I have been suspicious of the whereabouts of the Malaysian Jetliner on its way to Beijing.
For one NO SOS has been received by Ground Control.
2.Suspicious characters were traveling under false passports,
3.No debris was found in the possible area of Disaster .
Three theories that the plane could have encountered weather problems and disintegrated over the sea.
It was found that there was no Data from the Airlines to the Ground.
However the manufacturer received Data from the Engines of the Jetliner indicating that the plane was flying four hours after the plane was reported missing.
Now it is highly suspected that the plane has been hijacked after indication from Malaysian Airlines that an experienced Pilot might have been flying the aircraft too low to avoid detention by the Radar.
A terror group from Malaysia plotted in the weeks after 9/11 to attack an airplane using explosives hidden in their shoes, according to a former terrorist who claimed to have supplied the bomb.
Saajid Badat, a British national and terrorist-turned-government witness, told a New York court Tuesday that he met the group of Malaysians, which included a pilot, in late 2001 and claimed they planned to blow open a plane’s cockpit door in order to carry out a 9/11-style hijacking.
“AVIATION INVESTIGATORS trying to piece together what happened to the Malaysia Airlines jetliner have concluded that one of the pilots or someone else with flying experience hijacked the plane and steered it off course, according to a Malaysian government official.”
There are quite a few scams that go unnoticed, like the Thorium being stolen in Tamil Nadu.
Defense Ministry Forges
Please read my post on this.
We also know of Adarsh Scam,2G,ISRO, Antrix Devas,CWG,Maharashtra Irrigation.Kalaignar TV,Mining scams in Goa Karnataka……. the list is endless, not to forget Westland Helicopter scam in which Sonia Gandhi was named in an Italian Court.
Most of us imagine that if the Court delivers a verdict or instructs the Government the issue is taken care of.
It is another matter that the Government through CBI may with draw, close the case or even the Courts fudging the issue.
But how many of us know that the Government, after receiving Court Orders does not follow the action advised by the Court but worse, changes Court’s orders?
Or that it simply ignores them merrily and goes ahead exactly in the opposite direction?
The Ministry o f Defense ,India , through its Secretary changes the Court’s Order to suit the Government!
And the black listed Firms for Corruption are not blacklisted but are on the active list of approved vendors?
Read this fraud perpetrated on the Defence Personnel.

Shashi Kant Sharma, erstwhile Defence Secretary (now CAG) is to stand in the Supreme Court on 13th February 2014 along with his other cronies from MaD in response to SC summons in wake of a 49-page contempt petition filed by the Retired Defence Officers Association (RDOA) in the apex court over non-implementation of the court’s September 2012 order – summons that came in wake of non-implementation of the SC order to MoD (read MaD) to pay the dues it owes to the former defence officers vide the said SC order. It is quite public by now that the ‘rank pay case’ was initially fought by Major Dhanapalan and later RODA too took up the case and moved the court. After years of legal battle, the SC had envisaged re-fixation of pay for all affected military officers for Rank Pay with effect from 1st January 1986 – the date of implementation of the Fourth Pay Commission. However, the MaD in its implementation order of the December 2012, based on the SC verdict, very mischievously changed it to “as on 1st January 1986” – while Shashi Kant Sharma was the Defence Secretary. The SC summons say, “You shall attend the court in person and shall continue to attend the court on all days thereafter to which the case against you stands adjourned and until final orders are passed on the charge against you. Herein fail not.”
