  • Sagara Ramas Ancestor Married Dravidian Princess

    History of ancient India is complex,yet very interesting.

    Seemingly disconnected facts,events acquire  significance when they are analysed .

    One such is the intimacy between the Dravida Desa and Sanatana Dharma.

    Both have an intricate,complex relationship .

    Both quote each other.

    The Kings of the Northern India had a close relationship with their counterparts from the south,right from the days of the First Human Being,Manu.

    Manu was a king of Dravida Desa.

    He meditated in Madagascar,which was a part of his kingdom.

    He had a daughter who was married in the south.

    She was Ila.

    And King Sagara,of Ikshvaku Dynasty whose son. Bhagiratha brought River Ganga to earth,India was married to a south Indian,Dravida Princess.

    She belonged to Sibi,aka Sivi dynasty.

    She founded the Lunar Culture

    ‘The story of Sibi Chakravarthy is so famous that it was sculpted in the Barhut, Nagarjunakonda ,Amaravati bas-reliefs and  Borobudur in Java,Indonesia (see Boropudur sculpture above).

    Tamil epics Silappadikaram and Manimekalai gave more details about this link. Since the oldest part of Sangam Tamil literature mentions it no one can reject it. The link is confirmed with other stories as well.

    Sibi ruled from the north west of India. There was a Sibi puram on the banks of river Chenab in Punjab. Sibi clan is mentioned in Rig Veda and Brahmanas. Panini referred one Sivapuram may be the same Sibipuram’

    Sibi is in Nort west of India, currently in Pakistan.

    There are views that Sibi ruled from there and that the Tamils were from North India.

    Considering the differences between the Tamil Culture and Sanatana Dharma, thought Tamils were a part of Sanatana Dharma and the archeological evidence,Literature, the structural difference between Sanskrit , I am of the opinion that it is not so.

    In the case of Sibi. it is probable that Sibi had the city of Sibi as a second capital.‘

    River Ganga 25 Million Years Old

    Ganga,aka Ganges,is one of the largest Rivers of India and is considered as holiest of the Holies in Hinduism.

    As many as eleven major  Hindu pilgrimage centers are on the banks of the River Ganga.

    There are seven holy rivers mentioned in ancient Hindu texts.

    Ganga,

    Yamuna,

    Godavari,

    Sarasvathi,

    Narmada,

    Sindhu, and

    Kaveri.

    Ancient Vedic culture flourished here along with the other Vedic cultures on the banks of the other six rivers mentioned above.

    In examining the antiquity of Sanatana Dharma,Gaga region has not attracted as much attention as Sarasvathi.

    Similar is the case with the other rivers.

    How old is river Ganga?

    Hindus normally take it to be from the time Bhagiratha ,by intense Prayers to Lord Shiva, brought it back to earth.

    One has to note that he ‘brought it back’

    That means it must have existed before and vanished.

    There seems to be a message here.

    According to all Puranas, Satyavrata Manu was the first human being on earth.

    Bhagavatha Purana records that he was a King from Dravida(south)Desa( country).

    He being forewarned of a Tsunami,moved to a high plateau in Madagascar and then moved to Ayodhya,where his son Ikshvaku founded the Ikshvaku Dynasty.

    No mention of Ganga at the corresponding time frame of Manu,when he was in the south.

    So there is scope for research in this.

    Then we have the Southern kingdom he is reported to have ruled before the Tsunami.

    It indicates that he had a country to rule and there must have been other regions,apart from Dravida Desa.

    There were four civilizations then.

    Uighur,

    Atlantis,

    Manu and

    Lemuria.

    And there is reference that Lake Baikal ,Russia being the Vaikanasa Theertha of Indra .

    Now there are three versions as to the origins of Ganga.

    One by Indra,

    By Vamana,an Avatar of Vishnu and by

    Bhagiratha,ancestor of Rama,descendant of Manu,.

    The Vedic version, Indra, the Lord of Svarga (Heaven) slays the celestial serpent, Vritra, releasing the celestial liquid, the soma, or the nectar of the gods which then plunges to the earth and waters it with sustenance.

    In the Vaishnava version of the myth, Indra has been replaced by his former helper Vishnu. The heavenly waters are now a river called Vishnupadi (padi: Skt. “from the foot of”).As he completes his celebrated three strides—of earth, sky, and heaven—Vishnu as Vamana stubs his toe on the vault of heaven, punches open a hole, and releases the Vishnupadi, which until now had been circling around the cosmic egg within. Flowing out of the vault, she plummets down to Indra’s heaven, where she is received by Dhruva, the once steadfast worshipper of Vishnu, now fixed in the sky as the polestar. Next, she streams across the sky forming the Milky Way and arrives on the moon She then flows down earthwards to Brahma’s realm, a divine lotus atop Mount Meru, whose petals form the earthly continents.There, the divine waters break up, with one stream, the Alaknanda, flowing down one petal into Bharatvarsha (India) as the Ganges.

    It is Shiva, however, among the major deities of the Hindu pantheon, who appears in the most widely known version of the avatarana story.

