While it is a fact that KCR is a politician resorting to gimmicks and has no real concern for Telengana, it is a fact in AP ,Telengana and Rayalaseema areas were neglected and continue to be neglected.If the centre wants to avoid breaking up of states( Do they really want to?),they should develop these regions and deal with rowdyism resorted to by KCR &Co. But the intention of all the political parties , seem to be gaining power at least in some pockets, even by dividing the states;it ill bodes for the country.BJP and Congress also fall under this category.
