Supreme Court Verdict on Modi?Apex Court Non-Secular?

For the benefit of those who are not familiar with Indian Polity, anything uttered or written favorably(even if it is fact/the Truth) about the majority Community, read Hindus or conversely if anything that is unsavory  about Minority Community, read Muslims(even if it  be calling Bin laden as a terrorist) is looked upon as Non-Secular.

The very term’ Secular’ in India, especially with the Congress party seems to  denote Anti-Hindu.

Coming to the Supreme Court verdict on Modi being dragged into Gulburg Society riots case. , the apex court  refused to pass any order on

Narendra Modi‘s alleged inaction to contain the state-wide riots triggered by the Godhra train carnage, the Supreme Court  and referred the matter to the concerned magistrate here for a decision.

Congress has been raking up cases like these with the so-called whistle-blowers, to embarrass Narendra Modi, who ,among the Lilliputians in BJP (after Vajpayee and LK Advani have for all purposes closed their innings),stands tall in integrity and Good Administration.

Now that the Supreme Court has delivered its verdict, will the Congress call the Apex Court as ‘Non-Secular?’

‘ “God is great!” — tweeted Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi on Monday

summing up in three words his reaction to theSupreme Court direction in the

2002 Gulburg Society riots case.

The apex court on Monday refused to pass any order on Modi’s alleged inaction

to contain the state-wide riots triggered by the Godhra train carnage and

referred the matter to the concerned magistrate here for a decision.

The reaction of the 60-year-old BJP leader reflected his relief over the order as

he was being accused time and again by opposition Congress and activists of

culpability in 2002 riots.

Zakia, widow of former Congress MP Eshan Jaffery had filed a complaint in

Supreme Court against Modi and 63 others for death of his husband and others

in the 2002 Gulburg Society riots case.

Supreme Court had told the Special Investigation Team (SIT) headed by former

CBI chief R K Raghavan to look into the complaint of Jaffery. SIT submitted its

report in which they had concluded that no direct evidence of involvement of

Modi could be found. ‘
