  • Wormhole Parallel Universe In Vindhya Mountain ? Ramayana

Indian Scriptures and Epics never fail to surprise me with their astounding descriptions of things that are being visualized , nay being though of as A Theory, in Higher Sciences.

    Wormhole

I have posted quite a few articles on Advanced Concepts in Ancient scriptures of India, The Vedas, The Purana and the Epics, Ramayana and Mahabharata.

Be it Stem Cell Research.Weather prediction, Genes Study, Advanced Mathematics,Chemistry, Physics.Biology, the list is endless.

I have posted articles and these may be found under Hinduism.

Now I have come across a shocker of information, that of Wormhole in The Ramayana!

    What is a Wormhole?

A wormhole is a hypothetical topological feature that would fundamentally be a shortcut through spacetime. A wormhole is much like a tunnel with two ends, each in separate points in spacetime.

For a simplified notion of a wormhole, visualize space as a two-dimensional (2D) surface. In this case, a wormhole can be pictured as a hole in that surface that leads into a 3D tube (the inside surface of a cylinder). This tube then re-emerges at another location on the 2D surface with a similar hole as the entrance. An actual wormhole would be analogous to this, but with the spatial dimensions raised by one. For example, instead of circular holes on a 2D plane, the entry and exit points could be visualized as spheres in 3D space.

Researchers have no observational evidence for wormholes, but the equations of the theory of general relativity have valid solutions that contain wormholes. Because of its robust theoretical strength, a wormhole is one of the great physics metaphors for teaching general relativity. The first type of wormhole solution discovered was the Schwarzschild wormhole, which would be present in the Schwarzschild metric describing an eternal black hole, but it was found that it would collapse too quickly for anything to cross from one end to the other. Wormholes that could be crossed in both directions, known as traversable wormholes, would only be possible if exotic matter with negative energy density could be used to stabilize them.’

Wormhole , in simple words is like a Bedroll/Bed-sheet/Holdall  which can be rolled and unrolled.

That is if one has to travel to the Pole Star which is about 480 Light years away , the point of Earth from where we shall start and the end point ,The Pole Star, where we want to reach may be held together as we would a piece of cloth and be rolled, thus making these point very near.

    Space has infinite distances.

This bedroll called a Wormhole can be used to shrink the distance and by entering into it one can reach longer distances by entering into the wormhole and emerging on the other side in a short span of Time.

    Wormhole in The Ramayana.

In the Ramayana, Sugreeva directs his Vanara Army to search for Sita.

Hanuman ,Angada and the other Vanaras, contrary to Sugreeva’s instruction over stayed in the Vindhya Mountains and came across a cave, Riksha, a cavity.

It was guarded by Maya, under the name of Swayamprabha.

There Hanuman and others  became disoriented .

They found, inside the cave verdant flowers and spring, Swans leaving with drenched bodies.

‘On entering the Cave, they the monkeys beheld choicest mansions everywhere made out of gold and silver, some with golden and some with silver domes, while some with golden and some with silver multi-stories, but all are studded with lapis gems with golden windows covered with laceworks of pearls. They have also seen everywhere flowered and fruited trees that are similar in shine to red corals and rubies, and golden honeybees, as well as honeys.

They beheld everywhere diverse and capacious beds and seats that are amazingly crafted with gemstones and gold, and stacks of utensils made of gold, silver and bell metal. They saw the stockpiles of heavenly aloe vera substances and sandalwood sticks and depurated eatables, tubers and fruits. They have also seen top-grade soft drinks, luscious honeys, heaps of finest quality clothing, exotic blankets and sheaves of deerskins. Vanara-s have also observed mounds of undefiled gold stockpiled here and there glowing with the glow of ritual fire’

Hanuman also noted that the Time was lapsing.

Remembering that the deadline given by Sugreeva was nearing, He requested the Lady Maya, Swayam Prabha, to deliver all the Vanaras from the Pit.

    She obliged.

    Ramayana states,

‘Monkeys enter Riksha cavity, an unsightly and gloomy one, during their search in southern direction. While groping in that dark they loose time set by Sugreeva. Finally, they see luminosity and extraordinarily built mansions, woodlands, trees and lakes. Thereupon they catch sight of an elderly sainted lady and they all approach her asking after the legend of that cavity.