    ……..the story begins with a sage, Kapila, whose intense meditation has been disturbed by the sixty thousand sons of King Sagara. Livid at being disturbed, Kapila sears them with his angry gaze, reduces them to ashes, and dispatches them to the netherworld. Only the waters of the Ganga, then in heaven, can bring the dead sons their salvation. A descendant of these sons, King Bhagiratha, anxious to restore his ancestors, undertakes rigorous penance and is eventually granted the prize of Ganga’s descent from heaven. However, since her turbulent force would also shatter the earth, Bhagiratha persuades Shiva in his abode on Mount Kailash to receive Ganga in the coils of his tangled hair and break her fall. Ganga descends, is tamed in Shiva’s locks, and arrives in the Himalayas. She is then led by the waiting Bhagiratha down into the plains at Haridwar, across the plains first to the confluence with the Yamuna at Prayag and then to Varanasi, and eventually to Ganga Sagar, where she meets the ocean, sinks to the netherworld, and saves the sons of Sagara.’

    1.The version of Vedas are to be taken as it is the earliest record and in Hindu traditions Veda is final and  Puranas and Ithihasas Ramayana,Mahabharatha are only secondary.

    In case of conflict with Vedas,the words of Veda is final.

    2.As mentioned in the above paragraphs,there must have been other regions,before the Tsunami,when Manu ruled the South.

    3.Bhagiratha brought Ganga from Deva Loka of Indra.

    Deva loka is identified as the present Russia and Indra’s capital Amaravathi was in Russia.

    Lake Baikal was Vaikanasa Theertha of Indra.

    4.The term Ganga has only one more significant meaning.

    ‘Name of the source of the gaṅgā- (said to have sprung from viṣṇu-‘s foot or from an aperture made in the mundane egg by the toe-nail of viṣṇu-)’

    Now that brings in the Vishnu connection and Vamana Avatar.

    This Avatar is in Satya Yuga, The Eon earlier to the Treta Yuga,when Bhagiratha brought Ganga back

    And this Avatar was in the south.

     

    Therefore Ganga dates earlier to Bhagiratha .

    Now to Geology on Ganga’s Date.

    ‘The Indian subcontinent lies atop the Indian tectonic plate, a minor plate within the Indo-Australian Plate.Its defining geological processes commenced seventy-five million years ago, when, as a part of the southern supercontinent Gondwana, it began a northeastwards drift—lasting fifty million years—across the then unformed Indian Ocean.The subcontinent’s subsequent collision with the Eurasian Plate and subduction under it, gave rise to the Himalayas, the planet’s highest mountain ranges. In the former seabed immediately south of the emerging Himalayas, plate movement created a vast trough, which, having gradually been filled with sediment borne by the Indus and its tributaries and the Ganges and its tributaries,now forms the Indo-Gangetic Plain’

    As the  Geological process  began 75 million years ago and it took 50 million years for the Drift,it is logical that Ganga was formed around 25 million years ago.

  • Jatadhara Shiva Mount Kailash Face Underground Tunnels

    Mount Kailash is intriguing, both from Legends and Geography.

    It has been reported in Russian scientific circles that it is a world of other dimension.

    I also received information from a reader in the US that Mr.Peter Moon has done exhaustive research on this subject.

    Peter went out on his own in 1983 and moved to Long Island where his background in dealing with mind control phenomena and spiritual liberation enabled him to forge an association with scientist Preston Nichols, one of the world’s foremost experts in the world on electromagnetic phenomena who had been involved in strange experiments at the Montauk Air Force Station on Long Island which included the manipulation of time.     He reports that there are underground tunnels connecting Transylvania, Rumania with Tibet and Mount Kailash.

    There is a Holographic Room in the underground Chamber and it contains ancient historical manuscripts.

    In the mean while I  was curious about the name Jatadhara, describing Lord Shiva.

    Jatadhara means one with matted locks.

    Bhagiratha, ancestor of Rama took to penance to bring Ganges down to earth, to perform the ancestors’ right( sons of Sagara)

    The Ganges got locked in the matted locks of Lord Shiva and Bhagiratha had to perform another tapas(penance) to Shiva to make Him release the Ganges from His matted Locks.

    Shiva is fundamentally a Yogi and is described as the first Siddha of the world.

    Yogis normally do not pay much attention to looks and their hair is matted.

    It is a coincidence that the face of Kailash looks as Matted locks of hair.

    Ash Island US Vishnu Turned Rama’s Ancestors to Ashes

    I had written on the fact that the US is the Patala Loka mentioned in the Hindu Puranas ,Ithihasas, Ramayana and Mahabharata.

    And California is Kapila Aranya.

    I had also written quite extensively on the Inca connection to Hinduism. specifically the Tamils and how they celebrate the Makara Sankaranthi.

    Mayan temple Chichen Itza’s Sanctum is identical with the Sanctum of Chidambaram Nataraja.

    In Yucatan ruins one finds the 1000 Pillared Mantap( Hall ) in Tikal,like the ones in the Hindu temples in Sout Indi.

    We have Hanuman’s son Makaratwaja being worshiped in Honduras.

    Rama’s ancestor Sagara,after whom the Ocean is called as Sagara, conducted an Aswamedha Yaga.

