Missing Corpse,Switched Photo Rajiv Assasination

That there is mystery and a willful fudging of facts in the Rajiv Gandhi Assassination case is not news.

Rajiv Gandhi the former Prime Minister of India was assassinated in Sriperumbudur,Tamil Nadu when he was on a Campaign trial.

The LTTE was indicted for the attack, some of the alleged killers had died and some are in the death row in India.

There were questions galore.

The questions.

1.Why did Rajiv Gandhi agree to attend an Election Meeting in remote place a Sriperumbudur,Tamil Nadu, when the place was not even in his agenda?

He was busy in addressing meetings in Delhi and rushed to Sriperumbudur via Orissa and Andhra .

2.Why did Maragatham Chandrasekhar invite him when the top functionaries were reluctant to invite him and what made her take a special interest by traveling to Delhi, in the affair?

3.Why was the Security officer O.P Sagar missing at Chennai in Rajiv’s Security team while he was the shadow of Rajiv in Orissa and Andhra?

4.Why did Sagar miss the flight?

5.The substitute officer Gupta traveled with Rajiv Gandhi without pistol and remained so .

6. Why did the some Congress leaders clear the security cordon to enable the killers have access to Rajiv?

7.Congress leader Maragadham Chandrasekar was at Sriperumbudur. Her daughter Latha Priyakumar was also present at the venue with her husband Magendiran. Her son Lalith Chandrasekar had brought his wife Vinothini to the meeting. Given the fact that Vinothini is the daughter of a Sinhalese, why was she never interrogated? Isn’t it true that Rajiv had become unpopular among many Sinhalese for sending the IPKF?

8. A senior Congress leader, Vazhappadi Ramamurthy, who accompanied Rajiv to the stage in two other street-corner meetings just preceding the Sriperumbudur meeting, kept a safe distance from Rajiv in this meeting alone. Why was that so?

9. Many innocent civilians and security personnel died along Rajiv, but it is too strange to observe that not even a single Congress worker died or even had a minor injury in this incident. Doesn’t it arouse suspicion?

10.Why did the Congress leaders weaken the security protocol?

“The final report, submitted in June 1992, concluded that the security arrangements for the former PM were adequate but that the local Congress party leaders disrupted and broke these arrangements’ _Verma Commission Report.

11.Why was there no opposition to a woman MP from Tamil Nadu, at whose place one of main conspirator Sivarasan stayed before the assassination, when she was made a minister in the UPA government?

12.The interim report of Justice Milap Chand Jain, looking into the conspiracy angle to the assassination, indicted the DMK for colluding with the LTTE. The report concluded that DMK provided sanctuary to the LTTE, which made it easy for the rebels to assassinate Rajiv.

The Commission report stated that the year 1989 signified “the perpetuation of the general political trend of indulging the Tamil militants on Indian soil and tolerance of their wide-ranging criminal and anti-national activities.”

The report also alleged that LTTE leaders in Jaffna were in possession of sensitive coded messages exchanged between the Union government and the state government of DMK.

“There is evidence to show that, during this period, some of the most vital wireless messages were passed between the LTTE operatives based in Tamil Nadu and Jaffna. These messages, which were decoded later, are directly related to the assassination of Rajiv Gandhi,” the report stated.

The Congress subsequently brought down the United Front (UF) government of I K Gujral after the report was leaked in November 1998. The party also demanded the removal of DMK from the UF government, arguing that it had a hand in Rajiv’s killing.

13.In the letter dt.2.11.2011, the first question which he raises is as to why the Special investigating team has failed to enquire into the identity of the person who was apparently pushing Thanu forward from behind with his or her palm of hand over her back as could be seen from the last photographs among the photographs said to have been taken by Haribabu ?

The second question posed by the death convict Murugan is that why the scene of offence was not preserved and protected from being disturbed and the escape of real culprits was facilitated as the roll of colour film had been laid hold by a press reporter which was said to have been retrieved later by the Head of the Special Investigation Team Mr.D.R.Karthikeyan?

