Normally Lord Ram’s Temple have Lord Ram with Sita and in some places in the Pattabhisheka Posture.
One can find Lord Rama in a reclining posture in Tiruppullani,Ramanathapuram District, where he meditated before proceeding to Sri Lanka.
However there is a Temple where Lord Rama appears without Sita or in the Pattabhisekha Posture.
Here He confers with Hanuman in Private.
The Kuzhi Tharpana is to be performed by the Paternal side relatives till the tenth day.
Should take bath outside the village or town, offer Tharpana and donate Dhoti,Angavastra or Saree and Blouse bit on the First,Third, Seventh and ninth day of the death.
Asthi Sanjayan, the dissolving of ashes is to be done on the Fourth day.
(The Current practice is performing this Karma on the second day, Vishnu Purana says it should be done on the Fourth day)
After twelfth day one can sleep on he bed.
But till the thirteenth day no intimate relations with husband or wife is allowed.
During this period, all the three varnas, Brahmana,Kshatriya and Vaisya should not recite Vedas, Engage in Dhaana or Dharma nor should one accept any thing from the others..
I Just read a news story that Arvind Kejrwal is looking into the corruption cases in the JAL Board Delhi and a related news item that some engineers were suspended.
I wondered as to why such a routine and insignificant(?) case is being attended to by the CM of Delhi.
I did some search and found that the issue of Corruption in JAL Board Delhi is not as insignificant as I imagined.
I seem to have missed out this altogether.
Or is it that the Media has not covered it as the case deserves?
I suspect so.

This corruption involves World Bank , appointing consultants to Delhi Water Board.
To the uninitiated, it is the practice of Governments to appoint consultant for a new Technology/Process.
The operation involves floating technical specifications, Commercial Bid and final selection.
To secure the business the competing firms appoint Liaison Officers, Project Consultanats.in plain language ‘The Fixers” who find out what percentage is to be given to whom, what to quote and in general facilitate the winning of the Contract.

Celebrating dead people’s birth days, while ridiculing Krishna Jayanthi and Rama Navami,
Praying in front of Samadhis on every occasion, declaring often Annadurai, MGR came in my dreams last night,
Attacking Brahmins, surrounded by Brahmin Personal Physicians, Surgeons,Lawyers and CAs.
Declaring that the North is thriving and the South is being deprived, separate Tamil Nadu is the solution and that they would die rather than giving up the demand for a separate Tamil Nadu, now they have come a full Circle.

3.Verification of information found in the References of cities, artefacts, style of living, natural calamities recorded.
4.Later references like Edicts, Temple inscriptions, epigraphs.
1.Internal references are aplenty in the Mahabharata of other Kings, Dynasties, description of Land, Flora and Fauna.
The references made to another Great Civilization and Culture, The Tamils would be more than adequate for the other references found in The Mahabharata point to the same area occupied the personae of The Mahabharata.
The reference to the Tamil Kings Chola and Pandavas in the Swayamwar,The Kurukshetra Battle of the Mahabharata War,are corroborated in Tamil Literature.
Specific mention may be made of is the reference to Arjuna marrying the daughter of a Pandyan King in Madurai when he was on a Pilgrimage, or of Perunchotruudiyalathan, the Chera King who is recorded to have fed both the Pandava and Kaurava Armies.
Tamil Classic of the Sangam Age record that The Tamil Kings, Perunchotru Udiyan Neduncheralathan performed the Tharpan or the water Rites for the dead for those killed in the Mahabharata war .