    A decorated Horse is normally sent before the conclusion of the yaga.

    One who stops the Horse must engage himself in a fight with the King who sent the Horse/conducts the Yaga.

    Depending on the outcome of the battle, the Yaga will be concluded.

    In this case, the horse wandered off and landed in the nether world and stood in front of Sage Kapila, an Avatar of Vishnu, who was meditating.

    Meanwhile worried about the missing Horse, Sagara sent his 60,000 sons to search for Horse.

    The located the Horse standing in front of Kapila, assumed Kapila and started harassing Him.

    Kapila just opened His eyes and the 60000 sons of Sagara were turned into ashes.

    Knowing this, Sagara came rushing and requested the forbearance of Kapila.

    Kapila told Sagara that his sons would attain Moksha,only after Ganges was  brought from the head of Lord Shiva and the ashes were immersed in the Ganges water.

    And Sagara’s  descendant would achieve this after a strenuous effort.

    And that was Bhagiratha.

    River Bhagirathi is named after him.

    And any ceacseless, undaunting effort is called Bhagiratha Prayathana.( some thing similar to Herculean Task)

    The place where the sons of Sagara was turned into ashes is the Ash Island, US.

    The places are now the Ash Island and Horse island US.

    ‘According to Jagadguru Sankaracharya all this happened in “Kapilaranya” which is exactly opposite to India in the Globe and which is currently California. Geography, of course, confirms that India and California locations are diametrically opposite to each other on the Globe. Therefore if one were to notionally pierce a needle from India on the Globe, it would hit California directly at the bottom. This also corroborates the view that the princes who dug deep into the ground from India reached California at the bottom. Also the existence of “Ash Island” and “Horse Island” next to California today lends credence to this explanation suggesting that “Ash Island” was the place where the princes were burnt to ashes and the “Horse Island” was the location where the horse was tied. Hindus popularly believe that the epic Ramayana happened at least 100,000 years ago. So, could it be that Hinduism is 100,000 years old and spread to far off locations including the geographic area, which is USA today?’

    There seems to be some connection between Hinduism and California based on the etymology of the word California in the US.

    Earlier I posted an article that the Americas were once called the Patala of Hinduism.

    According to Hindu legends, a naga could turn into a human being. In Mexico, a nagual was a were-animal. Nagual derived from the Sanskrit Nag-Baal, meaning Snake Demon…

    The Hindu Naga Mayas also belonged to a powerful Dravidian group of Nagas calledAsuras. Whether or not the Asuras were demi-gods or demons depended on one’s point of view. The leader of these Naga Asuras was the Hindu (really a Bulgarian) god of precious metals, wealth, traders and even agriculturists (really a group) named Kubera or Khyber (Kheever). For Christians and Jews he was Heber. This Kubera, Khyber, or Heber was leader of a horde called Yakshas or Yakhas (Biblical Joktan?). They were reputed to be both superior mentally and materially. Their servants were called Guhyakhas (Yakha shit). Today, in Judaism, which evolved from the Kubera teachings, the term has changed to Goy, but the meaning has never changed.     The name California is assumed to have come from Spanish.

    It may be noted that this explanation does not seem to be authentic a it it needs citation and refernces.

    However there is another view that the name might have roots from the Sanskrit word ‘Kapilaranya’, the Forest of Kapila.

    Sage Kapila is an Avatar of Lord Vishnu.

    King Sagara performed a horse sacrifice (Ashwamedha yajna) to prove his supremacy. Lord Indra, the leader of the demigods, became fearful over the results of the yajna, so he decided to steal the horse. He left the horse at the ashram of Kapila, who was in deep meditation. King Sagar’s 60,000 sons, (born of Queen Sumati), and his son Asamanja (born of Queen Keshini) were then sent to find the horse. When the 60,000 sons found the horse at Kapiladeva’s ashram, they thought he had stolen it. When they prepared to attack the meditating rishi (sage), Kapila opened his eyes. Because the sons of King Sagara had disrespected such a great personality, consequently, fire emanated from their own bodies, and they were immediately burned to ashes.[2]

    Later, King Sagara sent his grandson Amshuman to retrieve the horse. Kapiladeva returned the horse and told Anshuman that the sons of King Sagar could be delivered if the Ganges descended to earth and bathed them in her waters. King Sagar’s great-great-grandson,Bhagiratha, eventually pleased Mother Ganga, and asked her to come to earth. Mother Ganga told Bhagiratha that the force of the Ganges falling from heaven would be too great for the earth to sustain, and that she needed someone to break the fall. Bhagiratha then worshiped Lord Siva, who then agreed to accept the descending river upon his head. After the Ganga fell down on the ashes of the 60,000 sons of King Sagara they came alive and got their eternal position.”

     

    Jagadguru Sankaracharya, Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Swamiji of Kanchipuram, India, who was popularly called as the “Walking God, for his Divine Powers, Spirituality, Universal Love, and Service to Humanity, had said in a speech in 1935 that “Kapilaranya” (meaning Kapila forest) mentioned in the Ancient scriptures of Hinduism was the same as today’s California State of USA.”
