It stands tp reason that UFO is made a subject of Universities as the information on this is quite voluminous and most of them are credible despite effort to suppress the information.
May be fresh minds can effect a breakthrough in throwing more light on this subject.

Anthropology professor Philip Haseley from The Niagra County Community College in the state of New York wants students to be able to study what one could describe as a non-traditional subject.
Due to the large amount of UFO sightings around the world, the lecturer feels it’s an area which should be investigated by students, The Daily Telegraph reported.
Wednesday’s night sky over Vancouver, BC played host to a pulsating UFO that was captured on video during skywatching activities from Burnaby Mountain Park on July 27, 2011. The UFO was detected by a night vision camera and tracked for nearly five minutes as it travelled SE to NW before disappearing behind a stand of trees. During this period, the UFO was first seen being overtaken by a second, faster-moving object before amplifying its luminous output in what veteran skywatchers describe as a “power-up” incident. While in flight, the UFO performed multiple power-ups, inviting comparison with another object recorded four nights earlier near Vancouver City Hall. On the night of 15th June 2011 more than half the world will have opportunity to watch one of the darkest Lunar eclipses.
This will be the darkest lunar eclipse in almost 100 years as the centres of the sun, the earth and the moon would nearly be on one straight line. The earlier darkest lunar eclipse was observed on August 6, 1971 and the next one would be 47 years from now on, on June 6, 2058…
People leaving in eastern Africa, the Middle East, central Asia and western Australia will have opportunity to observe the entire eclipse, from beginning to end. At mid- eclipse the Moon will be over head at Mauritius.
Total Lunar Eclipse (Chandra Grahan), on June 15, 2011 will be visible in India, Dubai, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia and western parts of Australia. The Chandra Graham will be taking place in India between 11:53 pm on June 15 to 03:32 am early morning on June 16, 2011. Total Lunar Eclipse – the moon is fully covered – is from 00:52 hrs to 02:33 hrs. The eclipse’s total phase lasts for 100 minutes.
The longest total lunar eclipse since July 2000 will occur on Wednesday (June 15), with skywatchers in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Australia in prime position to witness the moon treat.
The event is the first lunar eclipse of 2011 and one of two total lunar eclipses this year. The eclipse, which will occur during June’s full moon, will begin at 1:24 p.m. EDT (1724 GMT) and last until 7 p.m. EDT (2300 GMT), but it will not be visible from North America.
For observers in regions where it will be visible, the eclipse could offer an amazing sight: the period of totality will be 100 minutes. In the last 100 years, only three other eclipses have rivaled the duration of totality of this eclipse, according to SPACE.com’s skywatching columnist Joe. Rao. The last lunar eclipse of similar length occured on July 16, 2000 and lasted 107 minutes.
The latest is a face found by an Italian named Matteo Ianneo, who has also claimed to have found vegetation, entrances to underground tunnels and city ruins on Mars in the past few weeks. Ianneo says his latest surface find, which is located at 33°12’29.82″N and 12°55’51.21″W, looks like a picture of Mahatma Gandhi in profile.
It is reminiscent of the Face on Mars, a hill photographed by NASA’sViking 1 probe in 1976 that, in one low-resolution image, resembled a face. Within days of its discovery, space hobbyists were speculating that the structure was man-made and had been built by ancient Martians. A higher-resolution image taken of the “face” last year by NASA’s HiRISE camera revealed a rugged hill.
Humans have been seeing strange things on the surface of Mars for centuries. From the 1700s up through the present day, widespread fame has been available to anyone able to produce even the slightest bit of flimsy evidence that there’s Martian life.
The most recent example was this week’s supposed revelation that asecret Mars base, inhabited either by humans or Martians, can be seen in a photo of the Red Planet‘s surface taken by an orbiting spacecraft.
Two authorities provide us with analysis of long-term surface temperature trends. Both agree on the global temperature trend until 1998, at which time a sharp divergence occurred. The UK Meteorological Office‘s Hadley Center for Climate Studies Had-Crut datashows worldwide temperatures declining since 1998. According to Hadley’s data, the earth is not much warmer now than it was than it was in 1878 or 1941.
By contrast, NASA data shows worldwide temperatures increasing at a record pace – and nearly a full degree warmer than 1880.
The other two widely used global temperature data sources are from earth-orbiting satellitesUAH (University of Alabama at Huntsville) and RSS (Remote Sensing Systems.) Both show decreasing temperatures over the last decade, with present temperatures barely above the 30 year average.
How can scientists who report measurements of the earth’s temperature within one one-hundredth of a degree be unable to concur if the temperature is going up or down over a ten year period? Something appears to be inconsistent with the NASA data – but what is it?
One clue we can see is that NASA has been reworking recent temperatures upwards and older temperatures downwards – which creates a greater slope and the appearance of warming. Canadian statistician Steve McIntyre has been tracking the changes closely on hisClimate Audit site, and reports that NASA is Rewriting History, Time and Time Again. The recent changes can be seen by comparing the NASA 1999 and 2007 US temperature graphs. Below is the 1999 version, and below that is the reworked 2007 version.
The base chart tracks Total Public and Private US Debt as a percentage of GDP (black line) from 1870 through 2009. Notice how it slowly increases from 1880 to 1930 and then peaks sharply in the early 1930′s, declines through the 1950′s and then rises steadily through 2009.
NASA GISS data for the US Annual 5 year Mean Temperature Anomaly from 1880 to the present is superimposed (red line), and fits remarkably well. It is a bit noisier, but it too increases from 1880 to 1930 and then peaks sharply in the early 1930′s. It then declines through 1970, and then rises steadily through 2010.
One conclusion is that NASA might have erred in Statistical analysis or the Thermometers have been wrong.
It is not probable that all the thermometers had gone wrong simultaneously.
(Again arriving at a Global Mean Temperature sounds rather funny. Can you take Greenland temperature and Tropical temperature and arrive at a mean?Scientists give convoluted explanation for this;but to me it does not look common sense at all . Again, who kept records of Global temperatures in the 19th Century?)
And if CO2 is responsible for raise in temperature,why it did not cause raise in temperature from 1940-1970?
The fact is that Global warming is an unwanted Scare perpetrated by a Group for reasons well-known to them.
Facts do not confirm global warming.
