Hitch is you may have to pay for the professionals!
Why not employ like minded employees of both sexes?
Disgusting is too mild a word.

German insurer Munich Re threw one heck of an office party — an orgy — for 100 of its best employees as a reward for their hard work.
“The women wore red and yellow wrist bands. One lot were hostesses, the others would fulfill your every wish,” reported the German newspaper Handelsblatt.
Quoting an anonymous attendee, the paper said guests were able to take the women to four-poster beds at the spa “and do whatever they liked.”
The party, held in 2007, was reportedly discovered by a shareholder at the company’s annual general meeting this year. Munich Re is the world’s largest re-insurance company, which means they act as an insurer for other insurance companies.
It is difficult to define what a ‘nice personality’ is, as the term Personality is not defined accurately but only described.
Being nice or otherwise judgement is subjective.
Mostly this is determined by socially agreeable behavior, which need not be correct per se.
Leaving aside this observation, the ability to negotiate a higher salary without being agreeable or disagreeable is a skill(which warrants a separate blog.)
It is true that people who are brash get away with a higher salary and better designations.
However, they may not be able to sustain or justify their salary over a period of time if they do not deliver the goods.
An Organisation is meant for Profits and not a Charity.
Ultimately one who can deliver the goods consistently will prosper.
The Study is silent on Skill sets, Qualifications and experience and can not be taken as correct.
If one has the necessary qualifications , experience, skill sets ,commitment and drive they will get their due,may be delayed.but for sure.
I know this for a fact as one who had switched jobs frequently in an era when job switching was considered more or less a sin and a Senior Professional who recruited.
Men who measured below average on agreeableness earned 18% more, on average, nearly $10,000 more each year than nicer guys.
Ruder women, meanwhile, only earned about 5% more than their friendlier counterparts. for men, being agreeable can often be seen as not conforming to “expectations of masculine behavior,” according to the study.
Also, workers who are more agreeable may also be less willing to assert themselves in salary negotiations. Lead researcher and University of Notre Dame Management professor Timothy Judge believes women need to be more aware than men of how they act in the workplace: “I make a distinction between being disagreeable and being assertive in what you ask for. It’s especially important for women to be assertive in what they ask for.
In the end though, the study says that many managers don’t realize they are rewarding people for their disagreeable attitudes.
The researchers examined “agreeableness” using self-reported survey data and found that men who measured below average on agreeableness earned about 18% more—or $9,772 more annually in their sample—than nicer guys. Ruder women, meanwhile, earned about 5% or $1,828 more than their agreeable counterparts…
The researchers analyzed data collected over nearly 20 years from three different surveys, which sampled roughly 10,000 workers comprising a wide range of professions, salaries and ages. (The three surveys measured the notion of “agreeableness” in different ways.) They also conducted a separate study of 460 business students who were asked to act as human-resource managers for a fictional company and presented with short descriptions for candidates for a consultant position. Men who were described as highly agreeable were less likely to get the job.
