THIS barmy trimmer has been accused of robbing his customers blind, after charging £400 for a haircut but refusing to open his eyes!
The crazy clipper claims to use Zen meditation to ‘feel’ the aura of his customers’ hair.
And he is so confident in his abilities that he has developed a party piece where he cuts two heads of hair at the same time.
“It takes a lot of concentration but I have never had an accident with the scissors yet,” explained Tian Hao.
But that’s not where his odd methods end, as he also uses a vacuum cleaner instead of a hairdryer to style his punters’ hair.
