One who spends more that what he earns, ( gets a loan to meet out his expenses), will lose his dignity, lose his mind and will be considered by all as thief in whatever he goes.
He will be a sinner in all his births and will be called bad even by the Good , despite all his other good Characteristics.
What his mental would be, when he faces the creditors?
Kambar, the Great Tamil Poet, in his Ramayana, answers this.
Kambhar on Credit,Kambha Ramayana, Tamil.
‘Like a fish that has taken in poison; Like the wax near a hot flame; Like the toad that got caught between the venomous jaws of a snake; When the brave arrows of Lord Rama flew in the war field. Ravana’s feared and panicked as of the victim’s position in the above situations that can be compared to the person in a debt’
It is said that sugarcane was introduced to the world by New Guinea.
Sugcarcane introduced by amilKing,and Ikshvahu.
‘Sugarcane is indigenous to tropical South and Southeast Asia.Different species likely originated in different locations, with Saccharum barberi originating in India and S. edule and S. officinarum in New Guinea. Approximately 70% of the sugar produced globally comes from S. officinarum and hybrids using this species. It is theorized that sugarcane was first domesticated as a crop in New Guinea around 6000 BC. New Guinean farmers and other early cultivators of sugarcane chewed the plant for its sweet juice. Early farmers in Southeast Asia, and elsewhere, may have also boiled the cane juice down to a viscous mass to facilitate transportation, but the earliest known production of crystalline sugar began in northern India. The exact date of the first cane sugar production is unclear. The earliest evidence of sugar production comes from ancient Sanskrit and Pali texts.’
Fact do no not support this.

Goddess Lalithambika and God of Love,Manmatha hold Sugarcane in their hands.
Sugarcane abhisheka is performed for the Deities.
The ancestor and the founder of Lord Rama’s Dynasty,Ikshvahu name means ‘Sugarcane’
As I have posted earlier Ikshvahu’s ancestor, Satyavrata Manu, also called Vaivasvatha Manu, migrated from the South,Tamil Nadu with his sons to the North.
The Dravidas , people of the South, knew the cultivation of Sugarcane.
There is a mention of this in Tamil Poet,Avvayar’s poem on King Adhiyaman .
The Italicised portion means,’ you (Adhiyaman) has given the wolrd Sugarcane(Karumbu)
Tamils,Kannadgas and Telugus celebrate New year with Sugarcane, though the the first day of the New Year varies from the tamils for the Kannadigas and Telugus.
It may be noted that the Sanskrit word Sharkara is the root for the word Sugarcane.
Their first Thirthankara Rishabadeva (Adi Nath) was the one who taught the people of extraction of sugarcane juice. So he was known as Ikshvaku. Another version is that he took sugarcane juice after a year of fasting.( Jain Puranas)
Each mantra contains certain specific powers of Lord Ganesha.
When chanted with the proper pranayama (rhythmic breathing) and sincere devotion, they will yield good results.
In general, Ganesha mantras will ward off all evil and bless the devotee with abundance, prudence and success.
Evil spirits dare not enter the home or the mind of the devotee where Ganesha mantras are recited.
Those so mystically inclined and knowledgeable of the seven chakras below the muladhara use these powerful incantantions under the direction of the guru to close off these regions of the mind one by one and free consciousness from deep depression, confusion, jealousy, rage, lingering anger and fear. Some such mantras are given below for the spiritual benefit of the readers.
One more point to remember is that one should bathe or wash the limbs before sitting for repetition of the mantra.
Also, one should do three or more pranayama before beginning the mantra. The minimum repetition of the mantra should be one full mala, or 108 times.
When this is done at a fixed hour and place regularly for 48 days, it becomes an upasana, which means intense meditation, that will yield siddhis, or spiritual powers.
These powers should not be misused.
Misuse of power may bring the curse of the asuras.
Ganesha Gif
4.Aum gam ganapataye namah
This is a mantra from Ganapati Upanishad.
One may always use it before beginning a journey, a new course in school, new career or job, or before entering into any new contract or business so that impediments are removed and your endeavor may be crowned with success.
5.Aum shri ganeshaya namah
This mantra is usually taught to children for their good education.
It increases their memory power, and they become successful in their examinations.
6.Aum vakratundaya hum
This is a very powerful mantra, as discussed in the Ganesha Purana.
When something is not working properly, individually or universally, nationally or internationally, or when the minds of the people turn crooked, negative, depressed or discouraged, the attention of Ganesha may be drawn by this mantra to straighten their ways.
The HUM symbolizes “Delay no more, my Lord, in straightening the paths of the crooked-minded ones.”
This mantra is used many times in the Ganesha Purana to curb the atrocities of cruel demons.
In addition, this mantra could also be used for healing any spinal deficiency, such as curvature of the spine or curved limbs. Dedicate 1,008 repetitions of this holy word to straighten and heal such deficiencies.
If some danger or negative energy is coming your way and you don’t know how to get rid of that trouble, with true devotion, practice this mantra for quick blessing and purification of one’s aura.
There are several bija (seed) mantras in this mantra .
Among other things, it signals, “Shower Your blessings, O Lord. I offer my ego as an oblation.”
9.Aum sumukhaya namah
By meditating on this mantra, very pleasing manners and a beauty comes on you.
Along with that comes peace, which constantly dances in your eyes; and the words you speak are all filled with that power of love.
10.Aum ekadantaya namah
For Concentration.
