  • Tamils Killing Sri Lanka Guilty Permanent People’s Tribunal

The Permanent People’s Tribunal , an international body has indicted Sri Lanka as Guilty of war crimes in killing the Tamils, under the guise of ending Terrorism in the Island Nation.

Channel 4 exposed the gruesome killing of innocent Tamilians point-blank, children and women included.

Earlier Human Right Watch has had the same view.

Recently David Cameron, PM, UK, met with the survivors of the Genocide when he attended the CHOGM Summit in Colombo.

After an assessment of evidences presented by eyewitnesses and experts, judges of the Permanent People’s Tribunal reached unanimous consensus that the Sri Lankan state was guilty of crimes of genocide against the Eezham Tamils and that the genocide is continuing even after the end of the military operations against the LTTE. Concluding the four day session with a press conference at Bremen on Tuesday, the judges also noted that the Sri Lankan military did not have capacity to commit genocide on its own and that it was supported by the UK-USA-India axis. While the judges held the USA and the UK to be complicit in the genocidal process, they were of the opinion that more evidence was needed as regards India’s role.”

The PPT Report on Tamils Killing by Sri Lanka.

The Second Session of the Peoples’ Tribunal on Sri Lanka concluded today in Bremen, Germany, with
the presentation of its verdict. The panel of eleven judges unanimously found Sri Lanka guilty of the
crime of genocide against the Eelam Tamil people, and that this crime continues today.

The Tribunal specified that the victims are in this case the Eelam Tamils as a national group.

The Tribunal  found that genocide against the Eelam Tamil group has not yet achieved the total
destruction of their identity. The genocidal coordinated plan of actions reached its climax on May 2009,
but it is clear that the Sri Lanka Government project to erase the Eelam Tamil identity, corroborated by
the above mentioned conduct, shows that genocide is a process and that process is ongoing.  The
genocidal strategy changed once the perpetrators gained control of the territory. The killings are being
transformed into other forms of conduct, but the intention to destroy the group and its identity remains
and continues, through causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the Eelam Tamil group…

The Tribunal considers that the proofs established, beyond any reasonable doubt that the following acts
were committed by the Government of Sri Lanka
    (a) Killing members of the group, which includes massacres, indiscriminate shelling, the strategy of
herding civilians into so‐called “No Fire Zones” for the purpose of massive killings, targeted assassinations
of outspoken Eelam Tamil civil leaders who were capable of articulating the Sri Lankan genocide project
    to the outside world
    (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group, including
acts of torture, inhumane or degrading treatment, sexual violence including rape, interrogations
combined with beatings, threats of death, and harm that damages health or causes disfigurement
    or injury.
    (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction
in whole or in part, including
    * expulsions of the victims from their homes, * seizures of private lands, * declaring vast areas as military
High Security Zone (HSZ) to facilitate the military acquisition of Tamil land

Further, the Tribunal considered evidence related to
    (d) Imposingmeasuresintended to prevent births within the group
including forced sterilization and coerced contraception of Eelam Tamil women.  Further investigation is
required on the extent of this practice in other regions before a determination is made on whether these
    could be considered genocidal acts.

The UK and USA were found to be guilty of complicity in the crime of genocide, including
‐‐ complicity by procuring means, such as weapons, instruments or any other means, used to commit
    genocide, with the accomplice knowing that such means would be used for such a purpose;
‐‐ complicity by knowingly aiding or abetting a perpetrator of a genocide in the planning or enabling acts
    thereof;

Recognizing that the Sri Lankan state alone did not have the capacity to achieve their genocidal
ambitions, and given the evidence presented, the Tribunal believes that the UK, the USA and India are
guilty of complicity in genocide. However, given time constraints the Tribunal decided to withhold its
decision pending the consideration of additional evidence as to the possibility that India, as well as other
States, are indeed guilty of complicity in the crime of genocide against the Eelam Tamils.

More than 30 direct eye‐witnesses and experts testified in support of the Prosecution’s case, providing
evidence on various alleged crimes that could be determined to constitute the crime of genocide, as well
as on the legal and historical background and the charges of complicity.

  • Crop Circles Communication From New Alien Race.Video

News has emerged  of the thinking that the Crop Circles are not a threat to us Humans but a mode of communicating with us.

There is also a thinking the pattern may contain a Code.

Ufology must be given a scientific analysis, not dismissed offhand.

Weigh this against the footage of NASA showing an unknown Object orbiting the Earth.

    Read On:

    Crop Circle.
    Crop Circle.

