  • Modi’s Marriage Karunanidhi Digvijay Answer These

    The issue of one’s  Marriage,

Can this create a National Furor?

Narendra Modi the Chief Minister and PM candidate , India
    Narendra Modi

    Yes,

If you happen to be one Narendra Modi, the Gujarat Chef Minister and the BJP candidate for Prime Minister’s Post.

Mode admitted to having been married to one Yashoda Ben.

The comment by Karunanidhi, the DMK Supremo, speaking in an Election rally on 11th April at Chidambaram,

‘News about Modi’s has come just now,

I do not know what else will come out after he s elected”

    is amusing.

Karunanidhi is a man who lives with two women, one, legally wedded wife, and another a ‘Thunaivi’, meaning Companion.

We have better words n English to describe,

He remarked at the time of the Birth of Kanimozh, his daughter through his ‘Thunavi’, on being asked about a child having been delivered in Isabella

Hospital, Chennai by PG.Karuthiruman Congress Leader in The Tamil Nadu Assembly, and who was the father of the child , as the lady who delivered

the Child, had stated that the Father’s name was Kanrunanidhi, and what was the relationship Karunanidhi had with the woman,

    Karunanidhi replied,

“The Father of the child is Karunanidhi, Period”

He spends his days in both the houses, one of his wife and another?

To know more about Karunanidhi’s spotless character in respect of women, one would do well to read ,his one time close friend, Kannadasan’s Tamil

    Book Vanavaasam, Life in Wilderness.

Thee he describes how and the gentleman cheated a call girl by not paying her!

This man now speaks of Modi!

Now Digvijay Singh comments on Modi.

Would he please comment on Sonia Gandhi‘s father having been a Nazi or the information yet unconfirmed as for as I am concerned, that Sonia Gandhi was an Escort?

Or that she smuggled out Indian Antiques?

Read them in the Links provided below.

The Congress’s Digvijaya Singh and the party’s pan-India machinery, women activists ranged against Modi, and all his staunch opponents have attacked Modi over this.

This round, it seems, will go to Modi.

“The self-confessed strong man doesn’t deserve any sympathy for inviting attacks, personal or political, but the facts of Modi’s child marriage is more of a tragedy than a scandal that his critics are portraying,” says Vikram Vakil, a Surat-based senior journalist who first scooped Modi’s marriage way back in 1993 for the Gujarati political weekly Abhiyaan I had founded.

Here is a defence of Modi that an apolitical friend, based in Ahmedabad, offered to Rediff.comafter the controversy erupted. He refused to be named in this column, and says he came to know about the marriage in 2003.

“By liberal standards, all individuals are free to have their own choice of partner. The family, parents or society can’t impose their choice on a teenage son or daughter as it happened in the Modi-Jashodaben case,” this friend of Modi says.

“If 17-year-old Modi wanted to get out of the marriage, which was imposed on him by a socially backward society and his family, it’s not only ethical but his right to walk out of the forced marriage. Feminists are against the obnoxious old idea of pativrata nari. In hitting out at Modi, they will be wary of endorsing Jashodaben‘s stand too,” argues Modi’s friend from Ahmedabad.

Vakil, otherwise a staunch critic of Modi, defends him on this count. “Modi’s marriage was an accident of destiny. It was a kind of a Shakespearean tragedy where neither the man nor woman can be blamed.

  • Misinformation Genocide Modi Begins In Web

Suddenly articles have started appearing in web sites attacking Narendra Modi in the Internet  by way of Blogs, and mostly paid views.

qz.com has come with a blistering attack on Modi by Thane Richard, the founder of the Dabba, an independent digital radio station covering Indian culture and politics. He is also a co-founder of Jaunt, a journalism startup.

The article starts with a misleading Photo byline ‘Economic development should not change your morals. Reuters/Mansi Thapliyal’ .implying that the story is by Reuters.

    NNarendra Modi and Godhra
Modi and Godhra Riots,in the image at qz.com the name of author is below the picture misleading that it is a Reuters story

I could not find anything in Reuters site.

    Read some Gems.

“Even if Narendra Modi was involved in the Gujarat riots, I don’t care. His economic work wins out. I will vote for him.”

The point is not even whether you think Modi is better than Rahul Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal, or any other potential prime minister.

“The government estimated, according to the BBC, that “790 Muslims and 254 Hindus were killed, 223 more people reported missing and another 2,500 injured.

” Those are facts, regardless of whether you think Modi was involved. Here comes the test: if you believe he was behind the riots—behind “genocide”—then Gujarat’s economic growth rate does not matter. Rather, it shouldn’t matter.

What matters here is where you draw the moral line between what is acceptable in a politician and what is a deal breaker.”

