Corruption is a character flaw , born out of greed.Political views are born of convictions(?)-pun intended.There is no race ,creed, caste, sex for corruption.People tend to be corrupt irrespective them being anything..Labeling them based on political views is like the job of an IT consultant- they will tell you what you already know and offer a solution that they can not implement and collect the fees.