WORLD NEWS TOMORROWUSA – Washington DC .  Crop Circles began to surprise many since there first appearance  during the 1970′s near Stonehenge, the prehistoric monument in the English county of Wiltshire.  More than 10 200 crop circles appeared in the last third of the 20th century and more than 90% of those were located in southern England. According to a study approximately fifty percent of all circles found in the UK in 2003 were located within a 15 km (9.3 miles) radius of Avebury. So why is that and why England ? The story begins as such.

New information has emerged that indicates that this phenomenon might not have been made by aliens, but rather aliens of a different kind closer to home, namely the home of England’s MoD. Although, some experts claimed it was made by weather conditions and others that it was a message from beyond our sky’s , the intelligence analytical research now points to the development of our laser technology that made a prominent public debut during the 20 years prior.

Crop circles have become the subject of speculation by various paranormal, ufological, and anomalistic investigators ranging from proposals that they were created by bizarre meteorological phenomena, to messages from extraterrestrial beings and more, but unfortunately it points to a technology we all know so well – Laser Technology.

  • How People Misuse Welfare Money

The Governments all over the World keep on doling out money to people, with the Vote banks in their minds.

They disguise it under the garb of Welfare.

While it is necessary to help out the less fortunate ,it is also equally necessary that we do not breed a generation of misfits and leeches who do not want to do an honest days work.

In India, people are given free rations,TV,Mixiers,Grinders, laptops,Food for children at Schools,Chappals, toothpaste,Books,Note Books,Free electricity,Cash  …….

Do people spend the money for the purpose it was given?

In most of the cases, the answer is NO.

They spend on booze and other non essentials in the case of Cash and  in the case of doles in kind they are  sold .

And politicians use these schemes to organize scams, which runs into Millions of rupees.

Now the Government of India has come out with a proposal to directly credit the dole money the bank account of the recipient, instead of getting this amount disbursed by the departments concerned. !

Time a mechanism is put in place to monitor how the money was spent.

People were found to be using the dole money in non essentials in the US.

    Story:

Welfare Money Spent on Striptease Clubs.
Welfare Money Spent on Striptease Clubs.

“This is morally scandalous.  I have nothing against strip clubs, but that’s not what benefits are for. I don’t blame [recipients]. If you are poor, it’s a crummy life and you want to have a drink or see a naked woman. I blame the people who are in charge of this.”

    ..

Under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program, a federally operated welfare program, families and individuals are given food stamps and cash assistance which is accessed through Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards.

The New York Post also wondered how welfare recipients spend our tax dollars, so using the Freedom of Information Act, they obtained the database records of 200 million Electronic Benefit Transfers.  They discovered numerous withdrawals made from ATM machines in strip clubs, liquor stores, lounges and even a porn store.

Some of the clubs where EBT withdrawals have been made from on-site ATMs have been the targets of police investigations for violence.  One club in the Bronx, Club Eleven, is notorious for violence.  Police temporarily shut it down in 2010, but it managed to reopen.  Last July, two men were shot and five others stabbed outside the club.  Club Heat, another place known for violence, was the location of a fatal shooting in December 2011.  EBT cash withdrawals have also been at a gay bar and tobacco shop.

Welfare recipients took out cash at bars, liquor stores, X-rated video shops, hookah parlors and even strip clubs — where they presumably spent their taxpayer money on lap dances rather than diapers, a Post investigation found.

A database of 200 million Electronic Benefit Transfer records from January 2011 to July 2012, obtained by The Post through a Freedom of Information request, showed welfare recipients using their EBT cards to make dozens of cash withdrawals at ATMs inside Hank’s Saloon in Brooklyn; the Blue Door Video porn shop in the East Village; The Anchor, a sleek SoHo lounge; the Patriot Saloon in TriBeCa; and Drinks Galore, a liquor distributor in The Bronx.

  • Disillusion of a Software Professional, Is this Life?

Office of Dr. Philip Blake, Al Capone's 2nd Ps...
Office of Dr. Philip Blake, Al Capone’s 2nd Psychiatrist (Photo credit: Chicago Crime Scenes)

I have blogged on 11 July 2012, on ‘I would like to be poor’ where  I have made some comments reflecting on Life…..

“Life loses its charm and becomes tedious when one has everything in terms of material comforts.

    Some get things too easily.

People long for good food, shelter ,good clothes,Car,Gadgets likeMobile, iPod,Home, a Girl/Boy friend , a job which appears to be satisfying for a while.

    They get married.

They postpone be-getting children to ‘enjoy Life’

They work inordinate and ungodly hours, eat junk food, guzzle soft drinks ,Hard Drinks.