Their eyesight, or their vigour, or their valorousness is rendered ineffectual, and their permeation is just like the directionless air as their eyesight is thwarted in gloominess’

It may be noted that the description resembles that of a Black-hole.

And the presence of birds with water dripping from their bodies in the cave here there was no water body and the existence of buildings made of Gold, Silver inside a Cave and different types of Beings indicate a different world.

Only on Exiting the cave do the Vanaras become normal and find the normal terrain of the Earth.

‘On listening to Hanuman about the plight of monkeys by which they entered this cavity in searching for Seetha, Sainted Lady Swayamprabha becomes sympathetic and offers guestship.
When entreated by Hanuman for an exit from that incarceration, and as the time frame set by Sugreeva is lapsed in this very cavity, Swayamprabha asks Vanaras to cover their eyes and then uses her ascetic powers to transport the monkeys from that cave, which exit is otherwise impossible for any other intruder, in his aliveness.
After exiting from black cave, vanaras find themselves lose to an ocean located south of the Vindyas.

Instead of landing just after the Vindhyas  , they land quite far  near the Ocean, overshooting the Land by a few hundred Miles.’

The legend of the world being rolled in appears in the Legend of Hiranyaksha, brother of Hiranyakasipu, who rolled the earth and hid it , only to be recovered by Lord Vishnu.

Vishnu picks up the Roll and re-rolls it.

Vishnu Purana , in the narration of Mandhata, ancestor of Lord Rama, states that when Mandhata visited Brahma in Brahma Loka for a few minutes after traveling, found , on return, that hundreds of Years have passed in the Earth!

Similar legends abound in the Eighteen Puranas.

The entry and exit by the Vanaras echoes the ‘ Einstein–Rosen bridge’

‘A group of anthropologists, lead by archaeologist Mohammed Wasim Khan of the Archeological Environment Research and Tribal Welfare Society, working with hill tribes in Hoshangabad, earlier known as Narmadapura in Madhya Pradesh made a startling discovery.
They found caves hidden in a deep jungle in Raisin. In one such caves was found an amazing ancient painting which shows a person in a catsuit, a UFO like flying object, and a cylindrical spring like shape (wormhole path ?).’

A word to sneering doubting Thomases about these legends.

Please note that the term Wormhole is not considered proven but deduced and perceived to a Hypothesis and people take it as True without reservations.

Why not the Ramayana, whose date, geographical dates have been proved beyond doubt.

Here you are dealing with some thing far more advanced that your modern concepts.

Wait till you get to know more about Physics when it becomes more advanced.

  • Introduction To Quantum No Jargons

I was a Speaker in a Function marking the occasion of the release of a Research Book “Downloading Nature‘s Secrets,From Akasa to Quantum Vacuum

Field by Sri.Lakshminarayananan Gopalan in Chennai on the Fifth of April 2014.

The book deals with the inadequacy of the present day Science, how the Vedas have anticipated these issues and how the Gayatri Mantra  unlocks these secrets.

    The Quantum Theory

    Quantum explained with Light
Are these beams of light over Sydney, Australia made of particles or waves? The true physical nature of light had been debated for years. Planck and others showed that not only light but all matter exhibited properties of both a particle and a wave.(Cameron Spencer/Getty Images)

    Chart of Quantum Theory
    Quantum Theory in Chart

I shall be posting on this shortly.

Science, as we know , rests on certain Laws, which are assumed to be true, called Axioms.

These laws under strict laboratory identical conditions will operate and the same Cause will produce the same result.

The problem is you produce the conditions obtaining in Nature and you repeat them to produce the result, which obviously has to produce the same result.

In other words, Science tells you How and never Why.

But it assumes that it is final.

When you can not describe or define Why , your word is not final.

    This applies to Science .

Let us take the Laws of Newton.

I shall not be discussing the exact definitions as it would be beyond the scope of this essay.

I shall deal with it later.

An object remains Inert until it is impelled by an External Force.

From where does this external force come ?

