If a Company can outsource its job, so can an individual.
If it is business acumen for A company so it is with an employee.
Are the Clients of the out sourcing aware the our sourced Company out sources further?
In Tamil it is called as 'Kalavadirrathu'(this term is most commonly used in Brahmin Households)
The practice is unprofessional and unethical.While private Companies have Non Disclosure agreements and do not allow their employees to moon light for other companies,why should a Govt.organization indulge in this practice?Does this not compromise National Security and also might involve clash of interests.
The other side of CIA is their they are out sourcing assignments to individuals .
