research oriented I write as I come by evidence. So there is updation and clarification and there is no contradiction.)

    Considering the facts,

    ‘Manu left for the North because of A Tsunami

    Tamil is an ancient language of India which runs parallel to Sanskrit.

    A Million year old site found near Chennai records an advanced Tamil civilization.

    The sunken harbor of Poompuhar, Tamil Nadu, which is spoken of in detail in the Tamil Epic Cilappadikaram,is dated 20,000 years ago..

    Such an old culture refers to Sanskrit and Sanskrit in turn refers to Tamil.

    Then there is Sage Agastya who is present both in Tamil and Sanskrit.

    So is Sage Valmiki who is considered to be a Siddha and has written poems in Tamil.

    Such an intimacy between Sanatana Dharma and Tamils, yet there are differences though they present a unified picture!

    This has been a question I have been seeking  an answer to.

    The fact that Manu was from the South, Dravida.

    • One has to remember that the landmass in those ancient days was different and it has no relevance to what we call as North or South India now…

    Lord Rama refused to fight against the Lemurians while he was fighting the Atlantis people saying that Lemurians were his ancestors,

    Ravana,s ancestors Malyavan and Kubera were also from the area we now call as Lemuria

    It may be noted that,

    Shiva worship  in the Dravida desa  preceded Vedic  period,

    The Tamils though a part of Sanatana Dharma , their methods of worship of Shiva was different,

    The Siddha system and Yoga pre date Patanjal’s Yoga Sutra.

    The influence of Tamil mode of worship in fareastern countries is greater than Vishnu worship.

     

    It stands to reason to postulate thar the Cholas preceded Ramayan and this can also be confirmed by the fact tha Tamil Kings were present during Damayanti’s Swayamvar.

    Nala and Damayanti predate Rama.

    One may also note thar there is Ila people in Zambia.

    A tribe in Cameroon still speak Tamil.

    Hittie civilization has its in Tamils.

    Maitreya said: Svāyambhuva Manu begot three daughters in his wife Śatarūpā, and their names were Ākūti, Devahūti and Prasūti.

    SB 4.1.2: Ākūti had two brothers, but in spite of her brothers, King Svāyambhuva Manu handed her over to Prajāpati Ruci on the condition that the son born of her be returned to Manu as his son. This he did in consultation with his wife, Śatarūpā.

    SB 4.1.3: Ruci, who was very powerful in his brahminical qualifications and was appointed one of the progenitors of the living entities, begot one son and one daughter by his wife, Ākūti.

    SB 4.1.4: Of the two children born of Ākūti, the male child was directly an incarnation of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and His name was Yajña, which is another name of Lord Viṣṇu. The female child was a partial incarnation of Lakṣmī, the goddess of fortune, the eternal consort of Lord Viṣṇu.

    SB 4.1.5: Svāyambhuva Manu very gladly brought home the beautiful boy named Yajña, and Ruci, his son-in-law, kept with him the daughter, Dakṣiṇā.

    SB 4.1.6: The Lord of the ritualistic performance of yajña later married Dakṣiṇā, who was anxious to have the Personality of Godhead as her husband, and in this wife the Lord was also very much pleased to beget twelve children.

    SB 4.1.7: The twelve boys born of Yajña and Dakṣiṇā were named Toṣa, Pratoṣa, Santoṣa, Bhadra, Sānti, Iḍaspati, Idhma, Kavi, Vibhu, Svahna, Sudeva and Rocana.

    SB 4.1.8: During the time of Svāyambhuva Manu, these sons all became the demigods collectively named the Tuṣitas. Marīci became the head of the seven ṛṣis, and Yajña became the king of the demigods, Indra.

    SB 4.1.9: Svāyambhuva Manu’s two sons, Priyavrata and Uttānapāda, became very powerful kings, and their sons and grandsons spread all over the three worlds during that period.

    SB 4.1.10: My dear son, Svāyambhuva Manu handed over his very dear daughter Devahūti to Kardama Muni. I have already spoken to you about them, and you have heard about them almost in full.

    SB 4.1.11: Svāyambhuva Manu handed over his daughter Prasūti to the son of Brahmā named Dakṣa, who was also one of the progenitors of the living entities. The descendants of Dakṣa are spread throughout the three worlds.’