    No answer.

If it is assumed that it is in the Nature of things, as Axioms, then you are not solving the issue, but are ducking it and you are offering the Mechanics of Motion, that’s all.

In my view this does not matter, as it does not tell me any thing new in terms of my inquiry content.

For the average person, whether we know how a Thing moves does not matter so long it moves.

Things were falling to the ground even before Newton discovered Gravity.

Even if we are blissfully unaware of it , still Gravity would function.

However these theories have their uses in that these help in developing technologies that help(?) Man.

The second law that the rate of Momentum being directly proportionate to the force applied is also thrown out of this discussion as the first law on which this is derived from is not answering the question.

The same to the Third Law of Motion.

Science also harbors under the strain of Space and Time.

Unless we understand Space and Time we may not be able to understand the Laws of Nature and These terms Space and Time remain undefined till date.

At best, there are only descriptions and that too are being contradicted more or less on a daily basis.

As Emmanuel Kant put it,”Space and Time are the Two goggles through which Man perceives” Remove these, you can not conceive of anything , let alone perceive!

Coming back to the Theory of Motion, we now have research going on in CERN, Geneva, to find the God Particle.

As we all know the Atom consists of Electrons, Protons and Neutron.

Electrons and protons move around the Neutron. Now, when an object moves it creates energy.

So where do the Energies from these electrons and protons go?

Again, the movement of these seem to be directed.

Scientist want to find it as they have theoretically found that there must be some particle or force that directs these electrons and protons .

So the search goes on. Now apply this to the Movement of galaxies that spins and move, The same Laws apply.

And there is is this Theory of Expanding Universe which states that the Universe is expanding with each object in the Universe hurling away from each other and this has been proved by the Infrared shift of the Spectrum.

If these things keep on moving away from each other, where is does it end?

Where is the Edge of the Universe? Einstein tried to solve this through he general Theory of Relativity.

Appropriate at this point,  is that the Space and Time  become One Universe at one point  and that Time can travel both forwards and backwards.

And it can recoil on it self and there are Time Worms.

Then we have the Black-holes, which are assumed not to let even light rays to escape from it.

And Time runs backwards there and, theoretically if one were to enter a Black-hole, he might enter the Past travel through the Future and emerge in the Present!

And this gives rise, along with the effort to find the God particle leads us to Quantum Theory and Multi verses.

  • God Particle In Hinduism Nyaya Philosophy

This post is a sequel to my post Advanced Thoughts  Advanced Modern Concepts, which explores the present Advanced thoughts in Astronomy,Physic,Biology,Space and Time and Weaponry among other things.

    Nyaya System of Indian Philosophy
    Nyaya System

The thought that is making waves at present is the attempt at CERN to discover, isolate the God Particle,Higgs Boson.

Two attempts have been made with results as confusing as the jargon of the Scientists.

I have posted a couple of posts on this, one at the first attempt saying that the experiment would flop as it is an impossibility because of Space Time continuum.

It happened that way with Scientists claiming that it was a success, but could not find the particle.

At the second attempt, it was announced that the experiment was a success and there is a likelihood of a third particle involving Boson!

I had said of this on another post.

I am not a Scientist, nor do I possess an adequate knowledge of the fundamentals of Science.

Some of my readers askde me to provide more information on the subject.

I am posting some information on the subject based on my study of the Vedas and the Systems of Indian Philosophy.

None of the thoughts being mentioned are mine but from Indian Philosophy.

In India, contrary to what many think, including the Hindus, Indian Philosophy is much more  than the Vedas”it includes systems of thoughts which deny the authenticity of the Vedas(Curiously these systems end up with results not very different from the Vedas) like Jainism,Buddhism,Charvaka,Nyaya, Vaisheshika, Sankhya and Yoga, this and many more subsystems of these thoughts constitute Indian Philosophy and Thought,

Now I shall limit myself o the topic in question, the Atomic Theory, in Hinduism and Modern Physics.

The current Modern Atomic Theory postulates,

1.Atoms are divisible into further finer parts like Electrons,Protons and Neutrons.

2.These particles have a corresponding particles with opposite charges, like Electrons with Positive Charge,Protons with Negative Charge and these might constitute Anti Matter.

