Much has been written on UFO and many sites have been dedicated to the study of UFO phenomena.
Most of them have them photos, some of them of dubious authenticity.
Sifting through the material is very difficult.
I have been following the UFO information and posting this.
I have come across information that seems to be more authentic in that the study does not accept all the claims about UFO blindly and puts the Data to strict tests .

During the 1990′s, Martyn Stubbs recorded over 2.500 hours of live video transmissions fromSTS-48 to STS-80NASA missions. In this footage that was captured, there are many phenomena observed. In this 3+ hour documentary, David Sereda analyzes the footage, and provides a very in-depth level headed scientific investigation into these phenomena. It is important to note that David Sereda does not automatically jump to the conclusion that everything seen in this footage is inherently an alien or man-made spacecraft, but that there are some very peculiar phenomena occurring in the videos. He keeps a logical scientific open mind as to what is observed. In his investigation he contacted several officials at NASAabout the footage, only to be told it was dust and debris, or could just simply not be explained. In the second half of this documentary David Sereda presents his new Theory of physics, called “Gravity Beyond Light Speed Theory”, in which he presents how to travel faster than the speed of light. A crop circle is a sizable pattern created by the flattening of a crop such as wheat, barley, rye, maize, or rapeseed. Crop circles are also referred to as crop formations, because they are not always circular in shape. The documented cases have substantially increased from the 1970s to current times. In 1991, two hoaxers confessed and claimed authorship of circles throughout England.
Twenty six countries reported approximately 10,000 crop circles in the last third of the 20th century; 90% of those were located in southern England. Many of the formations appearing in that area are positioned near ancient monuments, such as Stonehenge. According to one study, nearly half of all circles found in the UK in 2003 were located within a 15 km (9.3 miles) radius of Avebury.
Archeological remains can cause cropmarks in the fields, in the shapes of circles and squares, but they do not appear overnight and they are always in the same places every year.(Wiki)
This is often brushed aside by the know- it- alls.
A Reporter Linda Moulton Howe. spent a lot of time researching into this and has produced a two part which is very intriguing.
In her two-part report, Linda described one of the most complex crop formations ever found in the US, with 43 circles on seven “arms,” rings and circles in standing corn, which was discovered in the middle of September in a field near the Chillicothe, Ohio, ancient Mound Group – a mysterious archaeological site that is at least 2,000 years old. She interviewed Jeff Wilson, Director of the Independent Crop Circle Researchers’ Association (ICCRA), who studied the remarkable pattern spanning about 350 feet in diameter with very few corn stalks flat to the ground. “Almost every stem is bent at a different height above the ground, yet from the air, it is a clear 7-fold geometry perhaps unique in the history of American corn formations,” he said. Scientific examination of the corn stalk growth nodes revealed anomalous lengthening that has convinced Wilson that this is not a man-made formation. She also spoke with biophysicist W.C. Levengood who examined the Chillicothe corn samples, and found them among the most unusual he’d ever looked at. Levengood, who has studied plants from more than 400 crop formations, has a new book out, co-written by Penny Kelly, titled Consciousness and Energy.”

What do you think a Noetic world would look like?
When I went to the moon, I was a pragmatic test pilot, engineer, and scientist. My experience had shown beyond all question that science works. But there was another aspect to my experience during Apollo 14, and it contradicted the “pragmatic engineer” attitude. It began with the breath-taking experience of seeing planet Earth floating in the vastness of space.
The presence of divinity became almost palpable, and I knew that life in the universe was not just an accident based on random processes. This knowledge came to me directly—noetically. Clearly, the universe had meaning and direction. Then my thoughts turned to daily life on the planet. With that, my sense of wonderment gradually turned into something close to anguish.
It seemed as though humans were unconscious of their individual role in – and individual responsibility for – the future of life on the planet. Science, for all its technological feats, had a limited worldview.
When we see our fundamental unity with the processes of nature and the functioning of the universe – as I so vividly saw it from the Apollo spacecraft – the old ways of thinking and behaving will disappear.
Throughout history people have sought to resolve the differences between their objective methods and their subjective experience—between outer and inner. Humanity needs to rise from the personal to the transpersonal, from self-consciousness to cosmic consciousness.

Mitchell’s views on UFOs.
Mitchell has publicly expressed his opinions that he is “90 percent sure that many of the thousands of unidentified flying objects, or UFOs, recorded since the 1940s, belong to visitors from other planets”[8] and that UFOs have been the “subject of disinformation in order to deflect attention and to create confusion so the truth doesn’t come out”.[9]Dateline NBC conducted an interview with Mitchell on April 19, 1996, during which he discussed meeting with officials from three countries who claimed to have had personal encounters with extraterrestrials. He offered his opinion that the evidence for such “alien” contact was “very strong” and “classified” by governments, who were covering up visitations and the existence of alien beings’ bodies in places such as Roswell, New Mexico. He further claimed that UFOs had provided “sonic engineering secrets” that were helpful to the U.S. government. Mitchell’s book, The Way of the Explorer, discusses his journey into mysticism and space.[10]
However, in May, 1996, in a 3-hour interview with Art Bell on the Coast to Coast radio program, Mitchell claimed no personal knowledge of alien spacecraft landing in Roswell, New Mexico; that the notion of there being alien-built structures on the moon was “pure fantasy,” and that there were no anomalies seen on Apollo 14 suggesting extra-terrestrial life.
In 2004 he told the St. Petersburg Times that a “cabal of insiders” in the U.S. government were studying recovered alien bodies, and that this group had stopped briefing U.S. Presidents after John F. Kennedy.[11] He said, “We all know that UFOs are real; now the question is where they come from.”[12]
On July 23, 2008 Edgar Mitchell was interviewed on Kerrang Radio by Nick Margerrison. Mitchell claimed the Roswell crash was real and that aliens have contacted humans several times, but that governments have hidden the truth for 60 years stating, “I happen to have been privileged enough to be in on the fact that we’ve been visited on this planet, and the UFO phenomenon is real.” In reply, a spokesman for NASA stated, “NASA does not track UFOs. NASA is not involved in any sort of cover up about alien life on this planet or anywhere in the universe. Dr Mitchell is a great American, but we do not share his opinions on this issue.”[13][14]
In an interview with Fox News on July 25, 2008, Mitchell clarified that his comments did not involve NASA, but quoted unnamed sources, since deceased, at Roswell who confided to him that theRoswell incident did involve an alien craft. Mitchell also claims to have subsequently received confirmation from an unnamed intelligence officer at the Pentagon.(wiki)