  • Virochana Prahlads Son Incas Peru Founder Tamil Connection?

    The Sananatana Dharma Inca Connection seems to be vaidated by new facts .

    Incas civilization flourished  during middle ages.

    ‘The Inca Empire (Quechua: Tawantinsuyu, lit. “The Four Regions also known as the Incan Empire and the Inka Empire, was the largest empire in pre-Columbian America, and possibly the largest empire in the world in the early 16th century.[4] The administrative, political and military center of the empire was located in Cusco in modern-day Peru. The Inca civilization arose from the highlands of Peru sometime in the early 13th century. Its was conquered by the Spanish in 1572..’

    But the religious beliefs and culture seem to indicate a much earlier date.

    Virococha ,Chief God of Incas.

    He reminds of Indra,the Chief of Devas.

    Like Indra Viracocha wields Thunderbolt and the chief Deity among the Incas, pre-Inca Pantheon.

    According to Puranas Indra and Virochana both studied under Prajapathi.

    While Indra advocated the worship of the Atman, The Self as the goal of Life, Virochana worshiped Sarira, the Human Body.

    Hence he was not considered as a Deva in Sanatna Dharma, though his story is narrated in the Puranas and the Ramayana.

    In the Valmiki Ramayan of India, Virochana (Sanskrit: विरोचन), was the first great Asura king with supernatural powers. (Asuras were power seeking deities). The Upanishads say that Virochana and Lord Indra together were taught at the feet of Prajapati. However, contrary to what he was taught, Virochana preached the Asuras to worship the ‘sharira’ (body) instead of the ‘atman’ (absolute consciousness)…

    Scholars say today, the megaliths of South America, such as the Temple of ‘Kalasasaya’ (which houses an idol of Viracocha) in Bolivia, could not have been made without alien help.

    Investigations in Assyrian mythology prove the existence of a tradition in Assyrian history of such a king called Berosus – a distortion of Virochana and Viracocha – as it has often been reiterated ‘b’ and ‘v’ are commutable.     Bhogar, a Siddha seems to have designed a Vimana (aircraft) in South America.

    Now it may be noted that King Virocha,an Asura,,Grandson of Hiranyakasipu,son of Prahlada and father of Mahablai seems to have moved to Latin America long back or conquered the land and spread Sanatana Dharma.

    Shiva is credited with the founding of the Tamil Language and reported to have presided over the First Tamil Poets’ Conclave in Thenmadurai,which was in Lemuria.

    Being devotees of Shiva and Asuras the Hiranyakasipu clan might have moved or conquered Latin America from the Dravida Desa(south).

    Only this can account for the Tamil Practices and Sanatana Dharma being practiced by the Incas.

    This fusion of Tamil and Sanatana Dharma is unique.

    The artifacts found in Peru,Paraguay resemble Ancient Indian ornaments.

    And there is this treasure of the Incas which is being hunted by the bounty hunters.

    The Asuras are assigned the South of Vidhya Mountains in Central India and were considered as Dravidas ,people from the South.

    Ravana is considered to be from the South,so is Mahabali who is believed to come ever year to south to see his subjects and this event is celebrated as Onam in Kerala in South India.

    Lord Rama’s ancestor was from the south.

    Vaivaswatha Manu, ancestor of Rama meditated in Madagascar.

    The Hiranyakasipu dynasty ruled much before Ramayana.

    Narasimha Avatar is reported at Ahobilam in Andhra Pradesh where 12 Narasimhas are found in Ahobilam,near Kurnool/Nandyala,Andhra Pradesh.

    After Hiranyakasipu ,his son Prahlada ruled ,followed by Virochana.

    Prahlada was born near Multan, now in Pakistan.

    His son Virochana seems to have either conquered or moved to South and had a som Mahabali.

    Virochana seems to have adopted Dravidian Culture,though aligned to Sanatana Dharma differed in some issues,mainly in respect of worship of Shiva.

    Shiva worship seems to have preceded Vedic period and it is in evidence in ancient Classic Tamil Literature.

    Shiva worship had a different aspect in the south where He was considered the Prime Deity and the system of worship was unique  as Advaita advocated by Shankaracharya later.

    Shiva was worshiped as a Yogi and was considered as the First Siddha to be followed by Agastya,Bhogar and others.