2.There is Dark Energy being emitted in Space.

3.Known Matter in Space is only less than One percent, the other being, probably anti matter.

4.There is a Particle called God Particle, called Boson.

Now let us see what the Nyaya System of Indian Philosophy states on this subject.

Nyaya system is called heterodox for it does not  believe in the Authority of the Veda.

It always goes with another system ,called Vaisheshika, which is renowned for its Atomic Theory, while Nyaya is known for its logical system which is yet to be surpassed even by Logical Positivism ,propounded by Bertrand Russel,

What does Nyaya Say on Atoms?

  • ‘Higgs Bosun Particle Dangerous ‘How To Talk Scientific Nonsense

All os us know that were experiments to find the ultimate particle called the ‘Bosun Particle’.

At CERN they failed in their first attempt.

Then they said, on their second attempt, they declared they found it and were analyzing the results’.

Particle tracks from a proton-proton collision (also called an event) in the ATLAS experiment at CERN's Large Hadron Collider (LHC). Events like this are a possible sign of the Higgs particle, though many events must be analyzed together to say with confidence the signal came from the elusive particle.

Now comes a profound Statement .

A subatomic particle discovered last year that may be the long-sought Higgs boson might doom our universe to an unfortunate end, researchers say.

The mass of the particle, which was uncovered at the world’s largest particle accelerator — the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) in Geneva — is a key ingredient in a calculation that portends the future of space and time.

‘Many tens of billions of years from now there’ll be a catastrophe.’

Joseph Lykken, a theoretical physicist at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory

“This calculation tells you that many tens of billions of years from now there’ll be a catastrophe,” Joseph Lykken, a theoretical physicist at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in Batavia, Ill., said Monday, Feb. 18, at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.”

The amazing discovery is that the Universe is Unstable and it May end Billions of years from hence.

But, the great Scientist consoles us ‘

But even if the universe is in for an unfortunate end, there is at least one reason for consolation.

“You won’t actually see it, because it will come at you at the speed of light,” Lykken said. “So in that sense don’t worry.”‘

    What a Profound discovery.

Even a child knows the universe or even we will become extinct one day and we may not be able to do any thing about it.

    http://www.foxnews.com/science/2013/02/19/higgs-boson-particle-may-spell-doom-for-universe/

    Related:

PRO: According to our understanding of the universe, the matter we can observe only accounts for about 4 percent of all the matter that exists. Physicists have proposed a kind of substance called dark matter that might make up to 25 percent of the matter in the universe when combined with what we can see. The other 75 percent might come from dark energy. Some scientists at CERN hope the LHC will uncover evidence of dark matter.

CON: The LHC could also produce black holes. A black hole compresses matter into a point of infinite density called a singularity. In general, most people think compressing matter like that constitutes a bad thing — some worry the black holes generated by CERN could destroy the Earth. CERN scientists say that if the LHC does create black holes, they will be very small, harmless and will decay almost instantaneously.

  • ‘God damned’ Particle- Great Non Sense

I read an edit in the Times of India a couple of days ago that the name God particle was given by a  Pulp fiction writer.

Now the scientists are over cloud nine for discovering the Higgs Boson or God particle was found by using LHC.

    They are 99.9996% certain.

An example of simulated data modelled for the ...
An example of simulated data modelled for the CMS particle detector on the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN. Here, following a collision of two protons, a is produced which decays into two jets of hadrons and two electrons. The lines represent the possible paths of particles produced by the proton-proton collision in the detector while the energy these particles deposit is shown in blue. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

    Why not 100%?

What exactly is this God particle about?

To a layman like me. it appears that it is like a glue or adhesive that binds the atoms/its constituents.

These atomic particles can not be bound without a binding a Force.

This is what the great scientists have found.

    What a great find?

My grand son often tells me that he needs a glue to paste two broken pieces of a toy car.( he is three years old)

Now they tell me that this’ find’ can help them resolve the issues of  factors just preceding the Big Bang.

This find , they say will tell them how the wandering particles, just after the Big Bang  came together!

    Great Minds!