“If Modi came out and said women should not be allowed to vote, or that the caste system should be formally reinstated, or that he supported ethnic cleansing, then it wouldn’t really matter what his stance on taxation is.”
If I were starving or my family were starving, I might not care about the costs attached to keeping them alive or to electing a person who promised to put bread on my table.
While India certainly has enormous need, those are not exclusively the pockets that support Modi.
The woman I spoke to was not starving. The political columnists of India’s newspapers are not starving.
Anyone reading this article on this website is not starving.
Obsession with the promised economic wizardry of Modi is not selfless patriotism for India’s advance, it is greed without regard for cost.”
1.Supreme Court of India on Modi and Gujarat Riots.

In a big relief for Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi, the Supreme Court-appointed SIT has given him a clean chit in the post-Godhra Gulberg massacre case and sought its closure as it found no evidence against him.”According to SIT, no offence has been established against any of the 58 persons listed in Zakia’s complaint,” metropolitan magistrate M S Bhatt said in his order on Tuesday on a batch of petitions in which Zakia Jafri, widow of former Congress MP Ehsan Jafri who was among 69 persons killed in the Gulberg society carnage, had named Modi and 57 others for alleged criminal conspiracy in the 2002 riots.”

2.It is very convenient to say that X said this or that after a meeting with no corroboration.
A fictitious Indian in Detroit said what has been posted in the first para of this post!
What is supposed to have been said in 2012 is reproduced in 2014″
3.The post is written cleverly to pass off by juxtaposing the author’s words ‘Genocide, ethnic cleansing’ in  and around the BBC report  to authenticate this sheer non sense.
4.Why convey the impression of a Reuters story, by cleverly posting below the Image  in the Story, name of the author with Reuters name.
    Hope Reuters takes notice.
Honest writing does not need false flags.
    Story:
In October 2012, I spoke to a crowd of mostly Indians in the Detroit area about the need for innovation in Indian media. After my talk, I was stopped by an Indian woman who looked to be in her forties, was elegantly dressed, well-spoken, and struck me as someone who I could have easily run into at a gallery opening in Mumbai or high tea at a five-star hotel. She complimented me on my speech, I thanked her, and we began talking about the far-off 2014 Indian election. What she said to me that day festers in my memory:

  • Vote Narendra Modi Despite BJP 10 Reasons

Right man in the wrong Party.

Political parties find their election candidates embarrassing at times.

And the candidate , in general, has one goal, to defeat the opponent at the Polls.

    Narendra Modi is one such.

The party he belongs to, at times, embarrasses him.

BJP is not  a bad party, of late it is becoming a divided House.

It is so democratic that you an hear a virtual Babel Tower on every issue, with the result, the issues being debated, are lost.

Despite knowing pretty well it is Narendra Modi who has caught the imagination  of a disillusioned people, many BJP leaders want to play spoil sport over Modi.

While people do want Narendra Modi as Prime Minister of India, it is the BJP’s antics and funny strategies that make one pause,,

Is it worth voting BJP to ensure Narendra Modi coming to Power?

Such is the pull of warring factions.

If Modi commands respect and affection it is because of His forthrightness, calling a spade as one and his commitment to the oft touted now diluted principles  of the BJP.

Despite the confusion BJP had made in stitching together alliances for the elections, this is why BJP should be voted to power, if only to ensure that Modi becomes the PM.

Pray that BJP does not throw the spanner in the works.

Why should one vote for Narendra Modi, through BJP?

    Narendra Modi speaks.
    Narendra Modi Quotes on Governance.

    1.Transparency and Integrity.

Modis’ running of the Gujarat has been one of transpareny and he minces no words when he implements any programme for the welfare of the State.

On Free distribution of power , he declared that electricity costs money, he can not afford to offer freebies and people should pay for it.

Result Gujarat is more than self-sufficient in Power in India, the only one.

Or look at the way he appoints enquiry into his own deeds if necessary.

Or his wooing of Business, at the same time he is not being run by the corporate.

    He nails them when warranted.

Infrastructure, Roads, Public distribution, way ahead of the other States.

On Godhra Riots, the Center has tried all the avenues open to it , to sully his name.

Special team, CBI and even the Supreme Court.

Embarrassing for them all of them have given a clean chit to Modi in the riots in Gujarat.

The socalled “Muslims living in fear in Gujarat’ is nullified by the declaration of the Community that Modi is not against them, but terrorism

    2.Administration Open honest and swift

He is accessible, unlike the other able administrator, Jayalalithaa the CM of Tamil Nadu.

3.Modi  is clear on his foreign policy be it Pakistan, Bangladesh or the US.

He does not seem to be cowed by the US nor rattled by the fact he might lose votes if he is soft with Pakistan

On immigrants in Assam, West Bengal , he is for sending them back or at least regulating them.

4.As of date none of the corruption charges made against his has stuck for there is nothing to stick.