Whether Shashi Kant Sharma will be present in SC on 13th February or feign a heart attack like Musharraf is not known but what he and his MaD cronies symbolize is the essence of the MaD Club’s contempt to those in uniform plus those who have hung up their boots. This is also the reason why they have been stonewalling all attempts to rectify the politico-military disconnect. There was talk of rewarding Sharma’s services to the mafia in breaking the institutional integrity of the military and concert with Goolam Vahanvati, the Attorney General. While the latter got an extended tenure, this can hardly be the only reason for Sharma to be appointed CAG anyway. The surprising part is that despite willfully committing contempt of the SC order with respect to the rank pay case and the fact that the contempt notice was sent when Sharma was still the Defence Secretary, he was still appointed to the high constitutional post of CAG. So the services that Sharma rendered to the ‘supreme mafia’ must have been of very exceptional order indeed. The real reasons perhaps will never been known but maybe one of the reason could be that Sharma happened to be the DG (Acquisition) of MoD when the Augusta Westland Helicopter deal was signed in 2010. Now it quite logical that it is the DG (Acquisition) who signs papers, negotiates the cuts and decides who gets what including the delivery mode. So when India has already paid 45 percent of the deal value, it is no way the deal would have been signed without the ‘cuts’ on the total deal (100 percent) having been delivered at required destinations. So, no one is fooled by the amount mentioned with respect to the Tyagi brothers which is small pocket change. Then, the Augusta Westland helicopter scam is a recent case. Shashi Kant Sharma was in the MaD club for over a decade. So, his ‘exceptional services’ would have gone way beyond the above two issues when so many more major defence acquisitions were made.
The Augusta Westland deal has been cancelled and probably one odd guy will be asked to return his / her cut that will be quietly made known to the environment, like it happened when the Eurocopter deal was cancelled and just one fellow was asked to return a few million Euros but then immediately given solid immunity by moving him as Governor. So in the Augusta Westland helicopter deal too, the balance will retain the moolah as part of future investment that is adjustable at the international arms industry level. And yes, the probe agencies would not dare to question top bureaucrats like Defence Secretary without government approval but then who do you think constitutes the ‘supreme mafia’? If you still are wondering then perhaps you need to read Gen. VK Singh’s autobiography that tells you that the corruption trail from MoD goes right up to the PMO. You would probably dub it a flight of fancy especially since we have such a clean Defence Minster but then you get wondering if the reported losses in crores of Air India includes the Rs 28 crores paid to the Defence Minister’s spouse by AAI for four of her paintings to be put up at civil airports. The appointment of CAG is arbitrary by the government, whereas the selection should be through a committee / collegiums constituted for the purpose. Then what about the Defence Minister’s penchant to ban firms at the drop of a hat and pray what is the criteria for lifting the blacklisting? Who does the inquiry and examination? Since it is all in-house you can well assume what the main criteria would be? This was a classic query with regard to the 155mm gun displayed at DEFEXPO 14 by Denel, a firm till recently blacklisted. Look at the manner in which the procurement of the Barak anti-air systems approved in 1997 for our Navy was kept in abeyance for several years.
Historically, the foundation of MaD can be traced to the Nehru’s disdain for the military and Krishna Menon, his blue-eyed Defence Minister who masterminded the first defence scam of independent India (Jeep Scandal), brought the country to shame in 1962 by ignoring basic military equipping, and yet ended up with a road in the heart of New Delhi Krishna Menon Marg) replete with his bust installed on a pedestal and an annual garlanding ceremony.
There is a report on the Worst Journalists of India, 2014.
I am posting excerpts below.
Mean while, one should remember Media is also a part of the Society in which we live.
Just as they used to show in films about Judges as the ones beyond Human failings of corruption, which is not a fact as we know at least now, we , unfortunately still believe that the Journalists are as pure as driven snow and are beyond corruption and partisan views.
The fact is they are so , so are we.
Burkha Dutt
Under the circumstances, I do not follow or listen to one Journalist or another.
I watch all of them, independently verify stories from different sources and arrive at a conclusion on my own.
The perception that some are worst or good is a subjective .
Let me leave it at that.
But to expect some journalist to be of the standard of say GK.Reddy, even he was biased, is too much to expect especially after Rai tapes implicating Burkha Dutt, Vir Sanghvi, (Check for audio under Radia Tapes)
However I have a few impressions of some Journalists.
Arnab Goswamy, though he is overly aggressive, forms opinions for himself , wants others merely to endorse him , by and large is as independent as The channel allows him.
Karan Thapar,Arrasive to the point of repugnancy, yet he makes the people whom he interviews squirm and generally make an ass of themselves.
In the process, in both these Journalists cases, the people spill the beans.
That’s it for me.
Now to the worst Journalist of the year 2014.
You would find most of them to be tainted.

