Bangalore has the dubious distinction of the Top City in Traffic violations with 16, 000 people violating traffic rules.
In June 2012, Bangalore “with a two-wheeler population of 28.8 lakh, saw 10.35 lakh riders being slapped with fines till June-end. Drivers of light motor vehicles, including cars and autorickshaws, are second only to two-wheeler riders. Nearly 7.75 lakh of them had violated one rule or the other.”
Well Bangalore now along with IT has become Chaotic Traffic Symbol of India.
The city was not meant to handle heavy vehicular traffic.
In addition mismanagement adds to the confusion.
Normally it is the policemen who create Traffic jams.
If you want to verify this, next tome to find a Traffic Jam, you shall find a Policemen in the middle.
The moment he disappears traffic flows instinctively.
You may also notice the side lanes near an elevated over pass are with pot holes.
New subways are always flooded with sewage water.
And where else can you see the Signal counter showing 220 seconds!
You need not go into a Shop for purchase.
A look at Malleswaram will tell you how!
Grin and Bear it.

M.G.Road is not to be left behind.
