Beg to differ . The service is one of the worst I have experienced. Have been struggking with a washing machine for the past three years. The service guys are more interested in peddling their descaling and other products and any amount of emails sent to the company fails to evict a response. In fact , i believe they lost their touch when their tie up with Bosch ended. Now their products are substandard and only survive by their brand name which going by the way things are, won’t last much longer as seen by their share price movement which has been struggling. I wouldn’t buy anything in future, tat’s for sure