10. S. Varadarajan (New entrant)
Till recently S. Varadarajan or “Varadabhai” as I fondly call him, was the editor of ‘The Hindu’ which is famous for its anti-Hindu articles. Lately, Varadabhai is a TV panellist who helps to continue pounding the redundant theory that Modi abetted the 2002 riots. He came out strongly in support of Rahul Gandhi’s bogus allegations on January 27 with Arnab Goswami. Incidentally, RG stated journalists told him Gujarat govt was involved in the riots. I guess RG just missed naming Varadabhai directly. Peddling opinions as news articles was one of the reasons the anti-Hindu claimed he was sacked from the newspaper. The most hilarious article carried in the The Hindu under Varadabhai was one which more or less claimed the “masculine pose” by Swami Vivekananda was one of the causes of rapes in India. So if Varadabhai ever strikes that pose I don’t want to venture a guess on what’s on his mind.
KK stays where he was last time. He retains his old habits of hate-RSS, hate-Hindutva and anything remotely connected with BJP. Of course, most would remember he’s also a former speech writer for Congress. Lately, he’s an “acting” defence lawyer for the AAP party. Following the anarchic acts of Arvind Kejriwal & Co. outside Rail Bhawan in January 2014 Ketkar quickly defended them by telling CNN-IBN India has always been anarchic. He recalled events like the Ayodhya movement to defend Kejriwal’s stupidity. KK has a rare distinction though. He’s one of those media heroes who has been provided police protection following police complaints and threats for abusing a certain caste in Maharashtra. And that contempt is because he hated a certain politician. There’s also a case relating to defamatory articlesagainst the RSS and also abusing judiciary. It’s unlikely the man will change. A hate-filled heart remains the same.
8. Nikhil Wagle (New entrant)
Frankly, this media moron is in the bad news not so much for journalism but for his filthy tweets and some allegations by one Nitin Rane. I haven’t watched him on IBN Lokmat nor have I had the misfortune to read anything he may have ever written. Like some others in this list he is most known for peddling of untruths. His most stupid outburst was against the middle class people. Hetweeted in March 2012: “I am surprised by the low IQ of middle class in this country. Their understanding of politics is so dismal that they vote BJP. God save!” In another tweet he brazenly claims “Not a single PM of India has defended communal riots directly or indirectly. If @narendramodi dreams to become PM he should know this!” Of course, this Congress crony apparently backs what Rajiv Gandhi said justifying killing of Sikhs with a great tree falling. While Wagle often screams about corruption, readers and voters are quite aware of his bosses being alleged to be involved in the Coal scam. I don’t see any reason why Wagle why will ever move out of this list.
The “Larger picture” has made progress and has gone up the list. If she is angling for a permanent spot among India’s worst then she’s doing just the right things. With a permanent scowl on her face and permanent contempt for some panellists, her show called “Left, right, centre” is nothing more than filler on NDTV. Sort of bench-warming for passing the “buck”. Nidhi delivered one of the most shameful episodes on Indian TV in her mindless rant against a British MP for inviting Narendra Modi to speak in the British parliament. She even claimed she had the right to “question” SC judgements. If you watch the video of that shameless spectacle Nidhi mentions “controversial/controversy” as many times as Rahul Gandhi mentions empowerment or systems in his speeches. A thorough disgrace to journalism.
6. Karan Thapar (6)
India’s only “bow-tie” journalist (he often reminds me of thebow-tie killer). He has earned the nickname ‘The Tool’ after infamously ridiculing PA Sangma, the presidential candidate, of being a tool in the hands of some political parties. His standard pose is the dangerous “masculine” pose that The Hindu warns us of as the cause of rapes. Often also called a Paki-Tool, KT sort of proved it when he was handed a quote of Nawaz Sharif about friendship with India. This quote was planted by the Pak news agencies after Sharif became PM and KT grandly discussed the “hand of friendship” on his show. It just turned out the statement was made by Sharif to none other than KT earlier (before Sharif became PM again) and the Pakis made KT a “useful idiot” to peddle that old statement in the midst of LOC violations. The other thing KT is fond of is making others (like Sibal, Jaitley) sit in his chair and play Devil’s Advocate and pay him compliments. His 2007 statement hoping for a “sudden removal of Modi” may hold more interest now in many quarters.
