Cauvery Water Refusal by Karnataka. Sending the Army!?

It sounds idiotic, to demand the release of Water at fixed rate per month for it does not rain taking into account your averages.

Orders by The Supreme Court or The Tribunal will be useful only to incite passions.

If Karnataka refuses to comply with the Orders,, you will send the Army?

Story:

BWSSB,Bangalore announced that there would be no Cauvery Watr supply in Bangalore City from 12 June to 14 June 14.

Later there was a notice put out by the BWSSB that the shut down wil be for a period of only 18 hours but no further details are forthcoming.

My suggestion is to stock up water from 10 June , to err on the side of Caution.
