The incidences narrated in the Ramayana and Mahabharata are not a figment of imagination.
They are facts and is History.
The facts have been verified by the configuration of the planets at the time of the Ramayana and Mahabharata and accepted by those with a scientific temper.
Please refer my blogs on the birth Date of Lord Rama and my blogs on these subjects under Hinduism.
Ramayana and Mahabharata are the figment of imagination, which have over 300′ versions.
‘Depending on the methods of counting, as many as three hundred[1][2] versions of the Indian epic poem, the Ramayana, are known to exist. The oldest version is generally recognized to be the Sanskrit version attributed to the sage Valmiki.
‘ Benares Well.e minarets are 71 meters high and used to dominated the Varanasi skyline till a 1948 flood caused it to collapse.[4][5] Material from the destroyed temple was reused by Aurangzeb while building the Gyanvapi Mosque.[6] The mosque shows evidence of original Hindu temple in its foundation, columns and rear.[3][5] The old temple wall was also incorporated as part of the walls of the mosque. The deliberately retained remnants of the temple are described to be “a warning and an insult to Hindu feelings”.[7] The façade is modeled on the Taj Mahal‘s entrance’
Sultan Mahmud and his forces attacking the fortress of Zaranj
Ghazini Raids India
17 times in 25 years. Following the defeat of the Rajput Confederacy, after deciding to teach them all a lesson for combining against him, discovering that they were rich, and that their temples were great repositories of wealth; Mahmud then set out on regular expeditions against them, leaving the conquered kingdoms in the hands of Hindu vassals annexing only the Punjab region.[2] He is also on record for having vowed to raid Hind every year. Mahmud had already had relationships with the leadership in Balkh through marriage, its local Emir Abu Nasr Mohammad, offered his services to the Sultan and his daughter to Mahmud’s son, Muhammad. After Nasr’s death Mahmud brought Balkh under his leadership. This alliance greatly helped him during his expeditions into Northern India. The Indian kingdoms of Nagarkot, Thanesar, Kannauj, Gwalior, and Ujjain were all conquered and left in the hands of Hindu, Jain and Buddhist Kings as vassal states and he was pragmatic enough not to shirk making alliances and enlisting local peoples into his armies at all ranks. The later invasions of Mahmud were specifically directed to temple towns as Indian temples were depositories of great wealth, in cash, golden idols, diamonds, and jewellery; Nagarkot, Thanesar, Mathura, Kanauj, Kalinjar and Somnath. Mahmud’s armies stripped the temples of their wealth and then destroyed them at Varanasi, Ujjain, Maheshwar, Jwalamukhi, and Dwarka.
On the night of December 22-23, 1949, an idol of Ram Lalla “mysteriously” appeared inside Ayodhya’s Babri Masjid, setting in motion a chain of events that was to change the course of Indian politics in later decades. Little is known about what happened on that fateful night. But a new book now reveals how the events unfolded and claims those who pulled the strings of the Ayodhya strategy were also those accused in the Mahatma Gandhi murder case.
Authors Krishna Jha and Dhirendra K Jha interviewed a number of surviving eyewitnesses and accessed archival material to uncover the buried story of how the mosque turned into a temple overnight — a tale that describes the motivations of local players, the administrative collusion and the grand plan of a nationwide rightwing political mobilization intended to pitchfork Hindu Mahasabha as a major political player in post-independent India.
Central to the cast of local characters was Baba Abhiram Das, a well-built, 6-foot-tall local sadhu of the Nirvani akhara, who led three others into the mosque with the idol. Abhiram, later known as ‘Ramjanmabhoomi Uddharak’ (liberator) or simply as Uddharak Baba, died in 1981.
The researchers pieced together events of that night through extensive interviews with Abhiram’s brother and cousins, who were all in Ayodhya in 1949. Two of his cousins —Indushekhar Jha and Yugal Kishore Jha — claim to have followed Abhiram into the mosque.
The reason for this situation is the assumption that Time is Linear.
Time flows in one direction that is forward.
What if Time is Cyclic?
That is, it flows around and depending on where you are.
Time moves both forwards and backwards .
Time is a stream; so is Space. Per se they are Absolute.
They are Relative to the observer.
To put it in simpler words ,things exist in Space and Time at all times irrespective of your positioning and what we say to day has happened ,is right now happening at another level for an observer positioned to observe it.
For them, our Universe is Past.
Similarly for another observer, what we see as future, may be Present.
For Devas, in the next plane of existence, one year by human calculation is one day.
On this basis they have 43, 32,000 years as one chatur yuga or Aeon (By their account 12033 years approximately).
They live for 12033 years. At the end of the day Brahma effects Dissolution.
Next Level. Brahma, the Creator…
30917370000000 one Life of hundred years).
