ஜாடராக்னி ,பிராணன் முதலிய ஐந்து வாயுக்களுடன் சேர்ந்து உபாதி
பேதத்தினால் ,ரேசகம்,பாசகம் (உணவைப் பரிபக்குவம் செய்தல் ,
சோஷகம் -உணவை உலர்த்துதல் (during digestion),
தாஹகம்- உணவை எரித்தல்,
ப்லாவகம் –நிறைத்தல் .(5 )
க்ஷாரகம்,உத்தாரகம்,க்ஷோபகம் ,ஜ்ரும்பகம் ,மோஹகம் எனப்பட்ட ஐந்து
உப வாயுக்களுடன் , ஜாடாக்னி செய்கிறது..
இவை மனிதரின் உடலெங்கும் பரவி , பஷ்ய,போஜ்ய ,சோஷ்ய லேஹ்ய
,பேய( ஐந்து விதமான உணவுகள் நாம் சாப்பிடும் முறையை வைத்து )