    Viva la Science!

Now, is all this spin about mass fit for mass consumption? It’s fine to say an invisible energy field helps bind infinitesimal entities. Any atom-smashing show starring the Higgs – or its debutant lookalike – will still need a macro-sales pitch to excite the masses. The latter’s opiate, it’s rumoured, is religion. No wonder science chose to name its Holy Grail the “God particle”. Talk about the universal Big Boss, and it creates a Big Bang in the minds of every Tom, Dick and Hari. It’s elementary, my dear what’s-your-name.

The Higgs boson, when confirmed, would complete the Standard Model of particle physics, which describes quirky characters like quarks. Regrettably, ordinary folks might mistake ‘standard model’ for an auto expo exhibit. To interest everybody, science must stop laymen from saying ‘Duh?’ One way is to make a thriller out of its quests. It already entices with use of terms like ‘dark matter” – so thrillingly evocative of Darth Vader – and “black holes”, which must surely be less perilous than our municipally neglected open manholes. Mystery sells. Maybe that’s why boson-chasers keep us on tenterhooks. It’s been a riveting case of now-you-see-Higgs, now-you-don’t.

So, have they seen it? Don’t spoil the suspense by demanding snappy answers to fundamental questions. Instead, hail science that’s up, close and accessible. That CERN researchers have kept society informed, via media, of collisions, emissions and omissions, shows they want to be seen as committed and accountable. What’s the empirical proof they’re doing their bit to popularise and demystify science? Well, aren’t we common folks discussing bosons instead of Botox?

The existence of the Higgs boson was predicted in 1964 to explain the Higgs mechanism (sometimes termed in the literature the Brout–Englert–Higgs, BEH or Brout–Englert–Higgs–Hagen–Guralnik–Kibble mechanism after its original proposers[7])—the mechanism by which elementary particles are given mass.[Note 2] While the Higgs mechanism is considered confirmed to exist, the boson itself—a cornerstone of the leading theory—had not been observed and its existence was unconfirmed. Its tentative discovery in July 2012 may validate the Standard Model as essentially correct, as it is the final elementary particle predicted and required by the Standard Model which had not yet been observed via particle physics experiments.[8] Alternative sources of the Higgs mechanism that do not need the Higgs boson also are possible and would be considered if the existence of the Higgs boson were to be ruled out. They are known as Higgsless models.

The Higgs boson is named after Peter Higgs, who in 1964 wrote one of three ground-breaking papers alongside the work of Robert Brout and François Englert and Tom KibbleC. R. Hagen andGerald Guralnik covering what is now known as the Higgs mechanism and described the related Higgs field and boson.

Technically, it is the quantum excitation of the Higgs field, and the non-zero value of the ground state of this field, that give mass to the other elementary particles, such as quarks and electrons. The Standard Model completely fixes the properties of the Higgs boson, except for its mass. It is expected to have no spin and no electric or colour charge, and it interacts with other particles through the weak interaction and Yukawa-type interactions between the various fermions and the Higgs field.

Because the Higgs boson is a very massive particle and decays almost immediately when created, only a very high-energy particle accelerator can observe and record it. Experiments to confirm and determine the nature of the Higgs boson using the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN began in early 2010, and were performed at Fermilab‘s Tevatron until its close in late 2011. Mathematical consistency of the Standard Model requires that any mechanism capable of generating the masses of elementary particles become visible at energies above 1.4 TeV;[9] therefore, the LHC (designed to collide two 7 TeV proton beams, but currently running at 4 TeV each) was built to answer the question of whether or not the Higgs boson exists.[10]

On 4 July 2012, the two main experiments at the LHC (ATLAS and CMS) both reported independently the confirmed existence of a previously unknown particle with a mass of about 125 GeV/c2(about 133 proton masses, on the order of 10−25 kg), which is “consistent with the Higgs boson” and widely believed to be the Higgs boson. They cautioned that further work would be needed to confirm that it is indeed the Higgs boson (meaning that it has the theoretically predicted properties of the Higgs boson and is not some other previously unknown particle) and, if so, to determine which version of the Standard Model it best supports.[1][2][3][11][12]