5. Rajdeep Sardesai (3)
If Rajdeep has fallen one place it’s only because a bigger disgrace has made a grand debut in this list. “Point taken, fair enough” is now the standard defence RS offers when zapped by a panellist (much like Nidhi’s “larger picture” diversion). From defending Robert Vadra and the Gandhis, RS is now seen as grand campaigner for the AAP party. The number of interviews and promotions of Arvind Kejriwal on CNN-IBN and the whole IBN group would stand as proof. His most famous event in the past two years would be the incompetent interview with Modi on the bus floor. Modi even, deliberately or inadvertently, called him “Sar-ka-dard-esai”. Under RS the IBN group has hit rock bottom with many employees being sacked and the channel hitting new lows in TRP. Quite unfortunate considering CNN-IBN does have some of the best journalists on TV. Rajdeep’s judgement and prudence can be measured by the fact that most of his IOTY nominees have ended up as disasters. If the “top” is bad then no number of good journalists can shore up a failing channel.
KT: So in other words you buckled under media pressure?
JJ: No, not at all. It was misunderstood by many people. It was not an anti-conversion law, it was an anti forcible conversion law.
KT: But it was misunderstood for almost two years. You could have repealed it earlier, you didn’t. You only repealed it after you failed to win seats.
JJ: It has nothing to do with that. If you insist on giving this interpretation I can’t help it.
KT: What about the…
JJ: (Intervenes) As to why the media is biased, that is because I am a self-made woman. Politics has for long been a male bastion. Mrs. Indira Gandhi changed all that, but still you must remember that Mrs. Indira Gandhi had all the inbuilt advantages. She had the advantage of being born in the…
KT: (Intervenes) You’re saying that media picks on you?
JJ: I do think so.
KT: Because you are a woman?
JJ: You are not allowing me to finish anything I want to say.
“Hanging of Islamist leader Abdul Quader Mollah is a disgrace, and Bangladeshi authorities must now ensure that people are protected against reprisal attacks, said Amnesty International.
“The execution of Abdul Quader Mollah should never have happened. The death penalty is a human rights violation and should not be used to punish other alleged human rights violations,” said Abbas Faiz, Amnesty International’s Bangladesh Researcher.’
says Amnesty International, speaking of the killing of a War Criminal .
Hindus are being slaughtered systematically in Bangladesh for quite some time now and the present situation has warranted the Amnesty to say,
as most of the Prosecution witnesses in the present case were Hindus,“The country is on a razor’s edge at the moment with pre-election tensions running high and almost non-stop street protests. Mollah’s execution could trigger more violence, with the Hindu community bearing the brunt.”
Violence against the Hindus unleashed.
After the verdict, the Jamaat-e-Islami took to the streets in protest against the verdict. They attacked the establishment including the police, fire brigade, disrupted the traffic and set vehicles on fire. They attacked specially the Hindu minorities, destroyed their houses and businesses, vandalized their temples and set them on fire. According to community leaders, more than 50 Hindu temples and 1,500 Hindu homes were destroyed in 20 districts.[12]

The Jihadi Groups who are responsible for these attacks are groups that are funded by Langley and includes the more notorious Hefazate Islam, Jamaati Islami and BNP. BNP and Jamaati Islami has been funding these extremist groups. This was portrayed in an article by a Pakistani Journalist in the International Herald Tribune.[13] In Noakhali District several Hindu homes and temples came under the attack of the Islamists.[14][15][16][17][18] On the morning of 28 February, the activists of Jamaat-e-Islami and Islami Chhatra Shibir began to gather near Rajganj Bazar in Begumganj Upazila.[19][20] At around 2 p.m., immediately after the verdict, the activists armed with sticks, started a procession in protest against the verdict. The procession vandalized the Kali temple at Rajganj Bazar and the temple near Bainnabari. Then they attacked the Hindus in nearby Tongipar and Aladinagar villages. They vandalized eight Hindu households and looted all the valuables including money and jewellery.[19] The temple of Bhuiyan house in Tongipar village was vandalized. Six people were injured in the attacks.[21] The violence continued in phases till the evening. Around 6-30 p.m. Rapid Action Battalion was deployed to bring the situation under control.[19] On 23 March, Islamic extremists vandalized and looted a temple at Companiganj Upazila On 26 March, miscreants set fire in a Hindu house at Zirtali union belonging to Begamganj Upazila.[22](wiki)