    Shiva seems to have been a human being who realized Brahman through Siddha practices.

    During the Great Flood He seems to have moved towards the west of India,with His son Ganesha before reaching Arctic where the Vedas were compiled.

    Vasishta seems to have accompanied him.

    And Subrahmanya,called Karthikeya in the North and Murugan in the South moved towards Australia,establishing Sanatana Dharma.

    This could be the reason for the overwhelming presence of Shiva and Murugan worship starting from Indonesia to Australia where the Australian tribes perform Shiva’s Trinetra Dance,Third Eye Dance even today.

    However the Hiranyakasipu clan seem to have moved towards what is presently known as Latin America.

    It may be noted that the Asuras in general worshiped Shiva from Hiranyakasipu to Ravana barring a few exceptions like Prahlada.

    The legend begins in the 16th century, when the great Inca Empire in western South America was giving way to European invaders. Atahualpa was an Inca king who, after warring with his half-brother, Huáscar, for control of the empire, was captured at his palace in Cajamarca in modern-day Peru by Spanish commander Francisco Pizarro.

    Pizarro agreed to release Atahualpa in return for a roomful of gold, but the Spaniard later reneged on the deal. He had the Inca king put to death before the last and largest part of the ransom had been delivered. Instead, the story goes, the gold was buried in a secret mountain cave. And there the legend has remained, daring others to prove it.

    The shadowy guide of those who have tried is Valverde, a Spaniard who some 50 years after Atahualpa’s death is said to have become rich after being led to the gold by his Indian bride’s family. When he died, he left written directions to its location, the so-called Derrotero de Valverde.

    The gold trail went cold until the 1850s, when English botanist Richard Spruce traveled to Ecuador in search of the cinchona tree, the seeds of which were used to produce the antimalarial drug quinine. Spruce, when he finally returned to Britain, reported that he had uncovered Valverde’s guide and a related map, made by a man named Atanasio Guzman.

    ‘Golden Vases Full of Emeralds’

    Treasure seeker Barth Blake followed up Spruce’s discovery in 1886. If his writings are to be believed, Blake was the last person to find the gold. In one letter he wrote: “There are thousands of gold and silver pieces of Inca and pre-Inca handicraft, the most beautiful goldsmith works you are not able to imagine.” He detailed life-size human figurines, birds and other animals, flowers, and cornstalks, as well as “the most incredible jewelry” and “golden vases full of emeralds.” But, Blake claimed, “I could not remove it alone, nor could thousands of men.”

    Taking only what he could carry, Blake left and never returned. Sources suggest that en route to New York, where he planned to raise funds for an expedition to recover his prize, he disappeared overboard. Some say he was pushed deliberately. Many who have since attempted to retrace his steps into the treacherous Llanganates have also paid with their lives.’

    It was believed that human beings were actually Viracocha’s second attempt at living creatures as he first created a race of giants from stone in the age of darkness. However, these giants proved unruly and it became necessary for Viracocha to punish them by sending a great flood. In the legend all these giants except two then returned to their original stone form and several could still be seen in much later times standing imposingly at sites such as Tiahuanaco (also known as Tiwanaku) and Pukará.

    AS THE SUPREME PAN-ANDEAN CREATOR GOD, OMNIPRESENT VIRACOCHA WAS MOST OFTEN REFERRED TO BY THE INCA USING DESCRIPTIONS OF HIS VARIOUS FUNCTIONS.

    Then Viracocha created men and women but this time he used clay. He also gave them such gifts as clothes, language, agriculture and the arts and then created all animals. Even more useful was Viracocha’s decision to create the sun, moon and stars and so bring light to the world. These heavenly bodies were created from islands in Lake Titicaca. Finished, and no doubt highly satisfied with his labours, Viracocha then set off to spread his civilizing knowledge around the world and for this he dressed as a beggar and assumed such names as Con Ticci Viracocha (also spelt Kon-Tiki), Atun-Viracocha and Contiti Viracocha Pachayachachic. He was assissted on his travels by two sons or brothers called Imaymana Viracocha and Tocapo Viracocha. The god was not always well received despite the knowledge he imparted, sometimes even suffering stones thrown at him. Ending up at Manta (in Ecuador), Viracocha then walked across the waters of the Pacific (in some versions he sails a raft) heading into the west but promising to return one day to the Inca and the site of his greatest works.’