On Saturdays/Sundays, they wake up around 12 and laze about, go out for food, sleep , then go out for Dinner and watch movies.

Suddenly they realize that they are ‘burnt out’

They have no desire to do anything.

They leave jobs saying that they want to do things they always wanted to do, forgetting that they chose their Careers on their own and made decisions on their own over every thing.

They become abrasive and irritated and become depressed.

    This does not end here.

Once out of job, they try to do some thing which they think they like doing , get disillusioned shortly and start hunting for a job.

Some times they get it immediately, some times they don’t.

They become depressed further and consult a Psychiatrist.

The Psychiatrist tells them that they should get their priorities right and decide on what they like and start doing what they like.

And the whole Cycle begins again!

WRITTEN BY AN INDIAN SOFTWARE ENGINEER..
A Bitter RealityAs the dream of most parents I had acquired a degree in
Software Engineering and joined a company based in USA, the
land of braves and opportunity. When I arrived in the USA, it
was as if a dream had come true. Here at last I was in the place where I want to be. I decided I
would be staying in this country for about Five years in which
time I would have earned enough money to settle down in India.

My father was a government employee and after his retirement,
the only asset he could acquire was a decent one bedroom flat.

I wanted to do some thing more than him. I started feeling
homesick and lonely as the time passed. I used to call home and
speak to my parents every week using cheap international phone
cards. Two years passed, two years of Burgers at McDonald’s and
pizzas and discos and 2 years watching the foreign exchange
rate getting happy whenever the Rupee value went down.

Finally I decided to get married. Told my parents that I have
only 10 days of holidays and everything must be done within
these 10 days. I got my ticket booked in the cheapest flight.
Was jubilant and was actually enjoying hopping for gifts for
all my friends back home. If I miss anyone then there will be
talks. After reaching home I spent home one week going through
all the photographs of girls and as the time was getting
shorter I was forced to select one candidate.

In-laws told me, to my surprise, that I would have to get
married in 2-3 days, as I will not get anymore holidays. After
the marriage, it was time to return to USA, after giving some
money to my parents and telling the neighbors to look after
    them, we returned to USA.

My wife enjoyed this country for about two months and then she
started feeling lonely. The frequency of calling India
increased to twice in a week sometimes 3 times a week. Our
    savings started diminishing.

After two more years we started to
have kids. Two lovely kids, a boy and a girl, were gifted to us
by the almighty. Every time I spoke to my parents, they asked
me to come to India so that they can see their grand-children.

Every year I decide to go to India… But part work part
monetary conditions prevented it. Years went by and visiting
India was a distant dream. Then suddenly one day I got a
message that my parents were seriously sick. I tried but I
couldn’t get any holidays and thus could not go to India … The
next message I got was my parents had passed away and as there
was no one to do the last rights the society members had done
whatever they could. I was depressed. My parents had passed
away without seeing their grand children.

After couple more years passed away, much to my children’s
dislike and my wife’s joy we returned to India to settle down.
I started to look for a suitable property, but to my dismay my
savings were short and the property prices had gone up during
all these years. I had to return to the USA…

My wife refused to come back with me and my children refused to
stay in India… My 2 children and I returned to USA after
promising my wife I would be back for good after two years.

Time passed by, my daughter decided to get married to an
American and my son was happy living in USA… I decided that
had enough and wound-up every thing and returned to India… I
had just enough money to buy a decent 02 bedroom flat in a
    well-developed locality.

Now I am 60 years old and the only time I go out of the flat is
for the routine visit to the nearby temple. My faithful wife
has also left me and gone to the holy abode.

    Sometimes

I wondered was it worth all this?

My father, even after staying in India,

Had a house to his name and I too have
    the same nothing more.

I lost my parents and children for just ONE EXTRA BEDROOM.

Looking out from the window I see a lot of children dancing.
This damned cable TV has spoiled our new generation and these
children are losing their values and culture because of it. I
get occasional cards from my children asking I am alright. Well
    at least they remember me.

Now perhaps after I die it will be the neighbors again who will
be performing my last rights, God Bless them.

    But the question
    still
remains ‘was all this worth it?’

I am still searching for an answer……………..!!!

    START THINKING

IS IT JUST FOR ONE EXTRA BEDROOM???

LIFE IS BEYOND THIS ….., DON’T JUST LEAVE YOUR LIFE ……!!!!
    START LIVING IT …….!!!
LIVE IT AS YOU WANT IT TO BE ……!!!

    Regards,
    Anand

    Thanks Anand Ramanan