The third question is the mystery behind the absence of ‘Pottu’( thilak) mark on the forehead of Thanu in the photograph said to have been taken by Haribabu at the scene of blast and another photograph showing a woman said to be Thanu lying dead with Pottu’ mark on her forehead?

Fourth question is why the hand bag found hung on the shoulder of Thanu was not at all recovered from the scene of crime nor any enquiry was made after the missing hand bag ?

Rajiv Gandhi Assasination Attempt Mysore, Inside Job

The controversy surrounding the death of Rajiv Gandhi, Prime Minister of India refuses to die down.

There were unsolved knots in the enquiry, the role of Chandraswamy and others.

Despite warnings the meeting at Siperumbudur was held, at a remote place.

A prominent Congress leader from Tamil Nadu absented himself suddenly for the meeting.

There were also indications from the French Intelligence about the impending assassination.

There were also reports that it was an inside job.

An Inside Job:

I have the evidence to prove that the Rajiv Gandhi murder was an inside job. But the SIT headed by then Inspector General of Police DR Karthikeyan never pushed the investigation in the right direction. The CBI took over the investigation on 24 May 1991, three days after the brutal murder. The team consisted of Karthikeyan, four DIGs, eight SPs, 14 deputy SPs, 44 inspectors and 55 subinspectors and constables. The members were handpicked by Karthikeyan. Most of them have a proven track record. They investigated the case for almost a year and filed the chargesheet on 20 May 1992. But the chargesheet revealed holes in the investigation and the bungling of the SIT. Even a constable would have done a better job in the case if he had got one year to investigate it. The designated court has convicted all the accused and it’s a fact that the SC acquitted 19 of the accused as the court found there was no substance in the evidence produced to prove their role in the conspiracy…

Rajiv Gandhi was assassinated on 21 May at 10.20 pm at Sriperumbudur when he was about to campaign for Maragatham Chandrasekar, the Congress candidate. Rajiv had already completed his campaign in Tamil Nadu. But on 18 May, the All India Congress Committee (AICC) charted his tour and included the campaign at Sriperumbudur after Visakhapatnam. But Dina Thanthi, a Tamil daily, published a news item on 17 May that Rajiv was going to address an election rally at Sriperumbudur on 21 May. None of the Congress leaders were aware about such a meeting. On 18 May, the committee responsible for Rajiv’s tour programme held a meeting at AICC and finalised the tour. How was the Dina Thanthi reporter able to write a story on Rajiv’s tour schedule before it was finalised by the AICC?

On 19 May, Vazhapadi Ramamurthy, then Tamil Nadu Congress chief, objected to Rajiv addressing a rally at Sriperumbudur and staying there — he made this clear when he deposed before the trial court. His objections were never taken into consideration as Maragatham was using her clout in Delhi to get Rajiv to address a meeting in her constituency. So the meeting was scheduled and local Congress leaders approached the police authorities to grant permission to hold the meeting at a school ground. But later, for reasons known to Maragatham, the venue was changed to a temple ground.

For changing the venue, the Congress leaders never sought police permission. And there was no proper security arrangement at the meeting.:

Now comes the new shocker from none other than the Chief Minister of Karnataka, Siddramiah.

Assassination attempt at Mysore;

“According to CM Siddaramaiah, there was an attempt to kill Rajiv Gandhi during his visit to Mysore.

Some 10 days before he was assassinated in Tamil Nadu, the former PM was touring Mysore, campaigning for the parliamentary polls. While his cavalcade was traveling on Narasimharaja Boulevard near Lalitha Mahal, an old woman had blocked the convoy leading to a chain of accidents.

