2 G-Tata Issued Telecom Licences against GoM,TRAI?Document.

The letter by Raeev Chandrasekhar,   Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha to Mr Vivek Priyadarshi – CBI’s chief investigating officer in the 2G scam case detailed information based on GoM’s Recommendation, to change Preliminary Enquiry into FIR, remains unanswered and unnoticed.

Letter shows that licenses were issued to Tata Tele in 2003-04 in violation of DoT guidelines.
