The Army has denied the Story stating that the Army personnel was not involved and the Security was out sourced and the Outsourced guards did not have guns and had only lathis.
Why does Army outsource Security?
Do they follow the same procedure for Sensitive installations as well?
If the guards did not have any guns and the Army was not involved,wh shot the boy?
Does it mean there is no Security?
A 13-year-old boy was shot dead, allegedly by one of the security guards, while he was climbing a tree to pluck a fruit inside the defence residential complex on Flag Staff House Road here on Sunday afternoon. The defence authorities, however, denied the charge, opening fire, arguing that armed guards were not stationed in the complex.