    Tamils Ancestors Of Australian Tribes?Linguistic Phonetic Evidence.

    I have writeen about the Tamils’connection to Australia and how Lemuria could have relevance to it.

    The landmass of Lemuria encompassed Australia aswell.

    The Dravidians, meaning people from the south were the people who inhabited these areas.

    The MU people were in the periphery of Lemuria,some consider  that to be different landmass and they were a part of Tamils.

    The Tamil Classics speak of Tamil Poets’Conclave, there were three in number,called Tamil Sangam in ancient times.

    One of these Sangams was conducted in Thenmadurai and it was located in the west of Australia and the landmass covered Indonesia as well.

    The Australian Boomerang was a Tamil Weapon.

    Shiva was worshiped as a Prtimary Deity in Dravida Desa even before the Sanatana Dharma.

    Australian aborigines perform the Shiva’s Trinetra Dance, The Third Eye Dance even today.

    DNA eveidence also links the Dravidians to Australia.

    Agastya is found in New Zealand.

    Agastya Star, Star Canopus has a special significance to New Zealand Tribes.

    This Star is visible in the southern latitudes once in 5000 years.

    There are other pointers to the fact that the Tamils were the ancestors of Australian tribes.

    One such is  linguistic and phonetic study.

    I am quoting excerpts from a research paper below which strengthens the case that the Tamils were the ancestors of the Australian tribes.

    I shall advance arguments further from the evidence of Nishada Kindoms of India shortly.

Tamil, for example, has five places of articulation in a single series of stops, paralleled by a series of nasals, and no fricatives (thus approaching the Australian proportion of sonorants to obstruents of 70% to 30%). Approaching the question from the opposite direction: according to the latest WHO data on the prevalence of chronic otitis media (Acuin 2004:14ff), Aboriginal Australians have the highest prevalence in the world – 10-54%, according to Coates & al (2002), up to 36% with perforations of the eardrum. They are followed – at some distance – by the Tamil of southern India (7.8%, down from previous estimates of 16-34%) to develop.

    Genetic Evidence for Australian Aboriginals were Dravidians
    The experiments were regarding the early coastal migration of human beings to Australia . Because, according to our theory, the first time man migrated from Africa was to Australia . India proved a critical turning point for us as genetic testing of isolated Indian populations produces a key genetic marker [one of the genetic changes] linking India as a crossroad for the journey of man to both Australia and Central Asia. So we were looking in the south of India because most Indian scientists said that the oldest population in India stayed in south India . And we found out in our experiments that these people were Dravidians.

  • Antarctica Land of Daksha Dhanavas?

    I have written quite a few articles on Lemuria,MU people who were the ancestors of the Incas,Atlantis ,Daksha, father in law of Shiva and the spread of Sanatana Dharma throughout the world.

    The one striking differnce between the Satana Dharma that was present in the west of India and towards the east to Australia and Newzealand.

    While the finds in the west,beyond the middle east ,affirm the presence of Sanatana Dharma with the presence of Shiva,Ganesha,the eastern side of India reveals more of Rama and Lord Subrahmanya,called Murugan in Tamil.

    This is probabaly due to the presence of Tamils in Lemuria,which was their home and in MU civilization which was peopled by The Tamils.

    MU were the ancestors of the Incas and Maya civilizations.

    Tamil classics of the Sangam Period speak of a Great Flood,Kadalkol and the Indian Puranas,Ramayana and Mahabharata also describe this Great Flood as the all the religious texts like the Bible do.Noah is found to be linked to Manu.

    Lord Rama,’s ancestor Vaivastwatha Manu lived in the south of the Vindhya Mountains before he moved to Ayodhya because of this Great Flood,where his son Ikshvaku founded the Iksvaku Dynasty to which Lord Rama belongs .

    These  Three Conclaves were called Tamil Sangams and the first one was held in Kapatapuram in the sunken mass and the Meet was presided over by Lord Shiva.

    He also married a Pandyan Princess and had a daughter whom he married off to a Pandyan prince .

    Goddess Meenakshi’s Father Malayathdwaja Pandya fought the Mahabharata War along side the Pandavas .

    Meenakshi’s husband was none other than Lord Shiva in His Avatar as Sokkanatha/Sundareswara.

