Sprain is difficult to handle.

Try out these Home remedies.

1.Apply Castor Oil on the affected part, fix a handful of leaves of Tamarind or Lemon Tree for two hours;massage with Hot water (bearable).

2.Mix Butter with leaves of lemon Tree grind into a paste, apply  the paste on the affected part, regularly till the sprain subsides.

3.Mix equal quantities of Lemon Juice and Honey and apply on the affected part.

4.Dip a medium cloth in hot water, apply it to the affected part.

5.Take the outer hard part of cabbage, boil it in water till it softens.

Wrap this piece in a Cotton Cloth and apply it to the affected part for three hours.