11.Aum kapilaya namah
Kapila (red) means that you are able to give color therapy.
You are able to create colors around yourself and around others, bathe them in that color and heal them.
As per the mantra you create, so will you create the colors.
Another meaning is “wish cow,” the “cow of plenty.”
It means that whatever you wish, that comes true. There is a wish-cow inside you. Whatever you wish, especially for healing others, comes true immediately.
12.Aum gajakarnikaya namah
The ears of Ganesha, the elephant, are constant fanning, which means people may talk a lot, but you are not receiving inside anything other than that which is important.
It also means that you can sit anywhere and tune this cosmic television (the body) with seven channels (chakras) and all 72,000 nadis, to any loka and be able to hear ancestors, angels, the voice of God or the voice of prophets.
That kind of inner ear you will develop through this mantra.
13.Aum lambodaraya namah
This means you feel that you are this universe.
It means that all the universes are within you.
For peace of Mind.
14.Aum vikataya namah
This means realizing this world as a dream or a drama.
When you are in that high consciousness, this whole world looks like a dream.
That consciousness comes to you by knowing this mantra.
15.Aum vighna nashanaya namah
This mantra invokes the Lord Ganesha to remove every impediment in you life.
16.Aum vinayakaya namah
Vinayaka is the name of Ganesha in the golden age.
It is very rare that one finds Lord Ganesha with Skull.
While in the South Ganesha is worshiped as a Celibate, Brahmachari, He is worshiped with two wives in the North India, Siddhi and Buddhi being His two wives, representing the Chitta and Discrimination.
Ganesha is shrouded in Tantra Shastra,
The Snake coiling around His Stomach, the shape of Lord Ganesha in the form of Sanskrit letter OM are indicative of this.
Not many are aware that there is a Ganesha Upanishad.
And the Vinayakar Agaval by Avvaiyar is the expression of Yoga Sastra.
Reclining Ganesha
There is also a Temple for the Lord Ganesha with Skull.
Before going into this, let us see the Gaṇeśha statue of Singosari in Java.
Lord Ganesha with skulls
Now in India we have a Temple in Tamil nadu at Thepperumanallur where Lord Ganesha is wears Skull as a belt!
As I have been mentioning in my posts, Hinduism relates to God in a very personal way, though The Vedas declare that The Reality .is Formless, Attribute-less’
Yet Worship of Personal God(Iswara) is encouraged as it disciplines the mind to shed off its encumbrances.
And Hindus relate to God in very intimately.
God is seen as Mother, Father,Lover,Child, Preceptor and Friend.
As there are many individuals , all of them being unique, so are their dispositions.
You feel close to your father, Mother, Lover or friend.
You relate to God at that level.
Mother!
Goddess Lalitha
Who can replace Mother?
One who suffered, at the time of pregnancy, forsakse her pleasures for us,
Gave us her food,
Never slept when we were awake or asleep,
Made us eat when she had nothing to eat,
Weathered the storms of Life,
Suffered when we were in Pain,
Never left us even as we kick her around,
We remain her infants even when we become grand parents,
Would we ever replace her?
“
Having Borne (me) for ten months braving all discomforts, happy at having begotten (me) taking me in both her arms and giving her precious breastfeed, such a one will I ever see in any other birth? 2. Having borne me for 300 days after doing penance to Lord Shiva day and night, can I apply fire to such a mother? 3. Fondling me on the cot in her lap, on her person with love, protecting me always, how can I light the pyre to such a mother? 4. Having Borne (me) bearing the pain at delivery and giving me her milk cheerfully day and night protecting me, how can I apply fire to such a body? 5. How can I, instead of getting happy with rich offerings to her, offer rice to the mouth which lovingly called me as honey, nectar, fragrant flower etc.? 6. After showering rice on mother’s head how can I place the burning ember on it without flinching , which lovingly kissed me, calling me endearingly “my son”. 7. The earliest fire lit was to Tripura, the next one was in Lanka, and third was the spark lit in the mother’s womb, let the fire lit by me now be over. 8. Alas! The hand that fondled me is now being roasted in fire. What a cruel sinner I am? 9. O Lord of “Shonagiri”, has she been burnt and taken refuge at Your Feet, one who did penance to you ‘day and night’ to beget me? 10.Mother was alive yesterday at home or in the street, today she is consumed by fire and has become ashes. Come ye, one and all without hesitation, to sprinkle milk. Every thing in the world is Shiva’s Form (Shiva Mayam). – Pattinathar
That’s Mother.
Can there be anything more natural than identifying God as Mother?
When we can say thus about a Human Mother, what can we say about the Mother who gives Birth to the Universe?
She is the One who creates The Universe within a fraction of batting of an eyelid.
When your Mother leaves you, she reaches out to you as she did for Gnana Sambandar whom she gave her Milk, which she didd not to her son, Lord Subramanya!
Lord Siva reached out to a woman in Labor when she called out to Him !
Lord Subramanya called out to Avvaiyar, a Tamil Saint ‘Mother’.
Lord Vishnu made ‘Vakula Devi, as his Foster Mother(In Lord Balaji of Tirupati Avatar) for he wanted to repay the debt of having been brought up by Deakai in Krishnavatara.
He was both a Mother and Father to Dhruva.
Lord Siva is called Muniye Mukknnappa( Yogi ,My Father with the Third Eye)
The Great Kalidasa calls Kali as ‘Matha, marakathasyama’ in Shymala Dandakam.