5.He has not or is presiding over scams, starting from Bofors, through 2G, ISRO-Dewas-Antrix,,CWG,Maharashtra irrigation,Thorium,Adarsh, defence coffin purchase…

6.Nor has he had his name implicated in an Italian Court for Corruption in Westland Helicopter deal.

7.He does not have a Swiss bank account.

8.He was not thrust as the prime Ministerial Candidate as Congress has done.

    9.He does not foist Cases.

10.He stands by his Officers, does not make them scape goats.

India has a Party system and does not have a Presidential form of governance.

BJP has placed the cart before the Horse by projection Narendra Modi as the would be PM..

Hope BJP does not upset the Cart.

  • Know Narendra Modi, Little Known Facts.

    Meet the Real Modi.

The biggest mystery of Narendra Modi’s life is his relationship status. The world knows him as a ‘bachelor’ but it has been contested by some of his critics who point out that he was once married to ‘Jashodaben’. A magazine published a story in 2009 that claimed Jashodaben to be Modi’s wife. The fact that Modi never contested the facts of the story gives credence to the content of the article. The woman in question is a school teacher and  lives in Rajosana village of Banaskantha district. She is said to be married when she was 18. She had studied up to class VIIII only and that is supposed to have spoiled their relationship. It is said that Jashodaben does not like to be photographed as she believes she is not good looking. Not only this, she is conscious of Modi’s high position and does not want to create any embarrassment to Modi although she is hopeful that someday Modi will come to her and publicly accept her as his wife.

Narendra Modi is a patriot since childhood. During Indo-Pak war of 1965, Modi, as a 15 year old boy, volunteered to serve the soldiers in transit at the railway stations. Similarly, in 1967 at an age of 17 years, he served the flood affected people of Gujarat.

Modi was born in an OBC family of grocers in Vadnagar of Gujarat. Modi wanted to become a sanyasi when he was a child. In fact, he was always fascinated with Sadhus, different forms of worship and meditation. He ran away from home after completing his school education. He visited many places including Ramkrishna Ashram of Belur in West Bengal. Finally, he reached Himalayas and wandered aimlessly and stayed with unknown but yogic Sadhus for months.

After returning from Himalayas, Modi ran a tea stall with his brother at the State Transport Office in Ahmedabad. Modi sold tea for many years. That was the time when Modi learnt what hardship really meant. It made him more determined and resolute in his approach towards life.

    2012/politicsinternational/sep/m7.jpg
    Modi with his Mother.

Narendra Modi is very particular about his appearance in public. He prefers trimmed beard and hair. As for his clothes, his favourite cloth store used to be Jade Blue of Ahmedabad. He ensures that he looks elegant whenever he moves out.

Narendra Modi has done a three-month course in US on public relations and image management. This could be one reason why he has succeeded in positioning himself as one of the most affable and sought after politicians in India.

Narendra Modi adores his mother and never forgets to take her blessings whenever he undertakes any new initiative- political or otherwise. In fact, she is his only closest relation. He has got all traditional virtues of an Indian man. He  is a teetotaler. He doesn’t drink, doesn’t smoke. He is a complete vegetarian. In nut-shell, he is miles away from even minor vices.

Women all over India and cutting over age bracket adore Modi. In his home state, he is seen as a sex symbol among women. A close look at his public meetings makes it abundantly clear that women outnumber men among attendees. Analysts say this is mainly because of his emperor like image exuding absolute power and authority.

Modi is a prolific writer and poet.He writes in Gujarati language and his favourite topics include life and teachings of Hindutva icons. Narendra Modi is a big fan of Swami Vivekananda. His most recent election campaign was christened as ‘Vivekanand Yuva Vikas Yatra’.

Narendra Modi is not liked by the sister organisations of BJP like ‘VHP’ and ‘Bajrang Dal’. The hatred is so intense that ‘sangh parivar’ outfits are said to be working tirelessly to overthrow his government in upcoming assembly elections.

  • Sonia Gandhi’s Foreign Travel Expenses, Denial Documents

When Narendra Modi raised the issue of Sonia Gandhi’s Foreign travel stating that Rs 1880 Crore was involved I posted that in the face of the denial by the RTI applicant Ramesh,Hisar,Modi had rushed in without checking facts and that it did not fit his stature.

Now though the case remains as it was, the information that the Government is bent on withholding information on the expenses incurred by Sonia Gandhi‘s Travel by a Blanket ‘No  information” and Chief Information Commissioner

In  any  case,   the  expenditure  made  by  any  individual  on  her
treatment, in India or abroad, is a private information and cannot be the subject

    5. The case is disposed of accordingly.
    6. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.”

asserts the fact that the Government is hiding.

    True, it is personal.

The issue becomes Public of the tax payer’s money is spent.

A simple declaration that the Government has not spent any money account of Sonia Gandhi’s Foreign Travel would suffice.

Why does not the Government say so?
