The Supreme Court of India has nailed and called the Chief of Army Staff,General V.K.Singh a liar and politely called him so and indirectly asked him to quit,though the language it used is not indicative of this.

 

Having been advised thus, Singh faces the Hobson’s choice; if he does not quit it means he has no self respect; if he does he admits having been a liar.

 

Why can’t the Supreme Court haul him for providing false information and punish him?

 

By the way, what is Honorable the Supreme Court has found in him?

 

 

  • SC not in favour of entertaining Gen Singh’s petition, gives him option to withdraw it.
  • Recognition of Gen Singh’s date of birth as May 10, 1950 by Army does not suffer from perversity and is not grossly erroneous: SC
  • Gen Singh has to abide by his commitment and honour his letters of 2008 and 2009 accepting the date of birth as May 10, 1950: SC
  • No prejudice was done to Gen Singh and government has full faith in him: SC
  • Singh’s writ petition was not for determination of date of birth but for recognition of date of birth in official records: SC
  • Apex court says looking into constraint of judicial review, the decision of government on his date of birth will continue to be there: SC
  • We want to ensure that Gen Singh continues to work as Army Chief as he has been doing: SC.
  • Having given his commitment and assurance of abiding by the government decision, he cannot resile: SC to Gen Singh.

    The general’s date of birth was recorded as 1951 in his certificates. If that is the case, the general is right in trying to set the record straight. In the school leaving certificate his correct date was made. The problem is that he is a simple soldier with no lobby as far as the Congress Party is concerned. It is because of spineless liars like you that the image of a soldier is being spoiled.

    If I had been in his situation, I should have done my utmost to set the record straight. He is doing that, though it may be late. But why is the government so keen on removing it. Why does the government want him to retire, in spite of realising that his actual date is 1950.

    Only in the eyes of a liar of the first order does the idea of a man setting the record straight by letting the truth prevail seems like a disgraceful act.
    This is the finest act of a soldier: to let the truth prevail.

    It also lays bare the tendency of the government to appoint its cronies. There are allegations from high places against Bikram Singh. His daughter-in-law is a Pakistani. There are clear procedures followed when a person’s close relatives are foreigners, but they are being ignored.

    You are a malingerer who should be exposed for destroying the image of a soldier who was a graduate of the Rangers Course at Fort Benning and the United States Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

    IN THE US FOR THE RANGERS COURSE, HE CAME FIRST IN COMBAT OPERATIONS. A first class soldier being suppressed by a government run by a party whose singular achievement was making India lose against the Chinese.

    What is Bikram Singh but a crony of the Congress Fascist Nehru Dynasty Party?

    VK singh is a first class idiot who made it to this rank ,due to the fault lines which exsist in all systems.
    Did you know he was not making it to Major general.He made it in the second Board.He is known in the Indian Army for his parochial attitude and Jaat buddhi.What has he done for the Indian Army ,let me elaborate
    Demeaned it …Talked about the army as if he and the army are synonmous.Some people can sure mistake a single tree for the complete WOOD .

    Promoted the jaats .. I hold .nothing against any clan/ relegion .But promotions in the Army were always based on merit.Not for VK ..please.He asks only two questions

    Do you belong to the Rajput. regiment…Did you answer Yes…You got a ladder to climb to number 100
    Did you answer …No …..Arghhh…bitten by a snake .you will fallllllllldown

    Do you belong to the jaat clan …yes . then –“chad ja bache seede” because .. Chief balwaan .jai bhagwaan..

    He has been mean ,nasty and ruined the lives of many officers by morphing the results of all Promotion Boards.He has promoted his coterie by harming and pulling down deserving Officers.

    Dear sir,
    with all respect u dont understand how the ministry of the defence functions.
    this is not that honour for his own.
    he wanted to give jitter to Shikanti warriers (IAS Non Performing Assets) who fire from others shoulders and get the things done.
    lot of interference in internal running of armed forces.
    somebody wanted check the corrupt practice so as to tell the juniors in the service that
    DO GOOD FOR THE ARMY NOT SULK.
