I have written on the fact that the Taj Mahal,India, on the banks of the Yamuna River, which is touted as an Islamic memorial built by Shah Jehan in memory of his Lover Mumtaz was an ancient Shiva Temple earlier.
I had also written that the Love story of Shah Jehan was a lie.
The symbols representing the Number Eleven representing the Eleven Rudras are found even today atop the Taj Mahal.
And there is a chamber underground which is believed to contain the Grave of Mumtaz.
The entrance to the underground chambers of the Taj Mahal was bricked in the 80s after an American researcher found the original wooden door leading to twenty two rooms pre dated the Taj Mahal.
A path leading to the River Yamuna underground was found.
You can find the details in this Video.
I am also providing videos on the subject from different sources, including National Geographic.
Many have written asking me whether there is any alternative because chanting of Indrakshi Siva Kavacham is difficult and the procedure is arduous.
My observation is that we are prepared to follow the instructions of a doctor, though at times, it has no relevance to the problem and the medicine prescribed might be totally irrelevant.
We are cured, in my opinion, because of our faith in the doctor.
Then why don’t we follow the same approach towards Mantras and Pariharas?
There is a Temple and a specific Mantra for high fever.
The Sangameshwara Temple, Kooduthurai , near Bhavaani.
Nearest Railway Station/Bus Station. Erode.
Airport, Coimbatore.
Temple timings 630 am to 12noon and from 4to 8 pm.
The temple has a Jurahareswara(Lord of Fever, Shiva)
You may visit the temple after you chant the Mantra provided towards the close of this article.
‘
Jurahareshwara with three heads, three arms and three legs is found only in a few temples in Tamilnadu. He is found here in a seperate shrine and interestingly the dwarapalakas in this shrine also have three heads, arms and legs. Offering Rice, Pepper Rasam, and Araikeerai Kootu (Greens with Dhal) to the Lord is said to relieve people of fever and other ailments.
Chanting of
“Bhasmayudhaaya Vidhmahe
Raktha Netraaya Dheemahi
Thanno Jurahara Prachodhayaath”
and worshipping him with Bilva leaves, while offering pepper and cummin seeds is said to relieve people of chronic gastric ailments. have written on Indrakshi Shiva Kavacham for curing fever. ‘
Chant the mantra for 108 times day with the fingers of your right hand touching A little quantity of Vibhuthi, Bhasma placed in front of you in a small plate.
After chanting apply the Vibhuthi on the sick person’s forehead.
After fully recovered you may visit the temple and offer parihara as mentioned above.
The wonders of ancient Indian architecture is awe inspiring.
Temples built aligned to solstices, shadows falling on the Idols here there is no source for light to peep in,idols changing colors, holes drilled, in the ears of the idol’s ears, coming out through the other ear, temples built at slanted angles……..
I have written on these and on the Thanjavur Big Temple built in 1010 AD with Granite where there was/is no mountain nearby.
Thanjavur Big Temple
I have written on the logistics involved in building it.
I have written on the Micro Drilling Technology in Mahabalipuram,Tamil Nadu.
If a Pallava King, Narasimhavarma could do it why not Rajaraja Chola, who built the Thanjavur Big Temple?
I found that Micro Drilling Technology was used in the construction of Thanjavur Big Temple to carve out a hole less than 3 mm!
“This is the Thanjavur Brahadeeswarar temple in India which was built between 1004 and 1009 A.D. So it was built over a 1000 years ago. Found some amazing drilling technology with precision holes less than 3 millimeters wide. These holes are so small that nobody has noticed them and has been a secret for 1000 years.
These rocks look like mere decoration, but if you look closely, there are very small holes cut into them. I will put a small twig to show you how small the hole is. I tried to put my pen through the hole and it would not go through.
Another fascinating thing about these holes is that it is not even straight drilling, but is done at an angle. I put the twig on top and it comes out almost at a right angle.
The temple walls are completely made of granite, one of the hardest materials on earth. In modern days, we use diamond tipped tools to make these kind of holes. How did the people carve such minute holes on these granite rocks a thousand years ago?
This technology is older than other ancient cultures like Mayas and Incas. The hole is also much smaller than any other ancient drills I have seen. It is also interesting to think about What were these holes used for? Whatever went inside must have been very thin and flexible because of the size and angle. Why would they need such minute holes anyway?
What Air can not purify Water can, what Water and Air can not, Fire shall.
It is the Ultimate purifier.
The warmth in mother’s womb sustains the child and the same Fire destroys the Human body.
Fire is both the Sutainer and Destroyer.
So is Lord Shiva.
He is the cause of All and the withdrawer of the Universe.
The Distinction between Shiva and Rudra is to be understood.
The meaning of the word Shiva is ‘Auspiciousness’
He is the Chief among the Trinity.
His Amsa, one of His manifestaions, is Rudra.
He is one of the Ganas of Shiva.
He destroys the Universe only to be hidden by Shiva to enable them to manifest them later.
While Shiva has three attributes or functions, Srushti(Creation,) Sthithi( Sustanance),Samhaara(Dissolution), Thirodhaana(Hiding) and Anugraham( Blessings)
Rudra represents one aspect of Shiva, Destruction and this is eveident from the first sentence from the Sri Rudram.
Om Namao Bhagavathe Rudraaya,
Namsthe Rudramanyave’
My prostrations to Rudra,
My prostraions to His anger”
Implied is the fact that anger leads to desruction.
Now to Shiva.
Being the Ultimate Reality Shiva is with out Attributes.
However attribute is rewuired for Human Beings to connect and worship as concentraing ona vacuum is impossible .
So Fire has been associated with Shiva, both for its sustaning qualities and for destrution.
Twelve Jyotir Lingas , Puranas.
Brahma (the God of creation) and Vishnu (the God of Preservation) had an argument over supremacy of creation. To test them, Shiva pierced the three worlds as a huge endless pillar of light, the jyotirlinga. Vishnu and Brahma split their ways to downwards and upwards respectively to find the end of the light in either directions. Brahma lied that he found out the end, while Vishnu conceded his defeat. Shiva appeared as a second pillar of light and cursed Brahma that he would have no place in ceremonies while Vishnu would be worshipped till the end of eternity. The jyotirlinga is the supreme partless reality, out of which Shiva partly appears. The jyothirlinga shrines thus are places where Shiva appeared as a fiery column of light.[2][3] Originally there were believed to be 64 jyothirlingas while 12 of them are considered to be very auspicious and holy.[1] Each of the twelve jyothirlinga sites take the name of the presiding deity, each considered a different manifestation of Shiva. At all these sites, the primary image is lingam representing the beginningless and endless Stambha pillar, symbolizing the infinite nature of Shiva. The twelve jyothirlinga are Somnath in Gujarat, Mallikarjuna atSrisailam in Andra Pradesh, Mahakaleswar at Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh, Omkareshwar in Madhya Pradesh, Kedarnath inHimalayas, Bhimashankar in Maharashtra, Viswanath at Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh, Triambakeshwar in Maharashtra, Vaidyanath Jyotirlinga at Deogarh in Jharkhand , Aundha Nagnath at Aundha Nagnath in Maharashtra, Rameshwar at Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu and Grishneshwar at Ellora near Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Kedarnath and Pashupatinath (Nepal) are considered half jyotirlingas counted together as one. -Shiva Purana
