    I am having Indane gas connection under consumer number :30816 and the distributor is M/s Chandra Gas , Najafgarh, New Delhi-110073, West Zone Delhi and their distributor number is 011-25012133. Our cylender has been booked on 18 /08-20, on dated 22.08.2020 message received that your cyllander has been delivered Our Cash Memo No.100630727836, but i have not received till now. I have told to supplier Sh. Jaipal for bring my cylender he informed me that he is bringing my cylendar on 22.8.2020, but he has not bring my said cylender till date. He is fully wrong it menace not get any proper reply. After that I have complaint at 9911554411. I am very hopeless And help me. please look in to the matter and lodges our complaint and take strictly action against this this matter. Kindly get solution soon and inform to me.

    I am a working lady living with my old father and my husband working in Delhi POLICE.my indane gas connection no.10330 is with JITEN GAS SERVICE All bungalow Kanpur.
    The delivery man knows the fact that I can’t check the weigh of new arrival full refill cylinder so he was giving me only 11 kg gas filled cylinder from the last few years.
    Yesterday my hubby was in Kanpur and he went to weigh the cylinder with deliveryman and found wt 27.5kg including 15.9 kg empty one mentioned on The SEALED CYLINDER.
    The supervisor and the office i/c are threatening me& asking for full payment.


  3. My problem is that I had 2 connections (one in my name and one in my son’s name) in the same address. I therefore requested for transfer of one of the connections to another address, but I did not get the transfer processed and did not use the connection for 4 years. Now when I requested the IOC office to do the reconnection they are saying that in their books my connection is showing as “surrendered” and I have to now apply for a new connection. Is this correct? If not, what steps do I need to take to reactivate my connection.