*43, 32,000 human years is one day for Brahma.
During the day, 14 Manus reign, under the orders of Brahma
.Each Manu reigns for 30, 67, 20,000 Human Years.
30, 67, 20,000 multiplied by 14, is *42 940 80 000 human years is Brahma’s one day. (The difference is due to Sandhyaa and Sandhyaamsa calculated for Deva years).
The universe is dissolved at the end of each day.
Creation begins the next day.
Brahma reigns for 100 Brahma years or 30917370000000 of human years (For the Creator, there shall be Dissolution at the end of each of his day.
At Night there shall be withdrawn.Next Day starts.)
That is 0 .53 light years. This is for Universe of Matter of one fourteenth of the Universe of matter (14 Lokaas). Matter occupies only 0.1% of entire Universe. Balance of 99.9 % of Universe consists of Anti matter (named now as dark Energy).
The Universe of Antimatter has corresponding Time scale .It contains anti matter.
At the time of Final Dissolution, matter and antimatter collide and Entire Universe becomes dormant to become dynamic again. Matter and Antimatter forming the Universe is said to be contained in the SriChakra of Devi.
The Gods mentioned so far are nominees assigned for a specific purpose and they undergo evolution and dissolution.
The individual Gods are embodiments of Principles of Creation, Sustenance and Dissolution.
They are Principles and are given Name and Form to help one to realize the Ultimate Reality.
This Cycle is for fourteen known levels of existence and all of them exist simultaneously.
That means all activities happen simultaneously.
That is to say, Ramayana happened somewhere and is also happening and will happen in future. (With reference to us). We can see Time is Nonlinear and is Cyclic.
Though Lord Ram’s Birth Dates has been confirmed by Astronomical chart, Date of death is yet to be proved.
Lifespan of Humans is around 10,000 years in Treta Yuga.
Rama’s Date of Birth is January 10,5114 B.C.(3102 years ago)
Therefore , assuming that he had lived a full Life,( which ,according to The Epic Ramayana is not the case) he could have left his mortalframe by 13102 Years ago.
I am confused in presenting this information in BC.
Some one may suggest.

“The sixth section of the Ramayana here concludes; the remainder of the story is told in the Uttarakanda, a subsequent addition. The treatment which Sita received in captivity was better than might have been expected at the hands of a Rakshasa. She had asserted and proved her purity, and Rama believed her; but jealous thoughts would cross the sensitive mind, and when his subjects blamed him for taking back his wife, he resolved, although she was pregnant, to send her to spend the rest of her life at the hermitage of Valmiki. There she was delivered of her twin sons Kusaand Lava, who bore upon their persons the marks of their high paternity.
Horoscope of Lord Rama.
When they were about fifteen years old they wandered accidentally to Ayodhya and were recognized by their father, who acknowledged them, and recalled Sita to attest her innocence. She returned, and in a public assembly declared her purity, and called upon the earth to verify her words. It did so. The ground opened and received “the daughter of the furrow,” and Rama lost his beloved and only wife.
Unable to endure life without her, he resolved to follow, and the gods favoured his determination. Time appeared to him in the form of an ascetic and told him that he must stay on earth or ascend to heaven and rule over the gods. Lakshmana with devoted fraternal affection endeavoured to save his brother from what he deemed the baleful visit of Time. He incurred a sentence of death for his interference, and was conveyed bodily to Indra‘s heaven. Rama with great state and ceremony went to the river Sarayu, and walking into the water was hailed by Brahma‘s voice of welcome from heaven, and entered “into the glory of Vishnu.”
“The recently discovered bridge is made of a chain of shoals 18 miles long. The bridge’s unique curvature and composition by age reveals that it is man made. Legends as well as archeological studies reveal that the first signs of human inhabitants in Sri Lanka date back to a primitive age, about 1,750,000 years ago and the bridge’s age is also almost equivalent.
This information confirms the mysterious legend of the Ramayana, recorded to have taken place in the Treta Yuga (more than 1,700,000 years ago). At that time the inhabitants in the world were much more spiritual than they are today.
In this epic, a bridge is discussed which was built between India and Sri Lanka under the supervision of Rama, considered to be an Incarnation of God. Rama went to Sri Lanka to save his wife Sita who had been abducted by Ravanna, a demonic king of the era who terrorized the religious people in India.”
The story of Shri Rams’ life was first narrated by Maharishi Valmiki in theRamayana, which was written after Shri Ram was crowned as the king ofAyodhya. Maharishi Valmiki was a great astronomer as he has made sequential astronomical references on important dates related to the life ofShri Ram indicating the location of planets vis-a-vis zodiac constellations and the other stars (nakshatras).
Needless to add that similar position of planets and nakshatras do not repeat themselves in thousands of years.