Senior Congress leader Azeez Sait’s car rammed into another vehicle as the woman appeared suddenly, Siddaramaiah said, claiming it to be an attempt to kill Gandhi. “Only 10 days later he was killed. It is sad that the party lost a young leader. Only after his assassination was the Mysore incident taken seriously,” he stated, after paying homage to the former Prime Ministers Jawaharlal Nehru and Rajiv Gandhi at Congress office on Tuesday. ”

‘Muslim Wife Obtains Rajiv Death Certificate December 2012!’

A woman claiming to be the wife of the assassinated(1991) Prime minister of India , claimed and obtained his Death Certificate.

‘

The woman identified herself as Sabeen Firdous from Hyderabad and mentioned her age as 50.

Though the authorities wanted to keep it a secret, the news leaked to the media. The Kancheepuram district authorities are now probing into the procedure that was followed before issuing the certificate.

A special team is also inquiring whether the person resides in the address at Dada Sahib Road, Hyderabad that she mentioned while obtaining the certificate.

The former Prime Minister was assassinated on May 21, 1991 at Sriperumbudur by the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).’

‘I was part of various analysis teams of Indian intelligence agencies during the 80’s and 90’s and now live a anonymous life in a distant land. What I am going to propagate over a 3 part series in the next few days might seem very farfetched and even fantastic to most people and many conspiracy theorists might gleefully accept it as vindication for whatever they have been screaming from rooftops for quite some time now. Scenario 1: The Rajiv-Sonia marriage

At the outset there is nothing more than just another love story to Mr Rajiv Gandhi’sromance with Miss Antonia Albina Maino in the mid 1960’s. Any suggestion that there were characters in the Cambridge university campus that not only hooked them up but also nurtured the famous romance is too farfetched. But having said that, let us consider some of the London tabloid reports of that time which variously suggested Rajiv was “constantly influenced” by a couple of students of European origin (I would not take names and let researchers do some hard work) and that at least one of those students was later absorbed by the Vatican’s intelligence wing. It would also be farfetched to speculate on Indian intelligence requesting the help of MI5 to analyze the Rajiv-Sonia romance, at least am not aware of any such report ever being filed. All these rumours and theories have done their rounds in the intelligence quarters of Delhi, especially during 1991-1992, but then we are rushing ahead of time so we shall deal with that later. I would now present as to what intelligence agencies actually did, which was very little, and let people draw their own conclusion.

How The Killing Unfolded.

On the day of his Assassination Rajiv Gandhi was in Vishakapatnam. Rajiv was campaigning for his fond candidate Uma Gajapati Raju. Rajiv was enjoying the campaigning. Rajiv was in no mood to leave Vishakapatnam, on that evening.A Trio of Congress Busybodies including P.V.Narasimha Rao made frantic Phone Calls from New Delhi urging Rajiv to leave Vishakapatnam and fly to Chennai. Rajiv keen on spending the night at Vishakapatnam, tried avoiding to go to Chennai. Rajiv made an excuse that his aircraft was not in perfect order. The Congress Busybodies of Delhi got the Aircraft speedily checked, repaired and told Rajiv that it was ready. The Congress Busybodies forced a reluctant-to-leave-Vishakapatnam Rajiv, to fly from Vishakapatnam to Chennai enroute to Sriperumbudur in Tamilnadu.Rajiv flew to Chennai and went by road to Sriperumbudur. Quattrocchi in Lok Sabha for assassination of Rajiv Gandhi Raising the matter during Zero Hour in Lok Sabha, BJP leader V K Malhotra and SP`s Ramji Lal Suman said the conspiracy was hatched by Italian businessman Quattrocchi and LTTE`s intelligence chief Anton Balasingham in a five-star hotel in Paris.

Paris and was also in touch with arms dealer Adnan Khashogi. The website said that the entire meeting and conversation between Quattrocchi and Balasingham was recorded by the French intelligence agencies.

(4) According to the website, on the day he was assassinated (May 21, 1991), Rajiv Gandhi was reluctant to leave Vishakapatnam for Chennai and then to Sriperumbadur. But some Congress leaders had convinced him to undertake the journey, which eventually killed him.
