
WASHINGTON (AP) — The DC area has been shaken by a minor earthquake.
The quake hit at 5:04 a.m. EDT Friday and had a magnitude of 3.6.
Randy Baldwin, a physicist with U.S. Geological Survey’s National Earthquake Information Center, says the quake was centered in the Rockville, Md., area.
There were no immediate reports of damage.
There is also no indication of whether President Obama or members of his family felt it.
