The Girl friend is reported to have informed the Police in UK and they had got in touch with their counter parts in India.
Eventually, the Delhi Police is reported to have attended the case.
There are two versions.
One is that when the Police knocked at this doors, he refused to open it.
Then the Police had gone into his flat a little late.
The other version is that the Delhi Police got the information earlier through a neighbour and the Police were asked to go away by him.
In either case the Police could have forced open the Door as the evidence of his Death was on.
Would they have done this if they were capturing a terrorist?
Killing criminals is more important than saving a troubled man?
What can one speak of neighbours?
Could they not have forced the doors open, come what may?
What kind of social relationship we have!
A woman watched her lover kill himself over the internet during a long-distance phone call on Skype.
Adrian Rowland, 53 produced a knife and cut his own throat during the call with Julie Zalinski while in India on business.
Zalinski, more than 7,000 miles away in Reading, Berkshire frantically rang 999. British police then contacted Indian medical authorities, but the father-of-three died before medics could reach him.
Rowland was a firm director for for Adwest Engineering and was in India as part of his job. A high achiever, he previously held top jobs in engineering and also had an important position managing a factory for ex-Formula One team Jordan.
“I heard they were having a discussion about their relationship.”
“They were talking on Skype when he suddenly produced a knife and cut himself in front of her.”
“It must have been the most horrendous thing imaginable. She was 7,000 miles away, unable to do anything to help him. It’s just terrible.”
A spokesperson for the Thames Valley Police said: “Officers attended an address in Reading to obtain information that could be passed on to the Indian authorities via the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and provide reassurance to the woman who made the report to us.
“The man was traced, but regrettably was later pronounced dead by doctors in India. Officers attended the address to inform the woman.”
A Foreign Office spokeswoman said: “We can confirm that a British national died in India on November 27.
Without the people who have money earned not properly, to tip, tip would not have come into being.
I do not tip.
One who serves gets paid.
Why tip?
Do you get Tipped for doing your job?
My son, daughter and son-in-law shudder at the time of Bill being presented when I am around.
Normally I am whisked away on some pretext or another at these times.
Story:
Stacy Knutson, a server at the Fryn’ Pan Restaurant in Moorhead, got the tip back in November from a customer who left a takeout box inside the restaurant.
Knutson followed the customer out to parking lot and tried to give her the box but the woman told her to keep it. When Knutson opened it, she found $12,000 in cash.
Knutson, a mother of five, called local police and turned in the cash as lost property.
At first, police said the cash would be hers if it remained unclaimed for 60 days, according to the lawsuit Knutson filed against the department.
At the end of the 60 days, however, the department told Knutson she would have to wait another 30 days to get the money.
Then police told her she would not receive the money at all because it smelled of marijuana and had been seized under a state law.
Police offered Knutson a $1,000 as a reward for turning the cash in. She refused the reward and filed suit.
In affidavits filed as part of the lawsuit, Knutson and two other restaurant employees said they detected no odor at all.
On Thursday, Craig Richie, Knutson’s attorney, said the department had changed its mind and will return the $12,000 to her.
Surprising that The Principal had not noticed it or the others (adults(are there adults in the picture?)!
The photographer should have seen it while shooting or at least while processing.
However, the reactions of the parents in disproportionate.

Child Defaced.
It’s a school picture that makes jaws drop at just one glance.
More than a dozen students in Eileen Diaz’s Second Grade Class at Sawgrass Elementary are grouped together in three neat rows.
Some are smiling, some are not and one doesn’t even appear human.
Right smack in the middle of the photo is a cartoon-like head placed on the shoulders of a boy where his face would be.
People who saw it called it “offensive” and “degrading”. Parent Gabriella Cans, whose son is just a toddler, said she felt sorry for the boy and believes the image is humiliating.
The school’s own principal didn’t even see the picture until she got a copy along with all the other parents who ordered prints on Friday afternoon. Her assistant told me she was also outraged and ordered a new picture be taken this week.
David Claussen and his wife own Broward County Pictures which they say has been in the school picture-taking business for 37 years.
He didn’t want to speak on camera, but off camera said the last thing he ever wanted to do was offend. In fact, he thought it was odd himself.
As he tells it, after the picture was taken a liaison with the Parent Teacher’s Association, that helped organize the photo shoot at the school, notified them that two of the students pictured needed to be removed because their parents did not sign a consent form.
Claussen said he was able to use the photo editing softwareAdobe Photoshop to lift one of the kids out, but had explained to them that there was a problem with the second student. He was sitting in the front row, right in the middle.
He showed me the notes he had written down on a white piece of paper as the pair discussed what to do. He said he would have gladly come out there to reshoot the image. Instead there was talk about putting a star over his face and then, he said, the P.T.A. asked him to place a smiley face.
But that’s just the start of busy times for dozens of egg vendors across the city, deep in coastal Zhejiang province, who ready themselves to cook up a unique springtime snack favored by local residents.
Basins and buckets of boys’ urine are collected from primary school toilets. It is the key ingredient in “virgin boy eggs”, a local tradition of soaking and cooking eggs in the urine of young boys, preferably below the age of 10.
There is no good explanation for why it has to be boys’ urine, just that it has been so for centuries.
The scent of these eggs being cooked in pots of urine is unmistakable as people pass the many street vendors in Dongyang who sell it, claiming it has remarkable health properties.
“If you eat this, you will not get heat stroke. These eggs cooked in urine are fragrant,” said Ge Yaohua, 51, who owns one of the more popular “virgin boy eggs” stalls.
“They are good for your health. Our family has them for every meal. In Dongyang, every family likes eating them.”
