UFOs On Moon Sighted Google Maps
Google maps have captured objects resembling UFOs on Moon and there is speculation that it could be a base for Alien ships.
NASA is yet to deny this.

The argument for the Defense that the student acted as a 'Search Engine' to the Site' is interesting.
By the same Logic all Copy Righted may also escape from Copy Right Infringement.