    Their .son Ugrakumara parted the sea by a Spear.

    There is another Tamil King who reclaimed land from the sea as also Parashurama.

    Yet another Tamil King drilled the mountain to irrigate land, by diverting a River.

    ‘The ancient Indians in South Asia and the Incas in South America said that there used to be a land in the Pacific known as “Mu” (Lemuria) whose people came to the Incas and taught them their sciences/knowledge. The island of Yonaguni of japan is very near the northern islands of the Philippines and it is East of Taiwan. There’s an underwater pyramid there but it looks more like a quarry of some kind and somehow similar to the stone works of the ancient Incas.

    One of the things that I find interesting is that some of the things mentioned by Zorra particularly about tall people (15 feet tall) are actually a story that was circulating in the islands of the Philippines even way before the arrival of the Spaniards. The natives said they have been seeing giants that usually appear at night or at sunset. Some of this giants even talked with people and they said they came from the mountains. It could be referenced to an underground opening like a cave. There are some tribes in the Philippines that are identical to an ancient tribe in Taiwan thats been there before the arrival of Chinese in Taiwan. And they have some similarities with Polynesians (Pacific islanders), Incas and Mayans. Everytime I read the message of Sheldan Nidle and mentioned words of Sirian (Sirius) language it amazes me because that language is very similar to the language in the Philippines. Selamat (Sirian) = Salamat (Tagalog), Balik (Sirian) is also Balik in Tagalog and etc. How could it be so similar that those words mentioned by Sheldan which are from planet Sirius of Sirian language origin are actually not only identical but also very similar in definition? Before I thought its just a coincidence but now I know that that alternative view of ancient history is more interesting and more sensible than what the textbooks says. I cannot say with certainty that this verifies the connection of the ancient people of the Pacific with Lemuria and that Lemuria is connected with Planet Lemur whose people came from Planet Sirius. But the circumstances and the similarities begs for more studies.

There is no historical record neither in Europe and South Asia where people from Spain and Italy ever went to that part of the world thousands of years ago.     The Rig Veda speaks of “the three continents that were”; the third was home to a race called the Danavas.

The name is connected with the PIE root *danu, “river” or “any flowing liquid” and is associated with the Danu (Asura). Under the leadership of Bali.[1] and others the Danavas revolted against the Devatas (Devas).[2]Despite initial successes, the Danava were defeated by the god Vamana who in dwarf form deceived their leader Bali. The Danavas were not universally considered to be evil, individual Danava could be classified as good or bad.’

    Based on these and on the information that the emerging city in Antarctica,it may be postulated that the Anttarctica had Sananata Dharma connection as revealed by Geology,Tamils classics,History of Mus,Incas,Mayas.

    And this is reinforced by the Purana that the Antarctica wa the continent of Dhanavas.

    Some interesting scientific information has been validated about Antarctica.

    This seems to have a bearing on Sanatana Dharma.

    A mission by U.S. Navy SEALs are the key elements in a story that claims extensive ancient ruins have been found under the ice of Antarctica. That’s according to archaeologist and adventurer Jonathan Gray of World Education Research Ltd in his free newsletter Archaeology News Flash.

    A spokesman for the company is reported to have said at the time that “The U.S. government said it will seek to block the airing of a video found by Navy rescuers in Antarctica that purportedly reveals that a massive archaeological dig is underway two miles (3,200 meters) beneath the ice.”

    “The AtlantisTV production crew that shot the video is still missing.” reports Gray.
    Attorneys for the Beverly Hills-based AtlantisTV stressed at the time that the company’s primary concern was for the safety and welfare of the crew.

    But they stated they would vigorously oppose any attempts to censor material that is clearly in the public interest and public domain.

    The icy continent of Antarctica, they pointed out, belongs to no nation. “The U.S. has no jurisdiction there.”

    5.Sumerians were the descendants of Hindu/Tamil Kings.

    6.Olmechs,Aztecs,Mayas were descendants of The Tamils.

    7.Lemuria is detailed in The Tamil Sangam Classics.

    8.According to them ,the land mass was devoured by a Tsunami.

    9.The land mass of Sanatana Dharma encompassed 34 million sauare miles.

    Considering these facts it stands to reason that the city that is found in Antarctica was Shiva’s city and Tamils lived there as  a close associate of Sanatana Dharma.
