Under KYC(Know Your Customer), the sites offer updated information on individual Gas Consumers details.
This includes your Gas consumption details, date wise receipts,number of cylinders consumed,payment details and the distributors address .
One has to log in the portal and enter the details Consumer Number and the Distributor’s Name.
You get the required information online.

8. The information from handheld device is uploaded into OMCs central system real time.
9. Central server sends a batch file at predefined frequency with Aadhaar Numbers of Customer (beneficiary) and subsidy amount to be paid to Sponsor Bank.
10. Sponsor Bank initiates cash transfer through NPCI Gateway to the bank account of the Customers.

My name is manjula marina, my consumer no is 71703, I had booked for refill on 28/2/2017, and also I got cash memo no also 3000399162. I logged a complain. The complaint no is 2921855 and I am a home maker. I am that 24hrs at home. They sent me door closed msg. Which is not fair. It’s about 11days past. Still I have not got my refill. The boy had come to my house stating I will get the cyclinder tomorrow. Still he has not got. This statement was on 5th Feb 2017. They cheat us a lot. Home delivery guys r hopeless. Everyday i am buying from hotel for my family.sir i am not rich to buy from hotel everydayI a Sir please do the needful.
Lodge a complaint through IVRS,company website,meet the company’s Sales officer, whose contact number will be at the distributor’s office notice board.
I want know my date of refil cylinder distribution
