SMS Limited To 100 a Day .
Since the rule applies to a SIM,I suspect this is a ruse to help Service providers to sell more SIMS.
As youth say, it is an infringement of Right to Expression.
But it is advisable that people do not send high number of SMS as this practice leads to certain disorders.
People who spend more SMS develop develop nervousness, restlessness and exhibit symptoms of Nervous Disorder when separated from the Mobile Phones.
